Heart Collector - Have 99 hearts in your inventory regardless of stage. Passwords to get to any stage ARE allowed.

O Lord, Please Give Me Strength - Get the key near the end of Stage 3. Keep it through the boss and all of Stage 4 until you find the door in the bucket section. Unlock that door to get Maria. Passwords are NOT allowed.

Believe in the Dawn - Get the key near the end of Stage 3. Keep it through the boss and all of Stage 4 until you find the door in the bucket section. Save Maria. Continue on until the end of Stage 4, where you are in a single screen room. Use it on the door in the upper right instead of leaving to the left. In Stage 5', near a little water spout, whip it until it breaks. Drop down to save Annet. Passwords are NOT allowed.

Clear Stage X Achievements - Clear the stage. Clearing the stage is defined as beating the boss and collecting the orb (noted for Stage 3, as you can fall into Stage 4' and Stage 7 where you can fall in the pit). Stage 6 will give you the achievement regardless of which boss you fight. Passwords are NOT allowed.

Clear Stage X (Belmont) Achievements - Must have full health after the boss is dead (No Damage Bonus). Damage is allowed in stage, just need to restore it in any way before the boss is dead. The achievement triggers by checking health when you collect the orb. Passwords ARE allowed.

Wandering - Beat Stage 4 boss (Minotaur) with the key as your weapon. You do not need to beat him by using the key, just have it as your weapon. Passwords are NOT allowed.

Breaking Through the Front - Use the key to reach Stage 5'. Passwords are NOT allowed.

Stage 6 notes - There's two sets of stage/Belmont achievements. One is for fighting the boss that Annet becomes (if you don't save her in Stage 5') and one is for fighting Death (which requires you to save Annet). Other stage rules apply in regards to passwords.

Misc Stage Notes
Stage names are taken from Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles. Ending achievements are from either the Castlevania: Rondo of Blood ending tracks (Good and Best endings) or Castlevania Bloodlines (Bad Ending). Key achievements are taken from Stage 5' of Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles (Richter's for Stage 4 boss, Maria's for Defeat Dracula).
