My main goal of this application is to receive staff at ValidHCF and bring happiness and comfort to the people who play the server. I'm not going to fill this application with useless information, so do not expect that it's 1000's of words long but I'll put as many details in this application as possible.

This is a very difficult question to answer because my availability can change between different days. Below is a timetable that I think I can reach every day, but if I do not expect to be present, I will notify a higher staff member.

About 9 months ago I was staff on a server called delta, my main role was to mute players who break the rules, to ban all cheaters I encountered and to keep the server in general a friendly place. I believe I have been degraded because of inactivity, but that is because I have stopped minecraft for about 7 months.

Yeti-HCF was the second server I had staff with, the owners had no idea how to run a "hcf" server and where drop parties were being done that completely destroyed the economic system, they also used a leaked core and spawn . I stopped working because the staff did not know what they were doing and the server did not seem to go anywhere.

After I signed up for Pirates and was accepted, I received T-Mod and I was very excited to be on the server, after a few days I was promoted to Moderator and I was very happy to get promotion because I have a lot of hard work in Pirates, I decided to retire at Chat-Mod, where I learned a lot about in-game chat lines and learned the assignments to moderate chat, for example;
/ mute, / mutechat, / chatslow.

Forcide was a great server and I really enjoyed my experience, but I ended up resigning after I was "racist" by players because of my username (which I am about to change soon). I learned a lot about sharing screens and I was very active, my biggest regret on the server is with an employee by the username of "QMS", he was very chill and I have not spoken to him since he resigned.

I loved my experience at HCnations and I was at any time of the day, but I was downgraded because of "abuse" because I thought I had deleted a player's inventory, he moved me in team response and said, "I can see assignments" and just relegated and forbade me without giving me the chance to explain myself. All admins agreed that I did not do anything after showing them the proof that I was not (a video of my staff). Then they showed the video pretty well, but he still did not want me back in the team of the staff. was really shocking for me because I gave all my effort and time to the server. After 5 days of being relegated and banned, I went into teamspeak to talk in a crystal clear way, I asked him if he could at least get out of the way because I showed him proof that I was not abusing and he said "no", he went on and said, "you are blacklisted" and banished me from teamspeak and blacklisted me in the game, he also removed my forums account.
Overall HCnations was a great server and I enjoyed every bit of staff, it taught me many good features that will stay with me during my staffing policy on ValidHCF, I was also verified on the screen which made the staff even more exciting because I was able to "closet cheaters"

Why do you want to become a staff?
I want to be ValidHCF staff because I have a lot of love for the server and I want to be able to stop cheaters, spammers and other controllers. I also want to be an ValidHCF employee because I enjoy staff and staff on a server like ValidHCF would be a great honor.

There have been several times where I have been killed by cheaters and it is frustrating, especially if you have to wait a long time in team speak. Stopping this is just one reason why I want to be an ValidHCF staff, being able to give players quick access to support when needed, will be very beneficial to the server and I'll make sure I'm active in teamspeak and in game.

Spamming players may seem like a very small thing, but b
e block a help / report and we may not be able to see it because one or more players are spamming the chat. When I see players who are spamming or racist etc. I will check their history and then give the required punishment.
(Team conversation)
I want to help players with their situations and the best way to show them the situation is to join the team and wait in a support area. I will be able to have a 1 on 1 discussion with the player to solve the problem, myself as an ValidHCF player knows the battle to wait in teamspeak for a very long time and to make it simple I want to stop this. Players do not have to wait hours for support and because I am only 2 hours a day at school, I can be busy when most EU staff are in school and when American staff members are asleep.

Why should we accept you as a staff?
There are several reasons why I should be admitted to the ValidHCF staff team, below is a list of reasons that I think have posted me to other players who submit our application. I also believe that I have to be accepted as a staff member for the pure reason that I am a staff member, it is something I like to do and I have so much fun in supporting players and banning cheaters.
(Experience)
Experience is something that all applicants should have when they log on to a server such as ValidHCF with a large player base, experience experiences that you are familiar with the commands, familiar with teamspeak and shows that you can do professionally if staff can mean that you are able to go directly to the staff without having to learn all commands etc.
(Duration)
I am very mature for 15 and although it does not have to do with minecraft, I am always brought up to be older than I am, I believe that this is an important part of life and a staff member, because you have to be prepared to handling multiple things at the same time, be polite and talk to players when they need support.
(Opinion)
I am always open to express my opinion with the staff members about the current state of the server, which is a good reason to have me as staff on the server, because I will not only be staff, but I will also try the server to help improve.
(Forum)
I am a very active forum member and I always express my opinion about player reports, personnel application and subjects that are not covered by the theme. If I can get a staff position, I can find player reports, etc.
(Dedication)
I am committed to everything I have to do, I am not only going to finish the job, I will succeed what is expected of me and I always stop 101% in everything I do.

I have experience with sharing screens, which makes me a great candidate for the role of the staff, I know how to use the process hacker, check the date of the last change of the trash and many other screen-sharing tactics perform, including but not limited to checking prefetch, using powershell, checking strings etc.

Part of being a member of staff is able to help players, I will be able to do this constantly, because I only go to school for two hours a day, so I have a lot of time to help players when other employees can not help them . I start at 9.30 am and finish at 11.30 am and leave with a lot of time to the staff. Another example of how I am active is that my current playing time on ValidHCF Factions is just under six days, and I had just under 350 matches during the training.

Teamspeak support is something I like to do and I will always bring a great, cheerful mentality when I talk to players about their predicament, supporting players in teamspeak is one of the most important things an employee needs to be able to do and as i have a lot of experience in helping players in teamspeak I will be a great addition to the staff team.
(Knowledge)
I play 3 years of hardcore factions, I started when I was in year 7 and I am now in year 10, my knowledge for hcf will be an excellent basis for my staff and of course like many other players that I have cheated before they the opportunity to catch a cheater.
(Communication)
A great ability of me is to be able to communicate with other members of staff and the community, I do not become nervous and I am willing to be in trust.

I can record all my bans, silences and warnings with 60 fps and then upload them to a staff series as proof. I will do this so that hackers can not dispute their punishment.

scenario:
This part of the application will be what I would do in certain scenarios, but my penalties will change depending on the rule book. State for scenario. [R] Stand for the problem, which means how I would solve the problem.
I freeze a player, he comes in teamspeak and plays a shout when I ask him to open a desktops.
[R] I would kick the team speaking channel player and endlessly banish the player for "Playing a screamer while frozen".
Someone is claiming to be killed in team speak by a hacker.
[R] I would ask the player if they had proof, If so, I would look at it and give the punishment depending on what I see, but if they have no evidence, I would ask the "hacker" and spectate username to see if they cheat.

This is my 3rd application on ValidHCF,
I am very interested in staffing and it is something that I always like because you never know what is going on around the corner.
