- bbinst.c have some changes to it now copying the 4 shell scripts to
- /usr/local/bin so bsdbox can use them for the status in .xinitrc.
- Tags has been change, but you can always change them to your liking.
- adding more hotkeys to dwm config.h for nitrogen and lxmusic.
- How to install BSDBOX 2.1 to FreeBSD
- -------------------------------------
- This tarball can be fetch on a freshly new FreeBSD installation.
- after fresh install of FreeBSD 11.0-RELEASE reboot, login to root and do the following:
- vi /etc/group add username to wheel and operator write and save
- vi /boot/loader.conf add kern.vty=vt and loader_logo="beastie" write and save reboot login as user
- and type su and . .
- fetch http://sourceforge.net/projects/thebsdboxproject/files/bsdbox-2.1.tar.gz
- please make sure its in your $home directory. now run tar -xvzf bsdbox-2.1.tar.gz
- and to install BSDBOX 2.1 type ./bbinst
- The C installer script will do all the work for you.
- To see all the key bindings go to dwm-6_1 folder and edit config.h
