1. Make "road map" outling the tenative BETA Release Dates and MAIN Relase Dates for all major projects and additions.
      Will be done.
   2. Lets make every Sunday and Wednesday Main Release Days.

   3. I would prefer an active roster showing which projects are assigned to each Scripter and/or The Development Team
      Will be done.
   4. Begin approving or rejecting older "Think Tank" items, as you can put "Approved Pending Coding" etc, they are building. All future Think Tank Requets should be left open 1 week for discussion (unless urgent) and then decided upon.
      Will do.
   5. Hire 5 Developers to serve under the Chief Developer
      Be done ASAP.
   6. Clear out all deadwight on the Beta Team and hire 7 NA, 7 EU, 5 AU to assist the Chief.
      Will be done.
   7. Have the Dev Team start focusing Community Related Requests and fielding those. For the next mont I want daily short-reports emailed to me from Calgon and Danial... As this is a very sensitive matter.
