Norman Rauscher was born in 1995. His parents were predominantly Austrian. He was born into a less fortunate family. Rauscher and his parents resided in the Berlin suburbs until he reaches the age of 11. His parents decided to immigrate to America in order to seek a better life. They sold all of their belongings and only took necessities. Upon arriving in Ohio, Norman's parents both looked for jobs matching their current experience. Norman's parents were left clueless in the middle of America with no relatives. They were highly desperate to find work and raise Norman up properly.

Norman's father finally found a job as a caretaker at a local school. His mother, Elizabeth, found a minimum wage accounting job at small company in the outskirts of Los Santos. Norman's life was quite basic and plain until the age of 18. He moved into college and began his own, better life. He decided there is no point living unless he does something useful with his life. He always wanted stories to tell if he ever had grand kids. He wanted to be interesting. Norman currently runs a job as a cashier in Downtown, Los Santos. He's looking to expand into carpentry, accounting, marketing or tourism. He seeks to make his life better than his previous one in Germany. Norman is also looking to open his own fast food restaurant in the center of Los Santos. He hopes to rack in a lot of money and build up his empire. Let's see how it goes.

Hey! My name is Jamie. I'm 16 years old. I'd like to join LSRP to try out a new standard, and somewhat a new style of roleplay. I feel that LSRP enforces heavy roleplay very well. I like to keep my roleplay at very high standards. I used to roleplay on HZRP as Norman Rauscher. I also used to roleplay on BARP and BDRP under Norman Rauscher. I'm not currently banned, just looking to spend my time elsewhere. I feel like LSRP has a lot of new roleplay opportunities and provides a very immersive atmosphere. This community looks very fun and inviting so I've decided to apply.

Q. What is our policy on rape, robbing and scamming?
You need to gain prior OOC permission by all parties involved to roleplay rape with any victim. If prior OOC permission is given by all parties involved, the roleplay must happen away from anybody else, where it will not potentially be interrupted. Subjecting others to see disgusting roleplay falls under this rule. The following is strictly forbidden on this server: Rape, Cannibalism, Pedophilia. You may either be temporary or permanently banned. During the roleplay of Rape if someone is wanting to stop or is getting uncomfortable with it then the roleplay must be stopped at all times due to the nature of disgusting roleplay.

Safe Zones (Robbing People and in General) - Los Santos Airport, Prison Lobby, Hospitals, PD/SD Stations. This means that in these areas you may not commit a crime for instance you can not rob or kill someone here however if the crime originated outside of the safe zone and lead into a safe zone area then yes you may.

In order to rob, you need to be level 5 or higher. You can only rob $500, but you can scam $50,000. You're allowed to rob drugs, weapons and cargo limitlessly. House, business and vehicle scams are forbidden. You are not allowed to kill a player after robbing/scamming them unless they have brought it upon themselves. The maximum bet you can place in a legal betting business is $1,000,000 and all interactions must be role-played properly. Loaning and ILLEGAL gambling is done at your own risk and is not protected by the level requirements, money limits and scam restrictions described in this rule. If a player robs your money when illegally gambling that is on you and an admin cannot do anything about it either, there are no level requirements, money limit or scam limit.

Q. Explain some roleplaying terms, like metagaming and powergaming, and give two examples to each.
Metagaming: Using OOC information by In Character means.
Example 1: You communicate your location with your friend via /pm.
Example 2: You tell your friend on discord to sell you a gun.
Example 3: You see a player's nametag is Josh. You go up to him and call him Josh without prior roleplay.
Example 5: Messaging your friend that the cops are about to search his house.

Powergaming: Forcing roleplay upon others without giving them a fair chance, performing acts that are not humanlike, making up things which did not happen so that you can benefit and roleplaying things not possible script-wise.
Example 1: /me grabs the car with both hands, tossing it ontop of Jeremy.
Example 2: /me slams his bat onto Norman's head, killing him instantly.
Example 3: /me has a AK47 in his left pocket.
Example 4: /me does NOT have the 19 grams of cocaine in his possession.


Both of these rules if acted up is anything from an admin jail to a ban depending on the severity and outcome of what has happened.

Official factions like PD and SD are allowed to use TeamSpeak in order to communicate in game. All Official Factions are allowed to use Teamspeak just not VOIP just like they can't communicate IC using VOIP. Pretty much PD/SD
