Well, that's an interesting conumdrum. I die, and spend 21 years being raised. Hope my companions can find me and track me down. Cripes, I'm actually going to have to get involved so the world doesn't completely suck in ten years.

So. We've got a main character who is a special snowflake, another main who is a snowflake, ANOTHER main- you know what they're all goddamn special snowflakes in one way or another.

Whatever. The magic here is more than a bit insane and I want no part of it. Instead, I'm just going to lay low, be an elf with my companions who are also elves, and keep everything under wraps until there's some excuse we can use to help wipe out as much of the endarkened as possible. They're demons, there's only so much that can really be done short of wiping them out. And while the special snowflakes are of course going to do the heavy lifting, it does not hurt to make sure that the good guys' redshirts have much lower casualties than they might otherwise have in a war.

Also, since I'm making sure to make sure things do NOT get screwed up as much as possible, I'd hope that the world I was reborn into was pretty decent. Since I have to spend a childhood in it without powers.

Oh god the twins are going to raise me, I'm screwed. I'll never live this down.
