*Rules:
1: Love. Girls are almost universally consumed with an affection for men.
2: Size: Women are now bigger and stronger than men. Preferred size: he's just able to reach her nipples with his mouth while having sex. Breasts are bigger than the mens' heads.
3: Fear. Men are fucking terrified of women, and think they're out to hunt them down, partly from new instinct, mostly from the announced genocide of males. Rough handling might cause their hearts to stop. They must usually be coaxed into womens' arms.

General Dynamic:
Women are bigger than men. They have a strong urge to nurture men, and have some crippling problem in functioning society without them (*not specific, but probably an incomplete emptiness or depression felt when not coupled with a man.) Most of them have huge breasts and lactate.
Men are smaller than women, (*unknown if just shrunken, or shotafied. Genital size is likely retained, to make the logistics of sex easier) and are deathly afraid of them. They dig holes or live in other spaces where women cannot physically reach them. They may die of fright if their hiding spot is aggressively breached. To get to them, a woman must coax him out with slowly increasing proximity, often leaving gifts outside his hole. They are surprisingly strong when terrified.
Men and Women need each other, in a way more obvious than in real life.

Backstory:
Feminist Extremists attempt to commence the genocide of men by filling the world's water supplies with a mutagen or nanobot.
The formula or programming is meant to first grow women and shrink men (by magic or metabolism or nanites transferring mass), and later make women hostile and violent towards men, and make men weak or suicidal on top of these size changes. The mental changes were botched in mass production.
Instead of aggressive, it made women affectionate, and instead of hostile, they became nurturing.
However, the supposed genocide of men and their replacement with in-vitrio fertilization was still announced throughout the world hours before the product's mental change was launched, turning the men's sudden wariness of the up-sized women into a all-out terror, just before the unintended mental changes were activated in women.
With the relation between the sexes broken, women must now coax fearful men out of their shelters if they are to avoid the lingering incompleteness and emptiness brought on by the botched formula.
The women's need for men and the threat to exterminate them by the radical feminists has left no room for them to gloat about their size and strength, and their intense m had made women unable to cage or trap men for long. They're gonna have to keep them from leaving by convincing them to voluntarily stay.

*It is unknown if the changes are passed on genetically if these huge, doting women get pregnant.
The whole of this fantasy was never meant to be seriously thought out, just a scenario in which one can imagine being frightened or powerless while pampered and doted on by amazonian giantesses who want to be careful not a scare you away, or of empowered women who aren't irresponsible, careless, or bitter and hateful towards men as is stereotyped of American women.
I didn't think much about what happens when a men climbs into a woman's embrace. The lore about is that the ultrafeminists were forced to take their own medicine and then confined forbidden contact with men.
