  1. [22:27:09] Slaine approached Legnsel and its large castle that functioned as a hospital. He didn't really have much of a reason for coming there besides finishing his 20 miles run around Avalon. As he approached he saw the two undead Artos and another he wasn't very much familiar with. As well as the pink haired woman a friend of his cousins if he remembered correctly.

  3. He stood and watched for a moment wondering what sorts of practices goes into making undead of higher caber. Well he couldn't say much for Artos his abilities were still in need of some adjustment but this new warrior seemed to be quite strong. Stopping past he starred at Rilla a question almost at the tip of his tongue.

  5. " Is this your undead Ma'am?"
  6.  
  7. He paused wondering if that was a rude thing to ask. Even though the undead have were bound to masters he knew they still had some human emotion despite not much. His curiosity got the better of him though.

  22. [22:33:13] Rilla was simply standing outside of the hospital, keeping watch over Lengsel with Peacekeeper... For a border fort, it was rather quiet at the moment. The recent treaty no doubt influencing the stopped flow... It was quite peaceful.

  24. Until... Someone familiar would walk up. The one who'd taken up residence in Lengsel not too long ago. That wasn't anything too odd, though he did say something... Not quite right.

  26. "Well. He's an undead, yes. And I raised him. But he's not 'my' undead. He's a person, just like you and I. Why do you ask?"

  32. [22:38:33] Slaine looked a bit embarrassed he knew this although his sudden burst of curiosity made him forget his manners. He looked to the undead man and apologized before turning to Rilla.

  34. " So you're a necromancer then? I only ask because well...during these peace times as a soldier I have found naught to apply myself to do I was wondering if Learning the Morninglords Art would bring a new purpose to my life or at least help me regain my old one...although that's probably a lot to ask.

He turned and looked the undead again another apology is made he would only look curiously at the creature interested in how such was possible through magic and if he could do something of the sort. Sure he had seen his fair share of undead before but there were those that stood out from the regular zombies and skeletons that the Bulwark used to build things with.

  54. Rilla would nod. At over five years of experience, she could easily call herself at least an intermediate Necromancer at this point.

  56. "That's actually quite the coincidence. I myself have been looking for apprentices to teach. I suppose I could teach you, though there are a few rules to it. Though if you're wanting to learn necromancy, they shouldn't be too hard to follow."

  60. [22:49:37] Slaine would be a bit shocked at how lucky it was that he was able to find someone wiling to teach him a bit of excitement shown on his face he nodded In agreement. He stood listening to her words as she spoke about him needing to learn the rules.

  62. " Well if you'll have me as a student I will gladly follow any instruction given to me as best to my ability and probably beyond that. I am free to get started whenever you are Ma'am."

  64. He was indeed interested in learning this art if it opened up a new opportunity for him to become a better advocate of the military he would stop at nothing to do so. He stood ready to follow the woman's instruction and listen to the rules that she laid out clearly before him.

  68. [23:00:03] "Well, we certainly won't be starting today. Tomorrow, perhaps. There's a bit of preparation involved... After all, Necromancy isn't something you just pick up and go like with lightning magic."

  70. Rilla would nod once more.

  72. "First of all, I'll need to gather the materials. Second of all, you will need to make sure this is what you're wanting to do."

  74. Rilla would look over Lengsel, if only for a moment..
  75.  
  76. "First of all, you're going to have to live here. And spend most of your time here. Essentially, you'd work here. I can't teach you if your not around, after all. Secondly, you'll have to listen to everything I say. Necromancy is an easy magic to abuse, and I am not going to allow an apprentice of mine to go down that. That's... Really all, I suppose. But still..."

  80. [23:06:57] Slaine would look a bit confused and figured he didn't really understand the majority of it but he assumed it was because of her own experiences with things going in a bad direction.

  82. " Well I am fine to learn whenever I suppose I can leave my home on the hill for the time being and use my cousins place while I am studying here. If there's anything I can help prepare let me know I am interested in doing what I can to make this process worthy of its research."

  84. Slaine looked over to the west south side of Legnsel he had heard there would soon be walls placed to out line the borders to the Gehennans territory something he would be accepting of. Keeping the savages out was the best plan while they he could practice his necromancy. He gazed back towards Rilla a glint of inspiration in his eyes.

  86. " Well I suppose I will wait until your call tomorrow when we can begin practicing. I suppose I can start by learning the basic process from some reading material yes? Now that I think about it my cousin had a few grimores and textbooks on the topic back at the mansion."

  90. [23:14:13] "Indeed you could. You may want to check out the Journeyman's Primer specifically. It's a very informative book on Necromancy and the like. You could probably find a copy inside the library, if you looked hard enough."

  92. Another nod. Rilla was glad to have another apprentice... She certainly needed them. So getting another was enough to put her in a lighter mood.

  94. "As for now, I think I am going to go take a rest... It's been a rather long day. But, yes. I'll send for you tomorrow, and we can start then."

  103. [23:17:01] Slaine nods his head and decides to head into Necropolis library since it was the crux of Necromancy and research.

  107. His goodbye would be cut off by the two men coming to interrupt them He wondered what it was about but dismissed it. He spun around and waved goodbye to Rilla and headed towards the Library
