  3. A lot of these are improvements that you CAN do, but some of them you might not want to do because of difficulty/consistency (swamp gossips strat for example). I'm just making this list so you're at least aware of some of these possibilities.

  5. I will omit some strats (such as seamwalk into goron shrine or different stt bk skip) that I think are hard/inconsistent with current strats. I will also omit some places where you could save frames by drawing hookshot/bow (such as how you can technically drop bomb at start of oceanside and then draw hookshot and then recoil flip), but I will mention some easy ones

NOTE: you want to do a late recoil flip instead of an early recoil flip to avoid grabbing the ledge)

  26. movement from goron shrine to lens cave: technically you can pull bomb during hess and then long jump + JS onto an invisible platform, but this seems hard.

  28. lens cave platforms: An easy optimization you can do here is to pull a bomb while you're jumping to the THIRD from last (there are 6 total platforms, so when you're jumping from platform 3 to platform 4) and then do a recoil flip from the last platform (i.e. the 6th platform) to the lens cave. You'll want to pull the bomb about halfway through your jump from the 3rd to 4th platform.

  33. snapper room can be done better: don't pull the bomb asap, the bomb will explode on the snapper anyway so you can do a roll first which is faster than walking. do snapper room like this EXCEPT he could have walked closer to the bomb that exploded on the 3rd snapper to take damage AND with the damage route we came up with (see below), you'll want to take 1/2 at first set of snappers instead of 1/4 (in the vid he takes 1/4 because snapper hits him), so you'll want to roll and drop bomb so that the bomb will hit the snapper before the snapper has a chance to hit you (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ip_uN6l-0EM)

  61. Oceanside: I saw you intentionally take damage from the big skulltula for 1/2 heart. Instead, it'd be better to enter the last room, roll to break the crate on the right, quickspin so that you kill skulltula immediately, then as soon as you get control after quickspin, pull a bomb, walk into token, backwalk to the crate on the other side of the room, then turn around so you're not backwalking anymore or else the bomb explosion will knock you a bit in the wrong direction, the bomb explosion will not only blow up the crate, but it will kill the skulltula on the wall inside the little room. This order is a bit faster anyway because you can also do more direct movement to climbing the boxes at the end of the room by doing it in this order

  63. hookshoting trees up to beavers: for the last 2 trees, I saw you do: hookshot tree, 2 rolls, hookshot tree, 2 rolls, hookshot tree, turn zora, enter loading zone BUT INSTEAD you should do: hookshot tree, 1 roll + walk a bit, hookshot tree, 1 roll + walk a bit, hookshot tree, turn zora, enter loading zone
  64. (i.e., instead of doing 2 rolls after hookshoting, you can just do 1 roll plus a few steps of walking and you'll be close enough to hookshot the next tree)

  68. after exiting observatory, you should pull the bomb asap instead of collecting the moon's tear before pulling the bomb. You will have to shield drop the bomb in order to pick up the moon's tear (because holding an object, such as a bomb, gives you collection delay), then do the goron boost after picking up the tear

  70. after killing the dodongos in the grotto, while waiting for the last one to explode, you can walk/roll into it to push it closer to where the chest spawns so you do less movement to the rupee/chest

  72. the bomb strat for the first snowhead fairy saves around 4s and it's easy once you know the visual cue and it's low risk, definitely worth it. Here's a video of some successes/failures which should give you a good idea of where to stand/when to throw it (using the textures on the bridge as visual cues; see description)

  75. snowhead temple room with compass chest: after opening the strat fairy chest, you jump off the cliff and do a roll before pulling the bomb, this roll is totally unnecessary, just do 1 step and then pull the bomb, it's free timesave and the explosion radius is active for multiple frames so it's not precise. I can't find a video of anyone doing it perfectly, but it is not hard

  77. after eeno room, your equips are bad. You should keep fire arrow equipped the entire time because fire arrow takes longer to equip than other items.
