ROUGH OUTLINE
- Choose the town plot
- Buy 4 potato seeds (so you have 5)
- Start tilling/planting/watering every morning and do PTW at the General Store from 9am (except Mondays)
- On Spring 8, grab and ship the first two scavenger hunt items (so that the quilt cutscene triggers on Spring 9)
- Forage Green Herbs whenever you find them
- Make sure to buy the oven before one of the PTW
- Don't forget to intro Maya (any day on the way to PTW)
- Get the fishing rod any time, and fish for carp/herb fish before PTW once potatoes are finished
- Do PTW up to a total of 16 times; try and save some of those times for days when you have other things to do (such as gathering lumber/stone for house upgrade)
- Do more foraging on the day of the flea market, then buy the Grilled Yam and the Apple (get the Common Seashell now, or another day when waiting for the General Store to open)
- Get the house upgrade any time, but make sure to allow enough days to gather materials--at least four days total
- Complete the rainbow by Spring's end
- Get the remaining scavenger hunt items at some point--in theory, you could combine this with another PTW at the General Store
- Phoebe's affection breakdown:
	> Base: 10
	> 16 PTW = +144
	> Heart events = +240
	> Winter Thanksgiving = +30 (from the Spinach Pie and Pontata Root she gives you)
	> 2-heart gift: Blue Wonderful (can be gifted back)
	> 5-heart gift: Emerald (can be gifted back)
	> Remaining: 361 to be accounted for with gifts foraged/otherwise obtained
	> That's 24 interactions, which would be 48 liked gifts (such as Green Herbs)
	> Starry Night might be an option if you are short on gifts, or it might just be faster anyway (not sure though)

GIFTS/AFFECTION
- Green Herbs are +6 and can be found in front of the General Store, so in theory you could grab them just before she appears in the morning (she will exit the General Store at 7am)
- Herbal Tea is an option too (+4)
- Ores are +4, Blue Wonderful is +6, Glass is +4, refined ores seem to be +2 (only tested Scrap Iron and Iron so far)
- This means that refining may not be better than just using plain ores, depending on the ore in question
- You will want to take advantage of both the Winter Thanksgiving (Winter 10) and Starry Night (Winter 25), both of which require at least 300 affection (I think each grants +50, but have to test)
- The Starry Night could be an opportunity to collect a bunch of gifts, possibly from the mine but also elsewhere too
- Because her request event requires the completion of the scavenger hunt, you'll also have access to the third and fourth items for money, possibly just to buy Herbal Teas early on
- In theory, you could take at least two mining trips: when you first intro her (Fall 15), and killing time on Starry Night
- Her 2-heart gift is a Blue Wonderful, so you can just give that right back to her
- The Winter Thanksgiving gift itself doesn't give any affection, but she gives you a Spinach Cake and Pontata Root, which can be given right back to her (+8 and +12), and talking to her on Winter Thanksgiving seems to give her +10 rather than just +5
- In fact, it seems like the conversation and gifting limits are both doubled on Winter Thanksgiving, so you can gift until +20; also, gifts seem to give more than usual
