  1. Kyo Kuraihikari is an otherworlder born to a family of peasants. His family being poor, Kyo's 2 older sisters went off soon after his born to join the Kingdom's Knight Corps and returned, upon his 7th birthday, as well-decorated Knights. Curious of their own little brother's potential, they trained him immensely, both instilling him with outstanding fighting instincts from a young age alongside a good moral compass due to his older sisters' strict training regiment. Their intense training regime working almost too well, as by the age of 11, Kyo was already besting his sisters in individual combat. Feeling as if they had nothing more to teach him, they sent him to the Kingdom's military training academy, which trained not only knights but mages and other necessary positions. There he met his future party, a set young twin mages named Alice and Nami and a genius knight by the name of Alaster. As Kyo's 14th birthday approached, his instructors had him transferred into an active knight infantry unit in order to test his ability in true combat. On his first mission, despite it normally being very routine, Kyo's unit was attacked by abnormally powerful demons, resulting in the unit itself being decimated and the Kyo being left to die. Luckily, Kyo was saved by a patrolling group of Church Templars. Having been brought to a branch of the Aria Church, the church for the world's goddess' religion, he was feed and healed where he was restored to health. Before he left, he provided a prayer to the goddess for allowing him to live only to receive a reply from the goddess. She revealed to him the truth of his survival: that her blessings protected him and allowed the Church to heal him for he was the destined 'Hero of Dusk and Dawn' that would 'save the world from all calamity'. Eventually this would prove to be true as the branch's priest had informed Kyo of what his next goal should be: Securing the Mugen-no-Yami-to-Hikari-no-Tsurugi from the Eastern Continents. Traveling with a group of Templars assigned to him, Kyo would spend the rest of the time until his 15th birthday recovering the sword. After returning to his Kingdom, Kyo would end up meeting with the King at the time who "warned" Kyo of the growing Demonic threat and that it was "imperative" for the "safety of the kingdom" to destroy the Demons. Kyo, in his youthful ignorance, believed his king wholeheartedly and set off to assemble his party, reuniting with his cohorts from the academy. Alice and Nami had become exemplary mages, with Alice having created and master Space Magic, while Alaster became an extremely skilled Knight, rivaling Kyo in skill. Before setting off for the Demonic Realm, Kyo and Alice visited the Aria Church's main branch in the capital for blessings. During their visit, the Pope of the Aria Church had a revelation which was spoken to Kyo and Alice: "The Hero is nothing more than a harbinger for the end. Sympathy and Empathy shall bring forth eternal calamity. Dawn shall come however, the world will then experience everlasting Dusk." Kyo was then unintentionally inflicted with a 《Calamitous Blessing》, a blessing that would bring forth despair to him and his allies. Alice, trusting Kyo and believing in him, denied that his destiny was 'set in stone' and gave Kyo the necessary drive to move forward. With the Hero's Party assembled and their blessings, however good or bad, obtained, they set off for the Demonic Realm in order to slay the Demon Lord. As the party progressed throughout their journey, they came to realize the disturbed truth of the world: Demons were not all necessarily evil and many were in fact pacifistic and sought isolation or peaceful coexistence. The King of the Western Kingdom was corrupted and believed only in human superiority. Making a pact amongst themselves, the Hero's Party changed their directive from slaying the Demon Lord to pacifying the Demon Race. Following their 2 year-long journey, Kyo and the Hero's Party at last arrived at the Demon Lord's Palace. Spending many days and many nights in disagreements and fights, at last the Demon Lord agreed to call back the Demons and live peacefully within a separate space. Using the Demon Lord's Palace, Alice created a separate dimension and bound it to the palace, allowing the demons to live peacefully. As they returned home, the party was met with death threat and false accusations, such as 'demon sympathizers' and 'traitors of humanity'. Eventually, this culminated into a massive trial resulting in the execution of the Alice, Nami, and Alaster while Kyo himself stood trial against the Goddess herself. From the Goddess herself, Kyo learned the truth about the Demon Race: Demons were the corrupted templates of the current Humans and were nothing more than 'defective prototypes' in her eyes. Kyo was faced with an ultimatum: Destroy the separate space and kill all the demons or be cast out from the world for eternity. Having nothing left to lose and wanting to keep his honor at the very least, Kyo's 《Calamitous Blessing》 was enhanced even further by the goddess and he was cast out from his world, to be set adrift amongst Space and Time. Eventually, at some point, his existence made it's way to the UT Universe sometime around 202X. As a result of some of his magic threatening the timeline, Kyo was met with Divine Intervention though managed to protect himself from the brunt of said Intervention through his, at the time still existent, spacial magic learned from Alice. While he was protected from complete erasure, he lost most of his magic with the only magic he retained was his Spacial Shift but in a severely weakened form. Appearing a new realm without any idea of anything around him or who anyone is, he began his new life there.
