EXT. ALLEYWAY - NIGHT

Don knocks over a trash can in anger.

                 DON
        Fuck! Piece of shit whore!

Don grabs a beer bottle off the ground and throws it at the
wall next to him.

                 DON
        Leaving my fucking kid out in the
        god damn rain. Who does that? Who
        fucking does that shit?!

Sarah walks into the alley and stands there watching Don.

Don stomps on a bag of garbage.

                 DON
        She fucking cheated on me! After
        all that time! She probably fucked
        everyone on her deployment while I
        was out too!

Sarah lights up a cigarette and watches Don beat a bag of
trash.

Sarah watches Don and looks the other way.

                 SARAH
        You know someone's going to come
        out and see some weird guy beating
        up a bag of trash, right?

Don stops and looks at her. He walks over and points to her
face.

                 DON
        You don't fucking know a damn
        thing.

                 SARAH
        Maybe don't decide to marry someone
        that's going to cheat on you.

                 DON
        Fuck you, Flynn.

Don puts his finger in her face and points at her.

                 DON
        You don't know how it feels.

                 SARAH
        Nope. Get that finger out of my
        face.

Sarah continues to puff her cigarette and takes out a pack.
She offers one to Don.

                 DON
        Go fuck yourself.

Don takes a deep breath, lowers his hand, and sighs.

                 SARAH
        A strange career choice for someone
        who used to be the Army recruiter.

Sarah passes Don a light.

Don goes into the alley and takes a seat. He lights his
cigarette.

Don smokes the cigarette.

                 DON
        Well, I was gonna do this.

                 DON
        You think your dad'll be pissed if
        I beat the shit out of him?

                 SARAH
        That's the spirit.

                 DON
        How are we gonna snag him?

                 SARAH
        I can talk a few of the boys into
        doing it. He owes us a gambling
        debt.


EXT. BAR - NIGHT

Turner walks out and lights a cigarette for himself.

Two of the mob henchmen walk out.

                 IND MOBSTER
        Vance Turner?

                 TURNER
        Yeah, what do you want?

Another mobster comes up behind Turner and throws a black bag
over his head. Don smokes a cigarette and watches him get
thrown into the trunk of the car.

The group get into the car. Don flicks away his cigarette.


EXT. DOCK - NIGHT

The group pull Turner out of the trunk. They face him toward
the body of water in front of him.

                 DON
        Vance.

                 TURNER
        Oh, shit! Hey-

He turns his head around, only to get pistol whipped.

Don puts a 1911 to the back of his head. He racks the slide
and a round comes out.

                 DON
        Are you gonna keep fucking my wife?
        !

                 TURNER
        I won't!

                 DON
        You sure?! You gonna make my
        daughter wait outside in the
        fucking rain?!

                 TURNER
        Wait, I didn't know-

                 DON
        Shut up!

Don shoots Turner in the leg. Turner lets out a scream of
pain.

                 TURNER
        FUCK! AH, FUCK!

                 DON
        Are you gonna keep fucking my wife?
        !

                 TURNER
        NO!

                 DON
        Is this gonna get to any of your
        department buddies?!

                 TURNER
        No, god damn it, no!

                 DON
        Get me a god damn tourniquet.

He looks at the terrified guys behind him.

Don looks back in anger.

                 DON
        NOW.

The guys behind him nod and grab a tourniquet from the trunk.

                 DON
        Hold him down.

They hold Turner down. Don tourniquets the leg he shot.

                 DON
        You come near my wife, you fuck my
        wife again, I will fucking kill
        you. You tell anybody from your
        department about who I am, I will
        fucking shoot you in the head. Are
        we crystal fucking clear?!

                 TURNER
        Y-yeah!

Don stomps on his other leg- It lets out a crack. Turner lets
out a scream.

                 DON
        Be glad this is all that's
        happening.

Don puts on a glove and tosses him a flip phone.

Don looks back at the others.

                 DON
        We're out of here.

The group get back into the car.

                                               FADE OUT.
