[2013-11-02 20:24:29] <CrystalDM> 03The Wasteland is... unpleasant, no matter where you go. From the jungles of Zebrica to the mountainous dragon-lands. Each have their own hazards; each their own wonders. The Northern Empire is no different. What hazard, or wonder, will our group uncover today?
[2013-11-02 20:27:29] * Tallie an angry griffin teen? Cause those are dangerous.
[2013-11-02 20:28:09] <CrystalDM> 03The land, slightly irradiated from the proximity to the moat, is dead here. Occasionally you can see a bit of scrub or a mutfruit tree trying to claw out some life, but nothing really grows here. Nothing really thrives. Like the rest of the Wasteland, in one form or the other. As the group approaches the reservoir, guided by the directions Militus received, the half-hour walk gives them a...
[2013-11-02 20:28:09] <CrystalDM> ...chance to plan, and to educate the Princess, I mean, Captain Blitz, on the dangers of the Wasteland.
[2013-11-02 20:29:06] * Emerald_Blitz adjusts her saddlebags. She's not used to being quite so... large. Even accounting for Tallie's size, she feels simply enormous! She follows behind Militus, trying to gauge just exactly what her new stride is.
[2013-11-02 20:29:42] * Tallie is teeny tiny. She skips through the snow, happily enough.
[2013-11-02 20:31:36] <CrystalDM> 03The snow is only a couple inches deep. The winter winds don't allow much to settle, and it all is melted or plowed under the ground by the weather team and the farmers. Not much accumulates as a result.
[2013-11-02 20:32:01] * Tallie makes a snowball and throws it over her shoulder.
[2013-11-02 20:32:31] <Emerald_Blitz> "Militus," Emerald finally says. "I... I am aware this is going to make me sound like somewhat of a vindictive and spiteful pony, but... when the Zebra bombed Equestria..." She looks to the side. "Did Equestria fire back?"
[2013-11-02 20:32:36] * Militus ducks under the snowball easily and continues walking, unperturbed.
[2013-11-02 20:32:57] * Emerald_Blitz finds her question answered by a snowball in the face. She sputters and shakes it from her muzzle. "I say...!"
[2013-11-02 20:33:28] * Tallie giggles, prancing through the now.
[2013-11-02 20:33:29] * Asami is walking now in the back of the group..herself in no hurry of mind to go killing the wildlife that in her mind...has just as much right to water as they

[2013-11-02 20:35:00] * Militus smirks just a little at Emerald's plight. He quickly grows more serious. "Yes...yes, you did. The whole world burned except for the sky, which your pegasus compatriots sealed off, and some of the lands which did not join in the warring, although they too were soon buried by the nuclear winter that followed."
[2013-11-02 20:36:34] * Emerald_Blitz sighs. "I am sorry. Seeing what has happened to my home has... well, it is hard not to feel a dark satisfaction knowing that the destruction was at least mutual." She looks up and kicks a very large hoof-ful of snow at Tallie. "If it was that bad, how have ponies and others survived? I assume that the Stables of Stable-Tec played no small part?"
[2013-11-02 20:36:36] <Tallie> "Then those rat bastards up there went to war with us griffins. Shit didn't go well."
[2013-11-02 20:36:52] * Tallie gets buried in snow. Is tiny!
[2013-11-02 20:37:58] * Militus nods. "Yes, the Stables and various other refuges underground preserved a few. Similar projects in the zebra lands yielded similar results. At least, those Stables that /worked/ saved their occupants."
[2013-11-02 20:39:45] * Emerald_Blitz frowns. "Some of them failed? But I saw some of the designs myself. Miss Apple Bloom was a construction genius." She takes a breath. "Any flaw in her work would surprise me greatly. But then again, many things about this ruined world do..." She looks up at the cloudy sky and sighs.
[2013-11-02 20:41:37] <Asami> no offense but can we talk about something more...not depressing?
[2013-11-02 20:41:40] * Militus chuckles grimly. "Oh Captain. Did you learn nothing from the war? Though I have never seen any firsthoof, the stories I have heard say that the Stables were truly unassailable from the outside. But they could do nothing to save their occupants from themselves."
[2013-11-02 20:41:44] <CrystalDM> 03The grey sky is unyielding... the sun still shines, but its low enough to the horizon that the pegasi have only cleared a small section of clouds.
[2013-11-02 20:43:28] * Emerald_Blitz sighs heavily. "I suppose the flaw was that the same ponies who thought war was a good idea were the ones the Stables sought to preserve..." She straightens up. "Well. This world is all I have left. I suppose I should learn to live in it. Any other hazards I should know about, Militus ?"
[2013-11-02 20:45:41] * Militus looks thoughtful. "I have told you of the corruption. In addition, you should be wary of magical radiation and Taint. They are both dangerous. And raiders. You may hold out a hope, however small, for others. But not raiders. With them, you must kill or suffer a fate worse than death."
[2013-11-02 20:47:25] * Tallie plehs, shifting snow from her face. "That was mean."
[2013-11-02 20:48:04] * Emerald_Blitz wrinkles her nose. "Raiders? Former military remnants?" she asks. "The taint and radiation I know, miss Doo's book... well, I haven't read it yet, but there are sections on them." She looks down at Tallie and snorts. "Do not start battles you cannot win," she says, walking by.
[2013-11-02 20:48:52] * Tallie throws another snowball at Emerald_Blitz, then hides under her.
[2013-11-02 20:49:47] * Militus shakes his head. "No, raiders are those who have totally lost themselves to the darkness of this world. They serve only their own basest desires and respect only raw, brute force." He sighs and looks at the sky wistfully. "If only it had not come to this. They did not deserve such ends."
[2013-11-02 20:52:34] * Emerald_Blitz brushes the snowball aside with a wing, and looks a little startled that she did so. "I don't believe any of us deserved this," Emerald says. "I fought for the Lunar Army, for Equestria, and for what I believed in. I cannot believe that it came to this. My regret is that I cannot call to justice the ones who burned the world." She glares, then keeps walking.
[2013-11-02 20:53:20] <CrystalDM> 03As the group starts to round the bend toward the reservoir, everyone, except Emerald_Blitz, can hear the hiss of several large lizards. They can't see what's making the noise though... its coming from their left, just over the crest of a nearby hill.
[2013-11-02 20:53:27] * Asami chuckles at the antics of Tallie, just shaking her head as they walk or trot towards the reservoir.  Breaking her gaze for a moment to look at Militus  as she speaks up "Don't forget tellin' her..him..about all of the ghosts too Milly!
[2013-11-02 20:56:32] * Militus smiles back. "I will perhaps leave that to you, Asami. I have no business with spirits." His ears perk up at the sound, and he motions the group to stop. "Hold, there is something over the hill. Who here is the quietest? I'd like to know what we're facing before attacking it."
[2013-11-02 20:57:01] * Emerald_Blitz snorts. "Ghosts, of course," she says derisively. "Next you're going to tell me that the bombs resurrected the Headless Horse, too." She perks her ears. "Something where, now?"
[2013-11-02 20:57:20] * Tallie looks at Emerald_Blitz. "They did."

[2013-11-02 20:58:59] * Militus points to the nearby hill. "Over that rise, Captain." He raises an eyebrow. "Surely you can hear it? The hissing of a wild animal? It sounds to be reptilian."
[2013-11-02 20:59:39] * Emerald_Blitz frowns. "Yes, like a monitor lizard," she agrees. "I suppose now is as good as any a time to try... flying?" Emerald says hesitantly. She spreads her wings and takes a deep breath.
[2013-11-02 21:00:47] * Tallie pulls her revolver out. "Time to get messy."
[2013-11-02 21:01:11] <Militus> "Do be careful Captain. I would hate to say goodbye so soon."
[2013-11-02 21:01:38] <Asami> you sure its not a dragon like me?" Asami says rather loudly..aka the way she ALWAYS talks "I mean...lets not go killing fellow dragons due to a mis identification"
[2013-11-02 21:02:54] <Emerald_Blitz> "Information is more important than any physical weapon," Emerald says, and turns to Asami. "I know dragons when I see them," she says. "I won't shoot first. My honor as a soldier." She crosses her breast with a hoof, then flaps her wings. She looks genuinely startled when she gets a few inches of air. "Oh. Oh! This is... comes much easier than it should," Emerald says, frowning.
[2013-11-02 21:06:23] * Militus smiles wanly. "I am aware of the value of intelligence, Captain. But I have bid too many friends goodbye on seemingly simple missions. I merely ask you be cautious. As one soldier to another."
[2013-11-02 21:08:22] * Emerald_Blitz nods. "Of course, Militus. It wouldn't do to perish on my first day in this scorched and desolate world, now, would it." She grimaces and then beats her wings. Surprisingly, to her, she lifts off with very little trouble, though a little shakily. Achieving a hundred feet in altitude, and feeling quite giddy, she glides over the area the sounds came from.

[2013-11-02 21:15:16] <CrystalDM> 03Looking down as she crests the hill, Emerald Blitz can see five bipedal...lizards. They are walking around, sniffing at the underbrush. One of them digs a bit, to no success. Another one is jumping, trying to snag a mutfruit hanging from a tree, just out of reach. When he falls on his tail, he looks up, and spots Emerald, hissing loudly. The others all turn and look... and they all try...
[2013-11-02 21:15:16] <CrystalDM> ...running up to get the alicorn. Of course, since she's flying...
[2013-11-02 21:17:22] <CrystalDM> 03Around a thousand feet away, Emerald can make out a large structure. Its made of deep blue crystal that pulses slightly in the light.
[2013-11-02 21:17:25] * Emerald_Blitz banks over the lizards, looking down in amazement. How did they get so big? Immediately after that though, she chuckles. That's what SHE said, her brain reminds her. The lizards cannot get her from here, so she banks again, waiting for the lizards to tire of chasing her around so she can land by her compatriots again. And gets a good view of what the lizards were around, while she's at it.
[2013-11-02 21:17:50] * Emerald_Blitz frowns at the crystalline structure. Is that one of the monoliths she's heard about? She veers lower, but not too close, for another look.
[2013-11-02 21:25:00] <CrystalDM> 03The blue crystalline building continues to faintly pulse as Emerald_Blitz approaches. She makes out more hissing... louder, more commanding as she approaches.
[2013-11-02 21:26:43] * Emerald_Blitz banks around, trying to find the source of the hissing, though she is now on her guard. What is this place, and why are these... enormous lizards congregating here? And why hadn't they been on the hill where they could have spotted any prey for miles around?
[2013-11-02 21:36:22] <CrystalDM> 03The lizards chasing Emerald give up after a couple hundred feet, muttering and hissing at each other. Emerald comes in over the building, hovering in place as she looks over at the edge. What she sees... is odd? Three of the lizards from before are sitting back, wandering around. Three more are paying rapt attention to a much, much larger lizard who is hissing and barking at them. The...
[2013-11-02 21:36:22] <CrystalDM> ...larger lizard, dark green almost to the point of being black, has wings. Its wearing a bicorn, and has one claw inside of a closed coat. It looks like its giving a speech? And the ones paying rapt attention are slowly growing larger, getting darker.
[2013-11-02 21:37:54] * Tallie plays tic tac toe in the snow.
[2013-11-02 21:38:05] * Emerald_Blitz goggles at the sight for a few moments, then lifts off and flies back to where she had left the others. She comes in for a landing and gracefully flaps her wings so she coasts in to a standstill, then drops to her hooves. Emerald folds her wings to her back. "I have... very strange news," she says, looking incredibly perplexed.
[2013-11-02 21:39:13] * Tallie pouts. "Dammit, maybe next time..." she lost. Against herself. How? Don't know.
[2013-11-02 21:39:25] * Militus raises an eyebrow. "Then do not keep us in suspense. What did you see?"
[2013-11-02 21:40:11] * Asami fidgets and paces around while the group waits "So Milly? how long are we giving the winged wonder before we go find to see what killed her?
[2013-11-02 21:40:24] <Asami> speak of the...nevermind then
[2013-11-02 21:41:18] <Emerald_Blitz> "I believe..." Emerald starts to say, almost forcing the words out. "...that I am either going entirely insane, or I just observed... a lizard version... of Mad Emperor Neapolitan, giving a speech to... more lizards." She clomps a hoof to her face. "Near a crystalline building. In addition, there are three to six other lizards, in addition to the... very strange one."
[2013-11-02 21:42:46] * Tallie shrugs. "sounds pretty normal to me."
[2013-11-02 21:43:19] <Asami> Didja see any monolithy lookin things out there? or corpses? and I have to ask Cap'n...when ya came in for a landing...did you feel that you landed well? or crashylanded?
[2013-11-02 21:44:14] * Militus stares blankly for a moment, then begins to grin. "Oh, well I do hope this lizard has all the tactical acumen of the fabled emporor. A chance to cross swords with such a foe is not to be passed by easily."

[2013-11-02 21:45:46] <Emerald_Blitz> "I have no idea," Emerald says, rubbing her eyes with her wingtips. "I saw none of the monoliths. Though the... emperor lizard was converting others. I believe we had best make haste so they don't become more troublesome."

[2013-11-02 21:47:29] * Militus sighs. "Yes, Tallie, that is always a possibility." He turns back to Emerald_Blitz. "Now, Captain, how is the enemy arrayed? I agree that time is of the essence, but we must have a plan."
[2013-11-02 21:49:55] <CrystalDM> 03The hissing of lizards behind the hill continues unabated.
[2013-11-02 21:51:50] <Emerald_Blitz> "Three units out near the front, just over this hill," Emerald says, snapping back to reality. "Another three are being converted or enhanced by why I'm going to call the Emperor Lizard. Those three and the Emperor itself are on the far side of the crystalline building, perhaps twenty yards apart from one another." She nods. "If we take the three sentries, we should be able to eliminate them...
[2013-11-02 21:51:51] <Emerald_Blitz> ...before the are able to call the convertees or emperor over."
[2013-11-02 21:52:34] * Militus nods, thoughtfully. "And what of your abilities, Captain? How can you best fight these enemies?"
[2013-11-02 21:53:02] * Tallie jumps up. "Make 'em not alive!"
[2013-11-02 21:54:41] <Emerald_Blitz> "I..." Emerald hesitates. "Well, in the Lunar Army, I was a combat medic. But I've precious little in the ways of supplies right now, and apparently I can fly now, and..." She shakes her head. "I know some spells, I think."
[2013-11-02 21:55:36] * Tallie looks at her nade launcher, then her revolver. "Well, since they're all grouped up, maybe a well placed nade will get 'em."
[2013-11-02 21:56:25] <Emerald_Blitz> "Not entirely grouped," Emerald warns. "But you could perhaps catch two of them in it. The others, depending on the toughness of their hide, well..." She draws her shotgun. "Let us merely say this isn't the first time I've held a piece by Ironshod."
[2013-11-02 21:56:55] <Militus> "Then I will expect you to decide how best to use those spells, Captain." He turns to Tallie. "Yes, in fact I think that should be our opening move. A grenade to soften the enemy will help even the odds."
[2013-11-02 21:58:09] <Asami> hey Cap'n? if you got the unicorn standby, just flyu above em and Teekay them way up in the sky and drop em?
[2013-11-02 21:59:31] * Emerald_Blitz quirks an eyebrow. "Teekay?" she says quizzically. "Oh. Telekinesis. I... I have no idea." She focuses for a moment, then her horn glows green, and Asami is lifted into the air! "Oh. Oh, I suppose I do, after all."

[2013-11-02 22:01:38] * Emerald_Blitz gingerly puts Asami down. "My apologies. I don't... I'm still very confused, and some of these things are hard to... remember." She says the last word with a frown, then turns back to the hill. "Tallie, if you will take point and get as close as you can, I will provide aerial cover."
[2013-11-02 22:02:56] * Militus draws his pistol. "And I will keep them occupied should they close to melee range. You can be sure of it."
[2013-11-02 22:03:09] * Tallie nods, readying her nade launcher. "Alrighty, lets do this."

[2013-11-02 22:05:42] * Emerald_Blitz waits on top of the hill, ready to swoop down and provide cover.

[2013-11-02 22:06:54] * Asami just blinks at the orders given to Tallie and headshakes, following up in the rear of the group
[2013-11-02 22:13:15] <CrystalDM> 03The group heads down the path, swinging wide to keep from getting attacked by the smaller lizards. As the group approaches on the charge, Tallie is able to get off a single shot as ALL of the lizards turn HISS at the group.
[2013-11-02 22:31:44] <CrystalDM> 03The geckos dash forward at a shout from the Emperor! His coat, marked with bars like military insignia, is made of leather... almost like its leather from these lizards... a pair of the converting geckos dash toward Tallie, while one of the smaller ones runs at Militus!
[2013-11-02 22:38:30] <CrystalDM> 03The bite on one of the smaller lizards barely penetrates Militus's combat armor, and the two being converted both miss Tallie.
[2013-11-02 22:41:38] * Emerald_Blitz zips off the hill, fully in control of her wings, and lands, straddling Tallie to shield her from the oversized lizards. "You are no My Tiny Geckos," Emerald growls. "And I'm not losing another team. Get back!" A vibrant green bubble bursts from her horn, shielding the two of them. Emerald looks surprised again.
[2013-11-02 22:43:11] * Tallie is enveloped by alicorn. Not bad.
[2013-11-02 22:44:45] <CrystalDM> 03Another Gecko dashes forward, trying to gnaw on delicious zebra flesh. But, it can't. A pity.
[2013-11-02 22:45:06] * Tallie reloads her launcher and looks at Emerald_Blitz. "Can I shoot out of the sheild?"
[2013-11-02 22:45:57] <Emerald_Blitz> "I... uh..." Emerald looks just as clueless as Tallie. Then she blanks for a moment, then shakes her head. "No. It is nearly impervious. A gift from the Goddess. I'll move momentarily, and you can fire. Are you ready?"
[2013-11-02 22:46:18] * Tallie nods. "Ya."
[2013-11-02 22:48:03] <CrystalDM> 03The Emperor lizard leaps to the air, sweeping down over the group and landing in front. Its wagon-sized form takes a deep breath in, and Asami is struck by a realization. She does the exact same thing everytime...OSHIT THATS FIRE!!!!
[2013-11-02 22:50:59] <CrystalDM> 03A rush of black flame pours out, coating everyone in front of the lizard. This includes, thankfully? The other Geckos too.
[2013-11-02 22:51:47] * Tallie sees some of the fire splash against her armour. "Oh shit! That's hot!"
[2013-11-02 22:54:52] * Emerald_Blitz me grits her teeth and sucks in breath as the fire scorches her skin and just feels... wrong, as well as HOT!"

[2013-11-02 22:57:21] <CrystalDM> 03The last of the geckos run forward, smashing itself against Emerald_Blitz's shield!
[2013-11-02 23:12:38] * Militus snorts angrily as the flames enveloping him dissipate. He wordlessly holsters his pistol and draws his sword before grinning and lunging for the gecko that has just impacted the shield. His attack tears open a gaping wound.
[2013-11-02 23:14:01] <CrystalDM> 03The last of the little Geckos leaps forward at Militus and latches onto his legs, drawing much more blood than his fellow. Though, considering his fellow is now on fire, perhaps this one is just luckier?
[2013-11-02 23:14:32] * Asami curses loudly and drops tucks and rolls to try to put out the gecko fire "Tallie Take wing don't let 'em get near you!
[2013-11-02 23:16:02] * Tallie growls. "I can't!"
[2013-11-02 23:16:52] * Asami douses the fire on her and goes into a defensive stance, waiting for any of those nasty geckos should they try to get near her
[2013-11-02 23:16:53] <Emerald_Blitz> "Stay calm," Emerald orders. "We have this in the bag. Just put a few more bullets in them and we'll be fine."
[2013-11-02 23:17:37] * Militus hisses in pain before turning to look at his newest assailant. "Oh good, you've decided to make this an interesting excursion after all," he says menacingly.
[2013-11-02 23:26:46] <CrystalDM> 03Lizards on parade, I mean, fire! One of the smaller ones falls to it, but the bigger two flail on. Emphasis on flail. Damage to dat shield? Minimal.
[2013-11-02 23:29:50] * Emerald_Blitz fires her shotgun at the non-burning lizard, then misses the burning one. Then she drops her shield. "Tallie, NOW!" she shouts.
[2013-11-02 23:30:24] * Tallie fires her nade at the emperor!
[2013-11-02 23:32:38] <CrystalDM> ((Tallie retracts that, as she likes not being 'sploded by her own grenades. kthx))
[2013-11-02 23:34:45] <CrystalDM> 03Another gecko bursts into cinders! Oh, the ponamity!
[2013-11-02 23:35:40] * Tallie fires her revolver. "Diediedie!"
[2013-11-02 23:37:03] <CrystalDM> 03Two of the revolver rounds punch into the larger gecko. They push him back a bit and leave nice holes in him, but he remains standing...
[2013-11-02 23:43:55] <CrystalDM> 03Rearing back, the Emperor Gecko unleashes another gout of fire over the party... and his allies. Owie!
[2013-11-02 23:46:44] <CrystalDM> 03The geckos fall before the Emperor... dead... and on fire. Whelp, guess that takes care of pretty much everything. Even one of the Converted looks like a stiff wind will knock it over. Hell, a stiff wind would just burn it up.
[2013-11-02 23:58:52] <Militus> As another wave of fire gutters out on his coat Militus charges forward towards the Empror Gecko. As he strikes, however, his weapon flies from his grasp and he sprints off, cursing, to retrieve it.
[2013-11-03 00:02:48] * Asami Asami scowls at huge uniformed gecko, taking in a breath to spit her own fireball back at it...and then skeedaddling out of its previous path of fire not desiring to be hit by it again. "Eat some of your own medicine ya twat!"
[2013-11-03 00:03:04] <CrystalDM> 03The Emperor rears back and screams with pain as the fire hits it. It does not seem to be fire resistant in the slightest.
[2013-11-03 00:08:25] * Emerald_Blitz drops to the ground and rolls, quenching the fire from her burning feathers. She is in agony. But it is still not as bad as that one time a flamer exploded next to her! Or did that really happen... it's a little fuzzy. Emerald rolls to her hooves, her shotgun held in her telekinesis, and fires two round at the emperor. "I have HAD enough of YOU" she shouts.
[2013-11-03 00:09:40] <CrystalDM> 03Even as the last of the Converted burst into flame and fall to the ground, Emerald's shotgun coughs twice. Pellets scatter into the creature, and it coughs up blood. Oh, that can not be healthy.
[2013-11-03 00:10:33] * Tallie fires her revolver three more times in hopes to kill the fuckl.
[2013-11-03 00:14:11] <CrystalDM> 03The bullets slam into the Emperor, and he coughs up more of that blood. Its dark, and wisps of shadow can be seen rising from it. The emperor yet lives, though.
[2013-11-03 00:16:27] <CrystalDM> 03Looking around at the group surrounding him, the Emperor squeals in flight and takes to the sky. Blue dragon's flame follows him up into the sky as his skin still burns...
[2013-11-03 00:20:59] * Militus draws his pistol and takes aim at the retreating figure. He fires once, hitting but not stopping the beast. Militus then stares after the silohouette. "Until next time then," he mutters.
[2013-11-03 00:21:54] * Asami jogs after the flying gecko "I'm not done with you yet get back here gemme your hat!
[2013-11-03 00:23:19] * Militus turns and trots off to pick up his sword.
[2013-11-03 00:26:26] * Tallie pouts, then looks at Emerald_Blitz. "Are you gonna be okay?"
[2013-11-03 00:28:14] * Emerald_Blitz pants, her feathers singed. "I... will be... as soon as... I kill that thing," she growls, and launches into the sky after the ridiculous, nonsensical, and very painful lizard. She rapidly catches up and whirls around it. "You don't belong in this world," she growls. "Go back to some place that makes less sense!" And with that she fires the last shell in her shotgun.
[2013-11-03 00:30:49] * Tallie "Hey! Wait up!" She tries to flap her wings, but she does it all wrong and face plant.s
[2013-11-03 00:31:42] <CrystalDM> 03The Emperor takes that shotgun blast right between the wings, tumbling to the ground and rolling end over end. This has the benefit of putting out the dragon fire, and leaving the hat, and the jacket, in decent condition.
[2013-11-03 00:32:52] * Emerald_Blitz whirls and chases the toppling lizard back toward the surface.
[2013-11-03 00:34:07] * Militus trots over to the crash site, having collected his weapons. He looks rather rough.
[2013-11-03 00:34:54] <CrystalDM> 03Emerald as the thing is settling into the ground. The jacket is singed and has bullet holes through it, but is actually made for wings. The hat is in the snow about seven feet from the corpse, and looks to have weathered combat much better than the Emperor did.
[2013-11-03 00:35:49] * Emerald_Blitz slams down all four hooves on the singed lizard corpse JUST to make sure it's dead, then looks up. "Well," she says, and coughs smoke. "That went... approximately as well as expected."
[2013-11-03 00:37:18] * Militus looks down at the corpse, looking dejected. He sighs. "I had hoped I might've had a proper fight with it."
[2013-11-03 00:38:01] * Tallie soon scrambles over. "Hey... you didn't leave anything for me!"
[2013-11-03 00:39:20] <Emerald_Blitz> "It died as all cowards do," Emerald says. "Fleeing, with its back to the enemy." She turns and looks at the coat. "I say... that jacket might just be large enough to afford this... ungainly frame of mine some protection. I don't suppose...?"
[2013-11-03 00:39:58] * Asami jogs over to where the hat landed and then proceeds to don it, smiling back at Emerald and the smoking corpse
[2013-11-03 00:40:38] <CrystalDM> 03The hat, for a short time, causes Asami to be in a small tent.
[2013-11-03 00:40:52] * Militus smiles and gestures to the corpse. "Take it. It's belongings are yours by rights."
[2013-11-03 00:41:56] * Tallie prods the corpse.
[2013-11-03 00:42:35] <CrystalDM> 03The corpse is prodded. It reaches up and attacks Tallie, eating her in one bite! I mean, it does nothing.
[2013-11-03 00:42:37] * Emerald_Blitz pulls the singed garment from the corpse and holds it up in telekinesis. "Tallie..." she says, "I heard mention of you being good with the repair of objects, arms, and armor. Could you perhaps resize this for me once we get back to town? I would greatly appreciate it."
[2013-11-03 00:42:43] * Asami waddles around in the giant hat for a moment while snickering and laughing to herself and pulling it off again, holding the cartoony looking thing barely "well now...I'm gonna need to get this thing hat banded..but it shall be awesome!
[2013-11-03 00:48:01] * Emerald_Blitz puts the cloak in her saddlebag. "Well. I believe these... creatures were the concern, yes?" she says, then looks at the crystal building. "Except... what's in here?"
[2013-11-03 00:48:50] * Tallie stands up and looks at Emerald_Blitz's new coat. "Uhm... yeah, I can see that happening. Sure." She reloads her revolver and grins. "Damn I'm good."
