Q: What are you trying to do?
A: Beat the Battle Factory without manip, going for the fastest time for Silver and/or Gold Symbol.

Q: Why <L100/L50> and not <L50/L100>? Why <Doubles/Singles> and not <Singles/Doubles>?
A: They are separate categories, just focusing on this one for now. I plan on doing them all.
L50 is easier/faster (HP bars go down quicker, and you have less 'guessing' of what set the opponent is using in sets 5 and 6), but also a bit more boring because the early L50 pokemon are not as fun to use.

Q: Are the sets the same between Singles and Doubles?
A: Yes.

Q: Why are you doing so many swaps?
A: Only when it actually makes the team better. Swapping is more beneficial in Gen 4 Factory than Gen 3, in Gen 3 it's not worth doing for the increase in "better pokes", and during the set 1 if you swap, you're actually swapping for a worse IV poke.
This is because opponents have IVs of 3 for their Pokemon (including the 7th battle), whereas the IVs for your Pokemon are 3 in the first set, but then go up to 6 for the second, 9 for the third, etc.

Q: What are you playing on, it is emulator?
A: No, I'm playing on a GBP with a capture card (GV-USB2). If you complain about the video quality, you are a certified zoomer.

Q: What is your estimate time for how long this will take?
A: If I actually get to gold, it should be under 2 hours.
