i'm investigating the situation because all of this is, even to me, sounding an awfully lot like you have some bias
dan habiki has proven to be a giant baby about the situation and has continued to persist the problem past the mute
and yet, you chose to only mute LD who has had a very inconsistent record of situations like this
meanwhile, dan has had a very consistent record of starting bullshit with people
i'm not as forgiving towards dan because, without fail, he has always started unnecessary arguments
LD you have to trigger to get to that point, so to see these problems happening more consistently than with other people really has me curious
if you have some sort of bias or proof, even evidence, i'd share it
otherwise, i'd consider giving both equal penalty from here on out
because at this rate i don't really care who started it or who instigated it, the fact they both carried it out for as long as they did should be considered unacceptable, no attempt was made to properly quit or ease the situation
and thus far i'm feeling that if any solution has been decided, it has only continued to make matters worse on one end
this is the second time this has happened so far, and i have told LD i would try my best to keep my eye on this again
because i'm not exactly happy with dan constantly receiving "warnings" either
he's had this same exact treatment in 8BDM and tbqh i am not certain how much of this should be continued or deserved

I'm familiar with Dan and his history with LD in the server, but since I've only been loosely following what's been happening in this server, I judged it as an isolated case
With LD being extremely aggressive towards Dan, who from what I heard, was only playing a terribly tuned class in the server
Making threats to Dan and some jabs at the devs

i guess it's because i have my issues with dan, and my refusal to unblock him stems from the fact of how consistent this happened
if i start unblocking him now, you could potentially see me doing this same bs, but i also lack the threat remarks LD has
for now i just sort of want to ensure that none of this was dealt unfairly and from here on out is at least investigated behind the scenes
the result of this is causing LD to arguably act even worse, as if feeling too antagonized

Looking back on it, it really should have been a double mute, and a lot sooner, but it's too late now. LD is unmuted for the meantime
