  1. [General]
  2. - The run starts when PokeBalls have been obtained and Pokemon may be caught.
  3.  
  4. - Only allowed to catch the first pokemon encountered in each area.
  5. -> If a Pokemon has already been caught, the player can try again.
  6. -> If the first encounter is a double battle, both pokemon are eligible to be caught.
  7. --> Shinies ignore all encounter clauses but may still die.
  8. -> [EVOLUTION LINE CLAUSE] - Pokemon of the same family or evolution line as one already caught cannot be caught again.

  10. - If a pokemon faints it must be boxed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  11.  
  12. - Nickname ALL caught pokemon.
  13.  
  14. - No major legendaries. (box arts+relatives in their trio)
  15.  
  16. - No items in battle besides PokeBalls and Held Items (which must be earned).
  17.  
  18. - Set mode.
  19.  
  20. - Field moves count separately from TMs but may only be on one member of a team at a time.

  22. [2v2 Cagelocke Specific:]
  23. *Teams are decided through a FFA battle on PS - 1st and 4th are one team and 2nd and 3rd another. Since FFA is randbats only, representatives each round are decided by Tatsu's t!roll 2d4 in a Doubles Custom Game format. Reroll if needed. 2v2 (Pokemon wise) and 1 representative who uses one Pokemon from their partner and another of their own. Nature, moveset, item and ability will be copied but levels set to 50.

  25. - After each Gym Battle, we will face off in the CageMatch!
  26. -> Each Player sends 1 Pokemon into the Double Battle Cagematch.
  27. --> Done in [[x gen] Doubles] or [[x gen] Doubles Custom Game]].
  28. -> Pokemon will be adjusted to LV 50.
  29. -> Pokemon can only be sent in a Cagematch two times max.
  30.  
  31. - The Losing Team's Pokemon in the Cagematch are now considered dead.

  33. - The Winning Team chooses ONE of THREE rewards!
  34. -> Unlimited TM Usage for that Pokemon
  35. -> Unlimited Held Item Usage for that Pokemon
  36. -> 1 Free Revival for that Pokemon from an in-game Faint
  37.  
  38. - You cannot teach Pokemon TMs or give them held items unless earned in a CageMatch!
  39.  
  40. - The winner of the run is who wins the final cagematch.
