- So for this, I'm going to say I wake up at 10 AM
- and go to bed at 10 PM
- So that's 13 hours to plan out and so we can account for unforeseen stuff let's say it's closer to 10 hours and 30 minutes
- Hygiene:
- Brush teeth for 5minutes
- Shower Twice a week for 25 minutes per shower
- Exercise:
- 1hr walk/jog (for example half an hour walking away from your house and a half back)
- Meditate: for 30minutes
- Cleaning:
- Clean for 20minutes
- Meals:
- Eat for 40 minutes 3 times a day
- Other:
- Read 5 pages of a book estimated time 5-10 minutes
- Find content/movie/show to watch before bed 40min-1hr
- Use Duolingo for 40 minutes
- (I want to learn a language if you don't use Duolingo than swap it with something you want/like to learn for example Programming)
