Q. I’m new. What is this playlist about?
A. The YouTube Music Playlist thread is for listening, posting, and talking about music as you browser thread on /Trash/ or 4chan in general. Explore more music by trying this playlist!

Q. How do I add music?
A. Add music to the playlist(s) by clicking the link. (Must have YT account to add). And you can save the playlist and touch the bell icon for notifications of new playlists.

Q. What can I add?
A. Any genere is allowed. From obscure to popular, if it’s a music genre, add it. full albums and singles are welcome. There are more than one playlists for each. There are so far album and singles, albums only, singles only, and a hiphop mix if you want just hip hop.

Q. The link(s) don’t work.
A. If you can’t add songs to playlist(s), post the videos on the threads and I’ll add them! If this is a commom problem, email me! You can contact me through the contact links.

Q. I don’t listen to music on YouTube, what do?
A. Songs don’t have to be from Youtube. Post from any site. (This includes Bandcamp, Spotify, Soundcloud, etc).

Q. What else can I do here?
A. You can just listen to the playlists Talk about almost anything; new albums, music-cores, ect. Furries are allowed. Bump the thread just in case, /Trash/ can move very fast. Lurking before posting is encouraged.

Q. I don’t know much music. Is there anywhere I can start?
Your music choices come from you. Make sure to explore around /mu/ generals or a few youtube channels (NeedleDrop, DeepCuts, Tabby, ect).

Q. Anything else to know?
A. Ear-rapes, or unrelated videos that derails the thread/playlist are not allowed. And those videos added will be removed. For example, adding children songs with 3D characters is violating the playlists rules. (Yes, this actually happened).

Q. Someone is shitposting, what do I do?
A. You just ignore it. Start hiding posts, 4chan X also has recursive post hiding.


Q. Really?
A. Yes, shitposters thrive on reactions and validation of their existence. While nobody actually holds any power here, you can still technically report anything breaking 4chan's global rules that are still in effect on /trash/. Just ride out the storm, ignore the shitposting, and eventually they'll get bored.

(For clarity, this rule is copied from the /scaly/ FAQ. It’s a nice rule to follow).
