	What is news? Answers to this question might seem obvious since it refers to the things that are happening in the campus or in the society. It is also information that is being given to the readers. The process of getting news or simply writing it involves three parts. First of all, one must know how to get the news also called Coverage. This includes giving an interview to an interviewee, using other sources such as printed material, or simply witnessing the event itself. The next process involves explaining the news also known as Interpretation. While the last part of the entire process is Play, which is the part where one would give importance to the news. The bases of news include facts, which are things that are already proven; and whether or not the article would spark the interest of its readers upon receiving the news. The last base would simply be the readers who would read and gather information from the news. Knowing that something is newsworthy is also important since the news would give a better impact to its readers. Overall, news talks about the people, the community, about products or even movies among other things.

Side bar Story

	A side bar story is one of the many Types of news Stories that helps supplement additional information to improve the interest of readers on the main story. Some extra information can be also placed in the side bar instead of placing it in the main article. It would be best to also use other sources or links that may also help spark the interest of the readers on other topic or articles.
