Windows busted in, walled scratched and crumbling, and the doors ripped clean from their hinges. And that was just the outside of the building! They keep running into the home, past the broken remains of Gigamet's automated pellet gun, which was usually attached high up on the side of the building, and run through the open doorway.*

The growls and howls from the monsters chasing them are still echoing from the main safety passageway, as the creatures are fighting each other as they struggle to squeeze through the narrow passage to get to EFD and Argyl.*

[12/30/2013 3:05:55 AM] Eccentric Eastern Dragon: Argyl: Yeah, let's move it before those stupid mutts learn how to walk down a hallway one at a time! *They hurry through the tattered remains of the living room, running down the next hallway until they reach the thick doorway of the Main Security Room, which is still thankfully open. They quickly dash through it and slam the door shut, just as the creatures start flooding into the living room.*

[12/30/2013 3:12:22 AM] Eccentric Eastern Dragon: Argyl: *is still being held by EFD* Well, I'm not familar with her technology at the moment, and we don't have time to study it... *pauses as they hear a loud banging at the door* ...but I don't think we have to. Set me down for a moment, I need to check the equipment.

The teleport's is already programmed with the coordinates to EC and Nefi's home. Apparently, Gigamet had the same idea as us. *keeps checking* Unfortunately, the teleporter is still in stand-by mode...which is good for us...but it also means that Gigamet and Travis never had the opportunity to use it.

  28. [12/30/2013 3:32:42 AM] Eccentric Eastern Dragon: *As she checks around, fearing the worse, she pushes over a fallen cabinet, and sees a familar 2-D arm jutting out from under it*
  29. [12/30/2013 3:33:45 AM] Enemy Floation Device: EFD: Gigamet~!!! *she easily tosses the cabinet away and lifts Gigamet out of the mess* It's me, EFD~!! Are you okay~??
  30. [12/30/2013 3:37:35 AM] Eccentric Eastern Dragon: *Her words stop short as she tossing the cabintet away and tries to lift Gigamet up...only to find that Gigamet herself...isn't there. Argyl turns to look at the commotion as well, eyes widening a bit when he sees the servered arm*

[12/30/2013 3:52:26 AM] Eccentric Eastern Dragon: *Under the equipment, they find Gigamet lying on the ground, with scratches and bite marks all over her body, and with bits of herself actually torn off, including her left arm. Looking closely, they can see that the damaged area is glowing a bit as the nanobots that make up her body work to rebuild and repair her injuries. Still, it doesn't look like a particularly pleasant event, as Gigamet's face is contorted with pain, her body limp and twitching uncontrollably as the healing process progresses.*

They came here looking for Travis...I don't know why, but they did...we tried to stop them, but they overpowered us...before we could get safely inside...

EFD, Argyl, and Gigamet barely manage to get onto the teleporting platform before the beam of light hits them from above, making the Security Room disappear around them, their last image being the sight of the creatures as they rush inside the room, clawing and tearing at anything still in one piece. A moment later, they're standing outside, suddenly feeling soft grass under their feet.*

They seem to recognize the three quickly, because the hatch closes, the door swings open, and the worker hurries them inside before slamming the door shut again and locking it*
