  1. So for this, I'm going to say I wake up at 10 AM
  2. and go to bed at 10 PM
  3. So that's 13 hours to plan out and so we can account for unforeseen stuff let's say it's closer to 10 hours and 30 minutes
  4. Hygiene:
  5. Brush teeth for 5minutes
  6. Shower Twice a week for 25 minutes per shower
  7. Exercise:
  8. 1hr walk/jog (for example half an hour walking away from your house and a half back)
  9. Meditate: for 30minutes
  10. Cleaning:
  11. Clean for 20minutes
  12.  
  13. Meals:
  14. Eat for 40 minutes 3 times a day
  15.  
  16.  
  17. Other:
  18. Read 5 pages of a book estimated time 5-10 minutes
  19. Find content/movie/show to watch before bed 40min-1hr
  20. Use Duolingo for 40 minutes
  21. (I want to learn a language if you don't use Duolingo than swap it with something you want/like to learn for example Programming)
