RP app: Sandwich was born mid year 2 in the checkpoint.  After wondering around for a while he found a large building with a line winding outside and going on for miles into the distance.  He followed the line into the building and saw a huge desk with stacks and stacks of paper piled upon it and blue skinned ogres running around in a panic.
Sandwich cautiously approached one of the ogres to ask what is happening.  The ogre hurriedly informed him that the seat of the Enma Daio is empty and there is nobody to judge the new souls.  The ogre runs off and Sandwich approaches the desk.  He looks out at the line of disgruntled souls and shrugs.
Sandwich hops up onto the huge desk and starts looking through the stacks of paper.  They are files on all the dead in the line.  Sandwich asks the name of the first soul in line and finds their file among the piles.  With no major crimes or sins of any kind Sandwich decides he should be fine getting into heaven.  He grabs a stamp off the desk that says heaven and stamps the file.  Sandwich tells the soul he can move on to heaven.  The ogres all stop what they were doing and turn stunned to see Sandwich steadily working through the list of souls.  After a while of staring one of the ogres shrugs and grabs a form out of a file cabinet nearby.  He hands it to Sandwich and tells him to sign at the bottom.  Sandwich is now officially the judge of souls hooray!
