- Description: Mitchell, an illegal alien from Trinidad and Tobago who was on parole for the r*pes of 3 women in NY, and who was the handyman at the apartment complex that Sheila had moved into 5 days earlier, broke into her apartment and attacked her. He r*ped her, before beating and strangling her to death. He was caught over 20 years later by DNA evidence.
