APPLICATION PORTAL COMPONENTS
MUST HAVE
Basic application form platform
•	Require basic information, upload documents etc. Like jotform
•	Customized form per university, program
•	OR Universal form where applicant can choose from the universities list, then only the programs of that university will appear in the next page and so on
Automated emails for different steps (I.e. when they register, it will be sent an email saying “thank you for applying etc.)
Access for different types of users
Applicant can:
•	Access to his/her own profile to change something or add missing documents
•	Check statuses
•	Access to invoices*
•	Confirm study offer place
Edunation can:
•	Check and change application’s statuses
•	Download application’s documents manually
•	Create invoices, automated invoices*
•	Access to application to add documents or modify something
•	Delete duplicate/unnecessary applicants
•	Send credentials to users
Agents users have their own account through which they can:
•	Check application’s statuses of their students (there should be a link between the student’s application and the agent account)
•	Modify application
•	Access to invoices*
•	Confirm study offer place on behalf of the student
Universities users can:
•	Check application’s info & doc
•	Choose if applicant is eligible or not
Linked to Zoho
•	Automatically creates profile of the applicant
•	Updates in the platforms are reflected in Zoho automatically

WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE
Emails are created from Zoho and then sent to the applicant’s email whenever there is an update. Otherwise, emails are sent from the platform.
*I strongly recommend that we can create the invoices from the application platform, so that we do not have to manually create from other places and then send it to the student. The process will be slowed down if we need to create manually service fee invoices everytime we have a new student. Otherwise, linked to external platform where we can do this automated task.

Creation of invoices: service fee and tuition fee

o	If not, it should be linked to paypal or something like that
•	Customized tuition fee invoice
To add notes or tags that can be seen only from Edunation and Universities
Agents users can:
•	Directly apply a student from their own agent account
Universities can
•	Create acceptance letters automatically, like letterheads in DA, that will be attached to the email that Edunation will send to the student
