  1. >The first thing you remember is a coffin, more like a very cold tube but it felt like a coffin.
  2. >You could hear the sound of pounding metal, muffled voices, and scraping.
  3. >After a few moments of what sounds like celebration you hear a clicking noise followed by a hissing sound and a crack.
  4. >The front of the coffin opens and you try to climb out, you're very tired, your body aches and it's entirely too cold.
  5. >You decide that sleep is more important and you crumple onto the ground.
  6. >When you awaken you're in a hospital bed, It must be a children's bed because your legs are so far off the bed you can feel the cold tile beneath your feet.
  7. >Blinking away the blur from your vision, you try to sit up, your back is stiff and weak. It feels like you've been standing still for eons.
  8. >You spot what you believe is a nurse checking you. It's so hard to tell with your blurry vision.
  9. >You try and speak but your mouth is dry and suddenly you can't remember what to say.
  10. >The nurse looks over to you and then walks out of the room.
  11. >You blink, your vision begins to clear, things becoming more defined, lines begin to appear and hard edges come into focus.
  12. >You can hear a commotion from the open door, and soon others appear in the room with you. Many vibrant and varied colors but their shape isn't human.
  13. >At first you try to dismiss it as a new fashion trend but that line of thinking soon falls to pieces as your guests appear to be four-legged.
  14. >after closer inspection and sharper focus you were in a hospital bed surrounded by small colorful horses.
  15. >They seem to be speaking but you're unable to understand them, you come to the conclusion that you are either dreaming or have gone insane.
  16. >One of them turns their attention to you, its a unicorn. Its horn glows faintly and you suddenly find yourself able to understand them.
  17. >After a moment of silence, one of the group steps forward, its wrinkled visage tells you that it is older.
  18. >"Hello, we are of the Royal archeological society, I am Dusty Ruins, head archeologist and I would like to welcome you to this era."
  19. >You try to speak but all that comes out is a dry, hoarse whisper, why couldn't you remember those words. Before you make another attempt at speaking Dusty Ruins stops you.
  20. >"Please, ancient one, the ages have not been kind to you while you slumbered. You are severely dehydrated and your muscles and bones are as fragile as paper and glass. The only thing keeping you alive now is the aid of medicine and magical healing. Please rest and let the doctors do their work. We have so many questions for you."
  21. >You rest your head back into the pillow, you've never realized how heavy your head was before now, you take another breath and decide that maybe sleeping was a good idea. You drift off to sleep without another thought.
  22. >You awaken to the sound of thunder and rain against a glass window near your bed. You find that turning and lifting your head has become less laborious than before.
  23. >You take a deep breath and attempt to get into a sitting position. The strain on your body is too much and you flop back down on the bed.
  24. >You let out an exasperated sigh and you soon realize that you have company. The strange creature hovered over you and looked to be an amalgamation of many different animals.
  25. >It eyes you with curiosity before speaking.
  26. >"I must say when I heard that old dusty had discovered a living fossil I just had to see this marvel for myself. I must say you're not as wondrous as he made you out to be."
  27. >You glare at the strange abomination currently hovering over your bed. You don't particularly like the tone of this creature.
  28. >It sees your glowering and places its hands on its face.
  29. >"Oh, don't be like that, I'm just joking. Just go back to sleep and know that I'll be keeping an eye on you."
  30. >To emphasize this the creature pulled out his left eye and held it just a few inches from your face before disappearing with a snap of its fingers and a faint flash of light.
  31. >The sound of the rain on the window is calming, its steady gentle taping brings a soothing thought into your head as if this sound is something you've heard a million times before. You drift back to sleep in a mater of moments.
  32. >You've woken again this time a warmth weight pressing down on your chest, it's soothing but also slightly painful.
  33. >Tilting your head up you manage to see what you believe is a lime green cat resting on you. It's breathing punctuated by a sound you assume is purring.
  34. >You try and move your arm again and with a strained effort you manage to pull it from under the blanket and onto your chest.
  35. >You reach up and pet the small creature, it awakes with a start, it screams and leaps off of you turning on the edge of the bed, you see it was not a cat.
  36. It is a small Pegasus, its got bandages on its neck and is visibly shaken a nurse appears in the doorway.
  37. >"So thats where you went Keystone"
  38. >The nurse walks over to you and grabs the child. Looking back to you, offering an apologetic smile.
  39. >"I'm sorry sir was she bothering you?"
  40. >You shake your head back and forth hoping that this was an indication of 'no' in their culture.
  41. >The nurse smiles and walks off with the filly, before the nurse leaves the room the filly speaks
  42. >"bye-bye Mr. raisin"
  43. >Her voices is scratchy but you can't help but smile at the cute little thing. After a few moments the nurse returns
  44. >"How are you doing today sir?"
  45. >The nurse asked you a question, you breathe deep and form the words in your mind."
  46. "..I'm...fine..."
  47. >The nurse is a little surprised at your words. You assume its because of your throaty, rasp of a voice but she just smiles and walks over to your left side.
  48. >"If you were fine you wouldn't be here. Now I see you've emptied your IV's so I'll just go get you some new ones."
  49. >You nod you head and she turns and leaves the room. You watch the doorway seeing a few more colorful horses. Upon closer inspection you see that each of them have an emblem on their back legs.
  50. >Your curiosity is soon halted by the sensation of needing to cough. As you do so a cloud of dust bursts from your lungs and you take in a new breath.
  51. >The air is fresh and clean, the sensation of taste has returned and you find the flavor of dirt and mildew to be rather unpleasant.
  52. >You look around for a way to alleviate this new disgust and manage to spy a glass of water just to the right of your bed, you reach over and attempt to grasp it.
  53. >You stretch your body to see if you can reach the glass, finding that its just a few inches out of your reach.
  54. >You attempt several more times, your immediate thirst demanding to be quenched. You reach with all you can muster and manage to touch the glass. However it only pushes the water filled vessel further away.
  55. >You frown as you push the glass away. You close your eyes and sign heavily. Upon opening your eyes you see the glass floating in front of you surrounded by a purple field of energy. You reach up and take it, the aura dissipating as you do so.
  56. >You spy the glass curiously, before looking up and seeing a purple winged unicorn in the doorway. You nod in appreciation as you place the edge of the glass to your lips.
  57. >You ability to swallow has not been forgotten, the fresh, clean water's taste is crisp and delightful, this sensation is soon replaced by your grumbling stomach which protests its newest acquisition.
  58. >The fluid makes its way back up and out of your mouth and back into the glass you cough and sputter a little of your sick dribbling on your chin.
  59. >The purple horse move over to you, its concern evident on its face.
  60. >"Oh my gosh, are you okay?"
  61. >You nod and wipe away the spittle from your mouth with your hand.
  62. >"Good. I suppose I should introduce myself"
  63. >The purple Horse steps back from your bedside, she opens her wings, raises her left front hoof and clears her throat.
  64. >"I am Twilight Sparkle, Princess of Friendship and I have been summoned here to assist you in hastening the healing process."
  65. >Your curiosity has piqued, The 'Princess of friendship' has been summoned to heal you, whatever it is that they think you are, in your opinion it is certainly not above the station of Princess.
  66. >You take a deep breath and muster your brain to remember how the words are formed in your throat.
  67. "..Why...you...heal...me?.."
  68. >That time you managed to utter four words, you chalk it up to your now moist throat. It's not a real sentence but you hope it conveys the message.
  69. >"You're wondering why a princess is needed to help you heal?"
  70. >You nod your head, glad that she got the meaning of your words. You try to sit up and giver her your full attention, you slide your arms and manage to get onto your elbows and you strain to get your abs to pull you up.
  71. >Your muscles burn and feel as if they're going to tear, suddenly the feeling is no longer pained and you feel yourself being lifted.
  72. >Looking up you manage to see Twilight's horn glow a faint lavender, you assume she's assisting you as she claimed. As soon as your in a proper sitting position she levitates a few pillows behind your back to support you.
  73. >"There you go, Now to answer your question. To put it bluntly your body isn't capable of supporting itself without the aid of magic and all the healing magic the doctors know seems to have little effect on you. You pose a significant investment to not only the royal archeological society but to all of Equestria. So to help out the staff here I'm going to be taking over their duties of healing you."
  74. >She closes her eyes and her horn begins to glow, from a faint glimmer to a shinning light. She opens her eyes and you're suddenly filled with a fizzing sensation.
  75. >It feels as if your insides have been turned into a soda can thats been dropped down six flights of stairs. After a few moment the sensation stops, looking over to twilight you see she's sweating and panting. Apparently healing you was rather laborious
  76. >She looks up to you and gives a weak smile.
  77. >"Healing you will be more difficult than I thought but I believe that with my aid you'll be walking out of here within a few months, Now try drinking again"
  78. >She hovers a clean mug to you, fills it with water and sets it down in your hands. You look at her and give her a weak smile. You hesitate, not wanting to throw up again
  79. >"I can understand not wanting to take a drink after what just happened but I ask that you trust me"
  80. >You look down at the mug watching the water slosh around within it, you steel yourself and in one swift motion that you later regret you gulp down the water and its tastes just as fresh as the first glass but this time you don't feel your stomach protest
  81. >You look up at Twilight and smile, If each session was going to be this successful then you feel as though you should start checking out now
  82. >At least thats how you felt at first, then you got a full body cramp, then a migraine, then it felt like your skin was one massive bruise. This sensation lasted for fifteen-seconds of extremely dull pain
  83. >When you manage to regain focus you see Twilight is standing over you, her hooves are on the side of your bed and she's wearing a worried expression that doesn't suit her face
  84. >You slowly reach up and stroke her cheek, then you smile. Taking a deep breath you think really hard for the words to use
  85. "..Thank..you..helping.."
  86. >Twilight is surprised at first, but then a smile creeped its way across her face. It was nice to see her smile, As you pulled your hand back she climbs down from your bedside
  87. >Your eyelids grow heavy and within a matter of moments you've fallen asleep. Your dreams are visited by a starry-haired maiden who watches from afar.
  88. >When you awaken your met with relative darkness and almost absolute quiet. Looking to the door its wide open, it bothers you to see your door open but then you manage to see a small green form appear in the door.
  89. >"Hello? Mr. raisin?"
  90. >Its that small lime pegasus with the raspy voice. You think her name is key-something. She's hanging on the doorframe and from what you can see she's scared. She doesn't wait for you to reply, she just steps in and climbs up onto the bed. Its then that she notices that you're not asleep.
  91. >"I'm sorry, I didn't wake you did I? Its just scary here at night."
  92. >You nod and pat the side of your bed, inviting her to lie down next to you. She takes the invitation with a smile and lies down next to you. You place your hand on her form and begin idly petting her.
  93. >She gives a soft sigh and soon she's sleeping soundly you continue to pet her until you yourself fall into a deep slumber.
  94. >After a dreamless sleep you wake to have the nurse lifting your hand off the small filly, You grunt to get her attention and she looks at you. You bring your other hand up to your mouth, placing one finger in front of your lips.
  95. >The nurse smiles and nods as she releases your hand, allowing you to bring it to your chest as she scoops up the sleeping filly. The little one stirs as she's moved but she still slumbers, the nurse walks away while mouthing a 'thank you' as she disappears down the hall way.
  96. >For the next month you begin to develop a routine, After breakfast Twilight visits and gives you a dose of strong healing magic, then a nap, after that its lunch and then another nap, sometimes if Twilight is feeling confident she gives you a second dose of healing magic, another nap followed by little Keystone coming in during the night and falling asleep next to you.
  97. >You wake up this morning to find Keystone lying next to you, you turn your head to see the nurse waiting by the door. You've managed to figure out her name is Nightingale.
  98. >You motion Nightingale to come and grab Keystone, By this time Keystone has woken and looks up to you.
  99. >"Morning Mr. Raisin"
  100. >You smile and pat her small head as Nightingale comes to pick her up. She reaches out and Keystone protests to being picked up.
  101. >"I don't wanna go back to my room."
  102. >"Keystone dear, You need to get healthy so you can see your family again and Mr. Raisin need his sleep."
  103. >You chuckle, Keystone has managed to get the staff to pick up on her moniker for you. It's a cute name so you don't really mind them using it when referring to you.
  104. >"By the way Mr. Raisin, some ponies from the R. A. S. are here to see you."
  105. >You nod and motion for her to go get them, she nods and leaves with Keystone in tow. After she leaves the room you sit up and grab a glass of water. You drink one glass and then another before the ponies in question arrive.
  106. >Its Dusty Ruins and a Mint colored one with white streaks in her hair. She has a harp as her emblem or 'cutie marks' as they refer to them.
  107. >"Hello Ancient one, we've managed to uncover a few artifacts from your sarcophagus and we're wondering if you could enlighten us to their purposes."
  108. >You nod and then point at the mint pony. He looks to where you're pointing, he stutters for a moment before offering an apology.
  109. >"How rude of me to not introduce you two. Ancient one, this is Lyra Heartstrings, or leading anthropologist and resident expert on the artifacts from your culture."
  110. >The mint pony bows to you.
  111. >"The pleasure is all mine Ancient one, It is an honor to be in the presence of a real-life human."
  112. >You find the corners of your mouth lift as she bows down
  113. "Don't bow, I'm not that special, you wanted to show me some things?"
  114. >You're glad you managed to get the words out with so little effort, the water really helps. The grammar isn't perfect but it gets you point across as Dusty scrambles to empty his pack
  115. >"yes yes, of course, here are a few items we've managed to acquire with little damage."
  116. >As he empties his bag he places three metal containers on the night stand next to you. Each one sealed tight with a number code emblazoned on each container in big, bold, black letters.
  117. >He sets down his bag and picks up the nearest container and opens it for you. Inside is a small black rectangle, no bigger than your palm. You reach for it and press the buttons on the sides hoping it will light up and come alive, it does not.
  118. >Both Dusty and Lyra are looking at you expectantly, hoping to glean some new information about each object.
  119. >"What is it?" Dusty asks
  120. "It's a phone."
  121. >"What is a phone?"
  122. >You think for a moment and come to the conclusion that this question isn't going to be simple to answer. You look around for writing implements but don't find anything, until Lyra pulls out a piece of parchment and a quill.
  123. "I need paper and quill please."
  124. >Lyra looks up to you and levitates the parchment and quill over to you, you grab the case the artifact was in and place the parchment on it. You begin writing down about how a phone is a communication device, a tool that allows you to talk to someone far away as if they were right next to you.
  125. >When you finish writing you hand the parchment back to Lyra and she begins to study it furiously. After a short moment she levitates it in front of Dusty who reads it with curiosity.
  126. >"Fascinating, Human script is so much more complicated than I first thought. We're going to have to get some cryptographers in on this."
  127. >You look at them bewilderment as Dusty tucks away the explanation for the phone and then places the phone back in its case and away from view as he opens the next one.
  128. >Inside the box is a small metal heart shaped locket, you try to pry it open but it seems to have rusted itself shut
  129. >You remember that it once was greatly important to you, but when you look down on it all you see is a piece of jewelry.
  130. >The two ponies look up at you expectantly, waiting for an explanation of the object you hold.
  131. >You don't keep them waiting as you place the object back into the case.
  132. "It's a heart shaped locket."
  133. >Dusty nods and places the case back into his bag while Lyra jots down some notes on a new sheet of parchment.
  134. >The final case lies before you, Dusty places his hooves on the case, and looks at you expectantly.
  135. >"When we discovered this no pony could figure out what it was for. Ms. Heartstrings has a few theories on its use."
  136. >As dusty opens the clasps on the case, you find that you too are curious to find out what this object is as Lyra clears her throat.
  137. >"At first I assumed it was some kind of wand but its far too flexible for that, then I thought it was some kind of idol for worship..."
  138. >The case is open and you look down at the object within, a smile creeps its way across your face. You can't help but chuckle which devolves into a laugh, a laugh so boisterous and filled with mirth that Lyra stops speaking.
  139. >"What do you find so funny Ancient one? Do you know what this object is?"
  140. "How could I not know?"
  141. >You reach for the object and pick it up there's no mistaking it. Its soft rubbery texture, its translucent purple color. You chuckle as you make it wiggle.
  142. "It's a dildo."
  143. >They both look at you confused.
  144. "Here, I'll give you a hint."
  145. >You place it on your crotch and give it a vigorous shake, making it bounce slightly. Dusty coughs and looks away and Lyra seems to have changed colors from a pale green to a deep and vibrant red.
  146. >The fake dick in your current possession makes you chuckle. Soon the others begin to chuckle, their nervous laughter quickly melting away into genuine amusement
  147. >After a good laugh the case is put away and both Lyra and Dusty bows to you
  148. >" Maybe when you've recovered enough we could go down to the dig site?"
  149. >You look down at them and smile
  150. "I would like that"
  151. >Just as Dusty and Lyra are packing up Twilight enters. They both bow down to her, she rolls her eyes and tells them to stand. They both leave through the door
  152. >As soon as they turn the corner and disappear from sight Twilight gives an exasperated sigh.
  153. >"I really wish Ponies would stop doing that whenever I enter a room."
  154. "You don't like it when they bow either huh?"
  155. >Twilight looks to you, her annoyance is quickly replaced with happiness.
  156. >"I see you're getting better at talking, How are you coming along?"
  157. "I can move my legs now."
  158. >With pained effort you manage to flex your legs, Kicking up the sheet that hangs over them.
  159. "Can I get a bigger bed please?"
  160. >"We've been over this, this is the biggest bed the hospital has. Now lay back I'm going to start healing you now."
  161. >You groan at the passive dismissal of your request, But you lie back in your bed. The fizzing sensation of the magic working through your body has become somewhat relaxing for you.
  162. >You wonder what happened to you. How you got in that coffin and why you were so fragile. Your thoughts are interrupted as the fizzing stops and you brace yourself for the pain to come.
  163. >No matter how many times you feel it you swear it's getting worse. After the pain fades you feel a heavy pounding in your chest and your whole body feels like it's burning from the inside.
  164. >Twilight rushes to your side.
  165. >"What's wrong?!"
  166. "Chest hurts..Body on fire.."
  167. >Twilight places a hoof on your chest and feels the thumping within. Her worry melts and she smiles.
  168. >"Well, it looks as though your heart has started. Thats a good thing, it will kick start cellular reproduction, your body will begin repairing itself in no time. Which means you're going to need to start eating food again soon. I'll go inform the hospital staff of your change in condition."
  169. >soon the burning sensation is replaced with the steady beating of your heart. You breathe deeply and rub the bridge of your nose.
  170. >Eating. That was something you hadn't done in a while, you wonder if your jaw is strong enough to chew food.
  171. >It's a thought for tomorrow, you turn your head and drift off to sleep
  172. >You're woken by the familiar little green pegasus filly. She climbs up on the bed and snuggles next to you. You place your hand on her side and start petting her, she nuzzles your hand and is soon sleeping soundly.
  173. >A few minutes later and Nurse Nightingale is standing outside of your room she walks over to the side of your bed and giggles softly.
  174. >"I have no idea why she comes in here every night. None of the other children will even come up to this floor. They say your some sort of monster."
  175. >You look up to Nightingale while you idly pet Keystone.
  176. "She told me once that this place is scary at night. Maybe she thinks that by sleeping next to a monster will scare away other monsters."
  177. >Nightingale giggles placing her hooves on the side of the bed.
  178. >"That guess is as good as any I suppose. By the way I've been informed of your condition you're going to be seeing a lot more ponies in the coming days."
  179. >She scoops up Keystone who grumbles at being moved but continues to slumber peacefully.
  180. "Why is she here? She seems healthy enough."
  181. >Nightingale stops and turns to you, a somber expression on her face.
  182. "Let me put this one to bed and I'll come back and tell you."
  183. >You nod and she leaves the room, you idly fidget with your water glass until she returns. You place it back on the end table and look at Nightingale. She takes a deep breath and sits next to the bed.
  184. >"Keystone has a condition where fluids accumulate in her lungs, fluids that have to be drained. The only way to drain those fluids is to cut a hole in her throat and siphon them out."
  185. >Nightingale hangs her head low, she sniffles and then takes a deep breath
  186. >"Each time we take her into surgery it takes longer and longer to drain the fluids and each time it takes longer for her to recover."
  187. >She looks up at you, her eyes welling up with tears.
  188. >"I hate that I can't do anything, I hate that out of all the ponies in Equestria, it's the cute little filly who get stuck with a terminal condition.
  189. >She puts her head down on your bed. You can't see her face but you can feel her sadness.
  190. >"I hate that out of all the cute little fillies, it had to be mine."
  191. >Even though your heart just started working again you feel like it's breaking. Nightingale is sobbing heavily now, you feel the tears soak through the blanket as she's crying on the bed.
  192. >You reach over to her and place your hand on her head. Its all you can do to comfort her as she wails into the mattress.
  193. >You pet her head and begin humming, you don't know where you remembered the tune from but it seems to have a calming effect on Nightingale.
  194. >After a few moments Nightingale has stopped crying, picking her head off the bed you see her face is still wet, her eyes are red and there's a little mucus dribbling from her nose.
  195. >You grab a tissue and wipe off her face, she offers a weak smile and then takes a deep breath.
  196. >"Thank you, I needed that. Its just so hard to deal with sometimes. I'm happy that my little keystone found a good person to watch over her."
  197. "If you need an ear to talk to, I'm here."
  198. >"Thanks, I'll keep that in mind."
  199. >Nightingale walks to the door and leaves without another word. You feel bad for her, knowing that your child will never grow up. A mother should never have to bury their child.
  200. >You think that you've been in Nightingale's shoes before but you can't remember anything.
  201. >You yawn and decide that you need to sleep, you close your eyes and think of sleep when you feel a sudden urge to wake up.
  202. >You open your eyes and see another mare, one you've not seen before, or maybe you have, you're not quite sure.
  203. >"Please don't try to remember our past visits, it may put undue stress on your mind."
  204. >You inspect her more thoroughly, a mane like the night sky and a coat of deep navy, a large horn and a pair of wings. A crescent moon upon her flank. She unfolds her wings and raises her head so that she is at eye level to you
  205. >"We are Princess Luna, Ruler of the night."
  206. "How did you get in here?"
  207. >She walks forward and phases through the bed. Then a fish swims by between the both of you.
  208. "I'm dreaming?"
  209. >"That is correct, We are in your mind-scape. We believe that you present a threat to the Equestrian people. As such it is our duty as princess to see that said threat is dealt with."
  210. >You look at the princess, the room around you turns dark and soon its just you and her staring at each other.
  211. >You bring up your fists in a defensive position, angling your legs to either push you forward or throw you back
  212. "What do you intend to do?"
  213. >She simply circles around you not paying much attention to you, with a faint glow of her horn you find yourself in a straight jacket and strapped to a chair
  214. >"Since our sister has given thee protected status we cannot simply erase your memories, we can however put a mental block on all references to Violent impulses and acts of violence
  215. >You think hard and place a cage around Luna, she seems unamused as she steps through the bars
  216. >"We shall admit that thy struggle is admirable but ultimately futile"
  217. >You focus harder, the cage disappearing and replaced with an even smaller one. Luna tries to phase through it but it seems she is unable.
  218. >"How is this possible? We demand an explanation immediately!"
  219. "I will not be brainwashed by little miss moon butt and her magic dream powers"
  220. >"How dare thou refer to us by such a moniker! We will not be treated with such disrespect!"
  221. >Luna tries once again to phase through the cage but once again finds herself unable, she begins thrashing at the cage, trying to break free from within it
  222. "Relax moony-booty, I've got some demands."
  223. "What makest thou think you are in any position to make demands of the Princess of the night?"
  224. "You're in a cage and I'm not"
  225. >"Ha, tis but a construct of the mind. We have your consciousness locked within the dream-scape"
  226. "Your locked in my mind with me."
  227. >"We can leave anytime we desire."
  228. "Then how come your still here?"
  229. >She looks away from you, she coughs and rolls her eyes to the side, the slightest hint of a blush gracing her face.
  230. >"We… Simply do not wish to leave at this moment."
  231. >She's lying, If it were anymore obvious she'd be wearing a sign. You've gotten her trapped in your mind with you. Now all you needed to do was to get her to give in to your requests, and you had a nasty idea on how to do it.
  232. >You focus your mind, picturing what you wanted to happen in your head and soon they appeared. Bursting from the ground, long, green tendrils of soft flesh surround the cage like vines.
  233. >You see Luna's face show concern before it morphs into anger as she turns her head to face you.
  234. >"What is the meaning of this? We demand that you explain at once!"
  235. "I'm the one making demands here. First things first, you will promise not to enter or alter my mind without my permission. Is that clear?"
  236. >"We will make no such promises."
  237. "Suit yourself"
  238. >The tendrils begin to snake their way into the cage, Luna's expression grows fearful as they encroach upon her. She backs into a corner as they travel along the ground like snakes.
  239. >"We do not wish to be here any longer, we demand that you release us immediately."
  240. "Not until you promise."
  241. >Luna looks at you defiantly, her glare sending shivers down you spine.
  242. >"We shall make such promise."
  243. "Then your fate is sealed."
  244. >The tendrils arrive at her feet trying to ensnare her, she kicks out and fires bolts of energy from her horn but to no avail.
  245. >They begin to wrap around her legs, neck and barrel, once they have secured themselves to her they pull taught. Luna is spread eagle within the cage struggling to free herself from her bonds.
  246. >More tendrils appear and begin to search and probe Luna for her most sensitive spots, She squirms as they trace her form, slithering across her navy coat like snakes through a tree.
  247. >She screams as the tendrils find their marks and begin their devilish work as she is helpless to stop them.
  248. >Her screaming morphs into uncontrollable laughter as the tentacles tickle her belly and the underside of her hooves. She looks over to you begging for mercy and you grant her a moments reprieve.
  249. "Will you promise not to enter or mess with my head without permission?"
  250. >Luna looks at you for a moment you can see in her eyes that she wants to say no, but as you will the tentacles closer to her she quickly changes her mood.
  251. >"Yes! yes, we promise not to invade..
  252. "Or alter."
  253. >"Yes or alter your mind without first asking."
  254. >You back the tendrils away for a moment. You believe you seen something similar to the way Luna is tied up at one time or another but you can't remember anything about it.
  255. >A thought forms in your mind, if Luna can alter or even block memories then maybe she can find them as well.
  256. "Second demand. I want you to help me remember my past."
  257. >"Absolutely not! We came here for the express purpose of inhibiting your ability to remember past events."
  258. >You move the tentacles close to luna, she fidgets a bit before giving you a stern look.
  259. >"No amount of tickling will persuade us to help you in this."
  260. "Who said anything about tickling?"
  261. >You bring the tentacles close to her body not touching but enough to brush against her coat, you move them along her form, brushing against her underside, up and down her spine and under her neck.
  262. >She wiggles and squirms within her bonds, looking as though she may scream. You can see the discomfort on her face, the way her face scrunches and the stiff movements.
  263. "You can end it anytime."
  264. >"MAY YOUR MOTHER ROT IN TARTARUS!"
  265. >You decide to give her a few moments with the tentacles in silence. You simply watch her as she tries to escape the tendril's grasp. Trying to alleviate her of this uncomfortable situation.
  266. >"Fine! I Promise!"
  267. >You back the tentacles away and Luna gives an elated sigh.
  268. "Promise what?"
  269. >"I promise to help you remember your past."
  270. "Good, now I have one final request."
  271. >Luna sighed and roller her eyes in frustration.
  272. >"What more could you possibly desire?"
  273. >You think for a long while, you have been granted one final request.
  274. >Looking up to the princess still spread by your mind tentacles, you decide to not make an enemy of the state and decide to do something crazy insane.
  275. >You walk up to her, phasing through the cage and walk up illusory stairs till you are face to face with Luna. You stare into her eyes and she looks into yours, a slight blush appearing on her face.
  276. >"Wh-what art thou planning?"
  277. >You curl your fingers around her chin and slowly stroke back to cusp her ear, the blush on her face growing more prominent with each passing moment. You lean forward and plant a soft kiss on the princesses lips.
  278. >She surprised at first, her lips pressed against yours. After a few silent moments she pulls her head back and slams it against yours.
  279. >You fall backward the mental images holding her in place vanishing from sight, she lands on her feet and strides over to you while you attempt to recover from the fall and places her hoof on your chest.
  280. >Her face is red, you can't tell if its from embarrassment or from anger. She's baring her teeth and breathing so heavily from her nose that you can see her breathing.
  281. >After a moment of standing on you she takes a deep breath, her demeanor returning to something proper for a princess. She smiles and brings her head close to yours.
  282. >"Should you do anything like that again we will not hesitate to turn you into a driveling mad man."
  283. >You smile back.
  284. "You know where to find me moon butt."
  285. >She give a flustered snort and then you find yourself waking up in the hospital bed, Keystone lying next to you snoozing comfortably.
  286. >Nuzzling your hand like a teddy bear, it brings a smile to your face as you drift off to a dreamless sleep.
  287. >When you awaken its to a new face in the room, one that smells of mint and freshness. A pale blue mare with a white mane with stripes of red and green in it
  288. >"Hiya, I'm Spearmint Smiles and I'm gonna clean your teeth, wether you like it or not."
  289. >She smiles at you while levitating a dental equipment over to your face, Her horn glowing as she forces your mouth open. She gets up on the bed and straddles you as she brings the equipment closer to your mouth.
  290. >You attempt to speak but she puts a hoof over your mouth then pulls it away shaking it back and forth.
  291. "No no, no talking. I don't want to slice your mouth to ribbons now. "
  292. >she continues to smile brightly as she begins her work. Making comments on your dental hygiene all while scraping her tools across your gums and teeth.
  293. >"My my, you've got some pretty big cavities in here, I'm just gonna remove 'em 'kay?"
  294. >At first you think it's going to be a drill but then she levitates a huge pair of pliers, pitted and covered in rust, as she brings it closer to your mouth you swear you can smell blood on them
  295. >Just as she's about to Wrench out your teeth a large white stallion bursts in with a straight jacket in his teeth. He tackles the mare off the bed and fastens the clasps on the jacket tightly.
  296. >Soon two other ponies appear, another large stallion and a nurse. The stallion helps his comrade in subduing the mare and the nurse comes over to you telling you to open your mouth
  297. >"We're sorry, Ms. smiles escaped from her room this morning. Thank goodness that she didn't do too much damage."
  298. >Spearmint smiles is struggling to get out of her bonds as the orderly ponies slowly drag her out of the room
  299. >"THE TEETH! THEY MUST BE CLEAN! CLEAN THE TEETH! CLEAN THE TEETH!"
  300. >As soon as she's of your room you look over to the nurse, she's still standing there apologizing. You tell her it's not a problem and she tells you your real dentist will be with you in about an hour
  301. >Soon your visited by another pony, this one is a pastel red with a light blonde mane. Her bright green eyes almost looked like they could glow in the dark
  302. "Are you the dentist?"
  303. >"No I'm not, I'm a cardiologist."
  304. >She looks over your paperwork, she flips the paper and seems to be examining it closely. She closes her eyes and takes a deep breath, when she opens them again their half-lidded, a frown on her face.
  305. >She turns to the door and shouts down the hallway outside your door, you see her wait a few moments and then Nightingale appeared in the doorway.
  306. >"Yes, doctor?"
  307. >"Why is this patient's form blank?"
  308. >"We couldn't get that information."
  309. >"And why would you not be able to get a pony's information?"
  310. >Nightingale looks at the doctor in confusion.
  311. >"Dr. Heart Throb maybe you need a closer look at the patient."
  312. >Heart Throb rolls her eyes and reaches into her pocket. She pulls out a pair of horn-rimmed glasses and places them gingerly on the bridge of her nose, she then turns to see you.
  313. >At first it she seems bothered to have to put on glasses, then her eyes widen in surprise as she sees you more clearly. She gasps and jumps back, you are apparently quite frightening.
  314. >"Why did no one tell me that we had patient in this critical condition? What are his vitals like?"
  315. >"Thats what you were scheduled to be here today. You're taking his vitals."
  316. >The doctor looks mortified at the nurse. She's almost panicking as she comes over to your bedside.
  317. >"WHY WE'RE THEY NOT TAKEN WHEN HE ARRIVED?!"
  318. >You decide to take this moment to interject before The good doctor has a conniption fit.
  319. "My heart beat only started yesterday."
  320. >The doctor looks at you, a mix of confusion and disbelief.
  321. >It was Nightingale's turn to speak to Heart Throb.
  322. >"Dr. Heart Throb, meet Mr. Raisin; He's the human they found at the St. Moois digsite"
  323. >Dr. Heart throb turns her attention to Nightingale, the same look of disbelief on her face. Her expression does not change as she flits her attention between the both of you
  324. >After a few moments of silence Dr. Heart Throb clears her throat and steps back from you. She apologizes for her outburst and bows her head to you.
  325. "Its no problem doctor."
  326. >You extend your arm so that the doctor has access to it, she looks at it then back at you.
  327. >"What are you doing?"
  328. "You said you needed to check my vitals."
  329. >The doctor gives you a look, as if what you had just said was the stupidest thing to ever have been uttered in all of Equestria.
  330. >She pushes your arm away and she climbs up on the bed, she reaches for the blankets but you're fast enough to stop her from grabbing them.
  331. "What are you doing?"
  332. >"I need to see your chest, can't check on your heart if I can't feel it."
  333. >You lower the blankets, exposing your chest to the doctor. She smiled warmly and the placed her head on your chest.
  334. >Her face is warm and soft, she closes her eyes and presses into you placing her ear flat over where your heart is located. It feels nice, her breath tickling your stomach causing you to take in a sharp breath.
  335. >After a few moments she hops off the bed and starts jotting down info on your chart.
  336. >"Your heartbeat is weak but its steady, No irregularities and no blockages. I suggest that as soon as you're strong enough we take a blood sample."
  337. >The doctor looks down at you and spots that you've popped a tent under the blankets.
  338. >"You also need to wrangle those stallion bits in, your heart isn't strong enough for bedroom activity."
  339. >She smirks and turns around giving her hips a tantalizing shake as she does so. You know she's making an effort to sway her hips as she walks.
  340. >Before exiting the room she lifts her tail to one side and you get a full view of her sex. She gives a wink and then leaves without another word.
  341. >Now you're left with a boner and you can't do anything about it. So you just try to think about other things until it goes away. You find it increasingly difficult as the thought of Dr. Heart Throb coming in and sucking you off keeps popping into your head.
  342. >There is a knock on the door and you hastily try and cover your boner, you hear a short chuckle as the newest pony walks in, It's a rusty orange stallion.
  343.
  344. >His mane is peppered with white and black hairs, and his face has lines resting upon it. He chuckles as he steps into the room.
  345. >"Don't fret sonny, Heart Throb is an incurable tease, she does that to all the patients."
  346. >The embarrassment kills your boner dead and you face feels hot. He chuckles and then clears his throat.
  347. >"Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Dr. Glint Molar and I am the hospitals resident dentist."
  348. >He bows to you, not in reverence as most did but in simple courtesy. He turned and brought in a cart from the hallway. On it were many different dental tools including a large pair of pliers.
  349. >You felt apprehensive upon seeing the pliers, having just survived an ordeal with a psychotic mare. You grip the blanket tightly.
  350. "Are you gonna pull out my teeth?"
  351. >The doctor looks to you in confusion and then notices your gaze. He follows it and spies the pliers, after a few moment he lets out a hearty laugh.
  352. >"Oh hoho no. Those belong to Rusty, he's a repairpony, he must have left them on my cart by accident. Did you actually think I was going to remove your teeth with a pair of pliers?"
  353. "You're not?"
  354. >"No, I don't use pliers to remove teeth."
  355. >You let out a heavy sigh.
  356. >"I do it with magic."
  357. >Suddenly the Dr. Molar's horn glows a faint blue and you feel a strong tug in your mouth, within seconds you see your tooth float in front of you and travel to a small cup where it is deposited.
  358. >"That was one nasty bicuspid, I could see its decay from here. Now lets get a look at your other teeth."
  359. >You're surprised that you didn't feel pain as he ripped the tooth from its moorings. This magic stuff looked to be very useful. You make a mental note to get someone to teach it to you.
  360. >Dr. Molar climbed onto the bed, you opened your mouth so see could see your teeth. Based on the contortions of his face you can surmise that it is not looking good in there.
  361. >"I'm gonna make an assumption and say that you haven't been brushing your teeth regularly."
  362. >He gets down off the bed and turns to his cart of dental tools. He searches through them, seeking a single tool that will get the job done the most effectively. He turns back to you with a sigh.
  363. >"I'm not gonna lie to you. It's a horror show in there and as a Dentist I can only recommend two viable options. Either we get you false teeth or we preform a reconstruction spell."
  364. "What's the difference?"
  365. >"First, a matter of price. False teeth are cheap, at most you'll pay 100 bits. Reconstruction costs in excess of 50,000 bits and thats just for a few incisors."
  366. >"Then you shall begin reconstruction right away."
  367. >You both turn to see Twilight standing in the doorway. Dr. Molar bows to her as she enters the room, stepping back so that Twilight can see you.
  368. >She smiles at you before turning her attention to Dr. Molar. He coughs and stammers a bit before speaking.
  369. >"Princess Twilight, The patient would require all of his teeth reconstructed. The costs would be astronomical, not to mention that his physiology is different from a Pony's. There is no way of knowing if it will even work."
  370. >Twilight tells Molar to rise and she walks over to him, he seems nervous but otherwise stands his ground.
  371. >"This human represents the most important scientific find in all of Equestria. You will spare no expense in returning him to peak physical condition by order of Princess Celestia herself."
  372. >Dr. Molar steps back and then bows again bringing himself lower to the ground.
  373. >"Yes princess, right away princess."
  374. >Dr. Molar turns to you and takes a deep breath his voice is shaky and sounds uncertain. He closes his eyes and you see his horn glowing a deep blue.
  375. >You feel a tugging sensation in your mouth, upon opening it, you witness a parade of teeth slowly march their way out of your mouth and into a sanitary cup. Twilight then picks up the cup and after a flash of magical energy, the cup is gone, along with all your teeth.
  376. >The feeling of not having teeth in your mouth is strange
  377. >You move your tongue around in your mouth, dipping into the empty slots where just moments before were your teeth.
  378. >A few moments later there is a tingling sensation in the back of your mouth, looking at the Doctor you notice that his horn is glowing an almost royal blue
  379. >As you run your tongue over the tingling sensation you feel something coming up through the slot. It's slightly painful but it seems to be slowly pushing up through your gums. A few moments later the movement stops and there is a bullet shaped bone in your mouth
  380. >The doctors horn stops glowing, his brow is covered in sweat. He picks up a single tooth and examines it closely, spinning it and observing it from every angle. He sets it back down and his horn begins to glow again, you feel the bullet shaped bone morph and change shape in your mouth
  381. >Soon you have a molar in the back left side of your mouth. It feels right like it was always there. After a few more moments you feel s similar sensation happening on the other side of your mouth
  382. >This process continues until all your rear molars have been replaced. You look over at Dr. Molar, he looks utterly exhausted
  383. >"We're gonna have to stop here for today, I'm plum tuckered out"
  384. >Twilight excuses herself and steps out into the hallway. Dr. Molar looks over as she exits the room, you swear you heard him say something under his breath but you couldn't quite hear him. After that he turns to you, sighing heavily as he levitates a container with a label on it
  385. >"I'm getting too old for this kinda stuff. I'm going to put your original teeth on ice and then I'm going home"
  386. >He turns to walk away, placing the teeth on his cart. You get a little worried because you still have questions.
  387. "Whin am I gonna git da reth ub mah teep?"
  388. >"It will be over the course of the next few weeks. Now get some rest, Dr. Tyto will be here next and he can be a rock in the shoe on the best of days."
  389. >As Dr. Molar steps out twilight steps back in. she stands next to you.
  390. >She stands next to you and places a book on your lap.
  391. >"I figured that since you'll be in here for a while you might like something to read."
  392. >You look down at the book, its cover is faded, the bindings are falling apart, the spine is exposed and the glue has faded from repeated openings. The Title has faded as well, but you can make it out by tilting the relief into the light.
  393. >It spells out only a single word. "=STORM="
  394. >You nod to Twilight, thanking her for her generous gift. She smiles in kind.
  395. >"It's my third favorite book. I've all but memorized its contents but it feels so good to open up a book and delve deep into its pages."
  396. >You take a hold of the cover and open it. After flitting through a few pages you quickly realize something. Twilight looks over to you with a concern on her face.
  397. >"What's wrong?"
  398. "I can't read this."
  399. >"What do you mean you can't read it?"
  400. "It just a bunch of symbols, where are the words."
  401. >You aggressively flit through the pages trying to find some words when the book is pulled from your hands by a purple aura.
  402. >"Be careful. This book is really old and fragile."
  403. >she brings it to her and softly runs her hooves along it before gently placing in a saddlebag.
  404. >"However this was to be expected, I had hoped that you could read equestrian, but I can see that you can't."
  405. >She looks at you a smile slowly creeping across her face.
  406. >"So, I'm going to teach you to read"
  407. >"Oh no you're not"
  408. >You look over to the door and there stands a what you believe to be a gryphon
  409. >Twilight coughs
  410. >"And Just WHO would you be?"
  411. >Twilight did not look happy, you looked over to the gryphon who seemed un-phased and disgruntled
  412. "I'm Dr. Tyto and my papers say I'm to be seeing a Mr. Raisin today in room 313. I've been told he's a sight to see"
  413. >She looks at you and you wave your hand
  414. >"Looks like a yeti covered in burn scars"
  415. >She looks down at the chart again and steps forward to meet you
  416. >"Lets have a look at you"
  417. >She grabs your hand and observes it before pressing one of her taloned fingers into your palm. You pull it back and check it to make sure it's not bleeding
  418. >"Reflexes are good"
  419. >She then climbs onto the bed and gets uncomfortably close to your face. You turn your head to look away but she forcefully turns it to face her, she stares deeply into your eyes not moving an inch she then covers one eye and then the other
  420. >"Eyes look fine but more testing is required."
  421. >She runs her claws over your arms, gently squeezing and kneading the muscles beneath.
  422. >"Physical therapy recommended"
  423. >"Are you done?"
  424. >You look over to twilight she looks throughly annoyed. The gryphoness looks at Twilight and gets off the bed.
  425. >"No. and I won't be until he's been discharged from the hospital with a clean bill of health. Now get out of my way and let me do my work."
  426. >The doctor pushes Twilight aside to get to the other end of the bed. If Twilight wasn't mad before she was certainly mad now. Twilight stomped out of the room, clearly not wanting to be in the gryphoness's presence any longer.
  427. >After a few moments the Gryphoness leaned over to you and then whispered.
  428. >"Is she gone?"
  429. >You nod, she looks at you and then smiles.
  430. >"Good, I can't stand those fucking ponies sometimes. Thinking they're better than all the other species on this planet just because they can use magic naturally."
  431. >She walks over to the door and you hear a faint click as the lock engages. She then struts over to you and climbs onto the bed, she gently pulls on the covers, inching down your form, exposing more of you to her.
  432. >"Lets get a good look at those muscles."
  433. >Her predatory eyes look over you hungrily, she giggles and coos as more of your musculature is shown to her. You're not sure if this is right doing but your dick doesn't seem to care.
  434. >She sees the rise in the sheets, looking down at it while a coy smile creeps across her face.
  435. >"Not yet little guy."
  436. >She extends her clawed hand and gently presses it down against your body. Her talons touching the head of your shaft every so gingerly.
  437. >"I've looked at your paperwork. No late night fun for you."
  438. >She drops her hand till its wrapped around your shaft and she squeezes it with ever increasing force. At first it feels good but as the talons press into your shaft you can't help but wince.
  439. >She giggles and slowly lets her grip ease off your shaft.
  440. >"Seems like you've got a nice piece of equipment on you, lets have a look shall we?"
  441. >You can see it in her eyes that she wants it, Slowly the sheets creep down your form as she pulls them off you.
  442. >One last pull and your boner is free to the world, the cool air of the room eliciting a slight moan from you. It twitches, the gryphoness gasping at its sight.
  443. >"It looks so cute, like a little mushroom."
  444. >Your pride is wounded a bit but thats only until she grabs a hold of you dick again. The scaly texture of her claw sends shivers down your spine.
  445. >"Its warm, and pulsating. Maybe we could have a little fun."
  446. >She brings her claw up and slowly begins to massage it, her talons gliding along your skin the sensation is both frightening and exhilarating however you don't want to lose your dick due to a slip.
  447. "Less claw, more paw."
  448. >She laughs and smiles, nodding her head as she pulls her talons away she brings her other claw to join the party. Circling around your head and ever so gently pressing down as she drags her other claw up and down your shaft.
  449. >As she speeds up the scales of her claws are starting to chafe you skin, you're about to say something when she grabs a bottle from her coat, its filled with a clear liquid.
  450. >"I know how rough scales can be without proper lubrication. This might help a bit."
  451. >She removes the lid and places a small dollop on her claw before returning to stroking you, the lube makes the whole experience more pleasant as the good doctor works your shaft.
  452. >The gryphoness works your member with practiced efficiency, she even cradles your balls.
  453. >You can feel yourself building up pressure when you hear a knock on the door. You feel frustrated and Dr. Tyto looks even more so.
  454. >"Figures, just as I was getting into a good rhythm"
  455. >She grumbles as she gets a few tissues from the bedside table, mumbling something about pony bitches as she cleans you off. She turns her attention back to you, as she pulls the blankets up to your chest she leans in close and whispers into your ear.
  456. >"Maybe next time we can go further."
  457. >Your face is hot and your dick is diamonds. She turns to the door, brushing her tail against your face as she leaves. She takes a deep breath and unlocks the door, opening it to meet an angry Twilight.
  458. >"Why did you lock this door?"
  459. >"I had to do a full body examination and he requested that I lock the door for privacy."
  460. >Twilight looks at Dr. Tyto wearing a grimace, she turns her attention to you, you simply nod and Twilight looks back to the gryphoness.
  461. >"I apologize for my rudeness, however you need to inform me of what you are doing with this patient in the future."
  462. >"I believe he prefers Mr. Raisin."
  463. >You can practically see the daggers in Twilight's eyes as she glares at the gryphoness, the doctor lets Twilight pass into the room and they exchange places. Dr. Tyto shoots you a glance and smiles before disappearing from view.
  464. >Twilight clears her throat and draws your attention to her. She smiles as she unfolds her wings.
  465. >"Are you ready for todays magical healing session?"
  466. >Before you can answer Twilight begins, her magical aura seems darker than the other times but you attribute it to the lighting. As the field envelops you, you feel a slight pressure on your testicles.
  467. >You're about to say something when Twilight gets closer to you.
  468. >"I'm going to let you in on a little secret, I know of Dr. Tyto's less than clinical reputation. I also don't appreciate being lied to."
  469. >You felt the pressure increase, it was like she was trying to wring out your balls like a wet sponge. Needless to say it was not a pleasant experience
  470. >"Now I want you to apologize."
  471. >She squeezes harder and you can help but to let out a groan in pain. You look over to her and you can tell she's not going to let up until you apologize.
  472. >"I'm not going to ask again. Apologize. Now."
  473. >She squeezes even harder, it feels like she's going to crush them and its difficult to make even a single noise. But for the sake of your swimmers you force yourself to speak.
  474. "phuck, ah'm sarry, lit go oph ma bawls"
  475. >As soon as you speak her vice-like grip on your gonads ceases and Twilights aura returns to its normal color.
  476. >She smiles, getting closer to you she places her hoof on your hand.
  477. >"Next time you feel like lying to me, just remember what happened here and know I can do a lot worse. So think twice and then think again."
  478. >After her harsh words your healing session continues as it always has. the pain in your balls dissipating as the fizzing sensation fills your body, soon you feel your stomach grumble.
  479. "When am ah gonna git sum phood?"
  480. >Twilight looks at you for a moment, confusion turns to contemplation then curiosity before she speaks.
  481. >"What kinda food do you eat?"
  482. >Nightingale enters the room pushing a cart in front of her, she seems nervous at the fact that Twilight is there. She stops a few feet from you and places a tray of mashed food in front of you.
  483. >Another pony enters the room behind her. Its an older mare, a pale grey-blue coat of fur with a slightly darker mane. She nods to Nightingale and she proceeds to scoop up a glob of brown sludge and brings it to your mouth.
  484. >The smell is nice enough that you open your mouth to accept it. Twilight looks at them curiously as the older mare jots down a few notes as Nightingale feeds you.
  485. >This continues until the plate is clean and Nightingale smiles as she wipes your mouth clean.
  486. >"What did you just feed..Mr. Raisin?"
  487. >You can tell immediately that Twilight was not happy with that name but seemed resigned to it. The older pale grey-blue mare turned to Twilight, bowing and then introducing herself.
  488. >"Hello your highness, My name is Cinnamon Buns, I'm the gastroenterologist and the hospitals head Chef. I do hope Mr. Raisin likes what I prepared for him, by the way sweetie, What do ya think?"
  489. >She turns her attention to you with a bright grandma-esque smile. You smile and think for a moment before responding.
  490. "skood, needch moe shalt dough."
  491. >She nods and makes a note on her clipboard before turning to Twilight.
  492. >"I want you to keep a good eye on 'im don't let 'im eat anything else and make sure he gets plenty of water."
  493. >"You didn't answer my question Dr. Buns"
  494. >You chuckle a bit hearing Twilight say the doctor's name, it was so childish but so refreshing to laugh at something so stupid. The doctor responds to Twilight in a matter-of-fact kind of way.
  495. >"It's a nutrient paste dear, as soon as it passes through his system I can adjust it to suit his digestive needs."
  496. >A few moments later Dr. Cinnamon Buns walks out of the room with Nightingale in tow. Twilight looks to you, coming closer to your bed before sitting down.
  497. >"About earlier, I may have overreacted and I apologize, I can understand a desire for..physical contact. Just please wait till you're out of the hospital. We don't even know if you have any diseases or could get any."
  498. >That was something you had not thought about when the Dr. Tyto was getting handy with your tool. You wouldn't want to give or get a magic STD.
  499. >You nod to Twilight and accept her apology, she smiles and then leaves the room. You lay back against the pillow and think for a moment.
  500. >You haven't gotten any mysterious diseases yet and from what you can tell you haven't given anyone any. You yawn, sleep calls to you and you think that maybe Luna could help you with some questions that you have.
  501. >You find yourself in a void, having neither substance nor form. You concentrate and a small hill with a single tree appears before you.
  502. >You imagine a picnic spread beneath the tree and it appears. You sit down and wait for your guest, it isn't long before you spot the navy blue of her coat and the shimmering mane that resembles the night sky.
  503. "Hey Lulu, care for a slice of pie?"
  504. >"Why hast thou summoned me here?"
  505. >Her tone says that she's angry but the way she's standing tells you she's guarding herself.
  506. "Are you still mad about that stolen kiss?"
  507. >She blushes and closes the distance between you and her. She pushes you over and straddles over you.
  508. >"You shall not speak of that to anypony or I shall give thee nightmares for all eternity."
  509. >You smile, you reach up and place a hand on her chest. She rears up from the contact and backs off of you, you sit up and offer a plate.
  510. "Relax Lulu, I just want to look through my memories."
  511. >She sits down next to you her face scrunched in an adorable way as her horn glows, A flat screen appears before you and Luna seems intrigued by it.
  512. >"What sort of device is this?"
  513. "It's a monitor."
  514. >"How dost thou know this?"
  515. >You think for a moment and suddenly you realize that you don't actually know. Luna looks to you showing a slight smile as you stare off into space.
  516. >"Pardon, art thou lost in thought? Perhaps you shouldn't come back."
  517. >She giggles at her own joke before returning to her objective.
  518. >"What woulds't thou like to recall?"
  519. "Well, my name would be nice and then how I ended up in that coffin."
  520. >"We shall start with thy name."
  521. >Luna focused, her horn glowing a lovely blue before the screen in front of you flickering to life. Its like watching a TV with bad reception its filled with static and its volume seems difficult to make out.
  522. "What's with the bad reception?"
  523. >"Your mind-scape is foreign to us. Tis the only reason you can wrest control over us here.
  524. >You squint to make out the images on the screen.
  525. >"*krzzt* its time for break-*zztt*. Get the fu-*zzkt*-utta bed!"
  526. >"*Kzzertrck*
  527. >Before you can garner any more details the screen fizzles out and you look over to Luna angrily. She's sweating, straining to keep her head up and panting heavily
  528. >Your angry expression quickly dissolves into concern for the Night princess. You reach out to her and place a hand on her head, she pulls her neck away
  529. >"WE *huff* do not need *huff* your pity."
  530. "You can stop for now if you need to. I won't push you."
  531. >"We*huff* do not*huff* need your*huff* permission"
  532. >You sit back and wait for Luna to recover, eating a slice of pie from the imaginary picnic you've laid out before her. After a few moments of heavy breathing, Luna looks to you and begins focusing her magic again.
  533. "I'm serious, you don't need to do any more."
  534. >"You think that we do not desire to probe your mind further. You will not hold any secrets for us!"
  535. >Your concern quickly turns into anger again, you stand in up to the Princess you tower over her you can see some fear in her eyes but mostly of solid defiance
  536. "I said stop."
  537. >You state calmly folding your arms in front of you. She continues to use her magic a scene appearing before you, its of you punching someone else in the nose. The victim falls back onto the ground, you're standing over him and kicking him in the side as he lies on the ground.
  538. >Your anger begins to bleed through your calm demeanor. You bare your teeth and drop your arms to your sides.
  539. "I SAID STOP!"
  540. >You awaken from your slumber with a start sitting up in your bed, the little green pegasus rolling off your chest
  541. >She wakes up looking scared. She looks to you with concern on her face
  542. >"What's wrong Mr. Raisin?"
  543. >You look down at the filly, she's scared, she wants to know if your alright.
  544. "Its nothing Keystone, just a bad dream."
  545. >The filly curls up under your arm and you pet her head absentmindedly
  546. >"My mommy says Princess Luna fights away the bad dreams, bringing good ones to good ponies"
  547. >You smile at the little filly. She smiles back before yawning, she lays her head down on your chest. Within moments she slumbering peacefully, you decide to follow her example and close your eyes
  548. >Sleep doesn't come as easily as it had before, thoughts of what Luna had revealed to you keep coming back to the forefront of your mind. What she had shown you disturbed you, you were beating someone on the ground repeatedly
  549. >You for all intents and purposes had been given a second chance at life and you vow to never commit that kind of violence again
  550.
  551. >You are Princess Luna. You are lying on your bed, Celestia stood over you with concern.
  552. >"Luna, are you alright? What did the human do?"
  553. "I am fine sister, he somehow forced me out of his mind"
  554. >"I'm glad your safe, I could not bare the thought of losing you again"
  555. "Sister, I did manage to glean some information before he forced me out"
  556. >Celestia's demeanor shifts, she gets up, going from caring sister to monarch
  557. >"What have you learned?"
  558. "He beat a member of his own kind with brutal savagery, I know not the circumstances for the conflict but his reaction was uncalled for in any situation"
  559. >Celestia furrowed her brow and lowered her head before turning away. She levitates a book from the end table. The words "Mien Kampf" emblazoned on the cover below an eagle carrying a swastika
  560. >"Then we must be even more cautious with the human, lest his corruptive influence unravel the peace we have fought so hard to maintain"
  561. "Do you think it was wise to let Twilight read that wicked book?"
  562. >"She is my prized pupil, I would not send her into danger without knowing what she's up against"
  563. "Perhaps we should tell Cadence as well?"
  564. >"Not yet dear sister, we must trust that Twilight can handle the situation"
  565.
  566. >You are awoken by the smell of fresh breads. You look down and see that Keystone is not by your side, Nightingale must have taken her while you slept
  567. >You throw the covers off, seeing your legs for the first time
  568. >You're surprised at how withered they look, like drumsticks that were left in the fryer too long. Your skin feels dry and has the texture of an old lady's purse.
  569. >The intoxication smell of fresh baked goods beacons you to ignore the state of your lower limbs. You scoot forward and lean over the edge of the bed, feet planted firmly on the ground.
  570. >You take a deep breath and push yourself off the bed hoping that you hadn't forgotten how to walk. You manage to take a few awkward steps before your legs fail you, pitching your forward towards the doorway.
  571. >You reflexively reach to grab a hold of the door jam, your arms sadly are not strong enough to halt your fall and you land face first into the cool tile on the floor.
  572. >A quick assessment of yourself determines that the only thing to be injured is your pride. You hear the distinctive clatter of hooves on the ground, stopping just short of your prone form.
  573. You look up at the Purple alicorn staring at you with a look of annoyance plastered on her face.
  574. >"What are you doing?"
  575. "trying to walk, apparently I've forgotten how."
  576. >You try to push yourself up off the ground but feel her magic envelop you, levitating you back to the bed where she lays you down comfortably. Even going so far as to fluff the pillows and tuck the sheets under your body.
  577. >"What were you even doing out of bed?"
  578. "I smelled bread and wanted some."
  579. >At first the look she gave you indicated that she was in disbelief. That quickly melted into a small smile, which further devolved into a giggling fit.
  580. >It was nice to her laughing, even if it was at your own expense. After a moment of reflection your own face contorted into a smile which then had you chuckling.
  581. >This chuckling set Twilight off into laughing, which in turn got you to laugh. This vicious cycle continued until you were both laughing so hard your sides hurt.
  582. >Soon your laughter was joined in by a second pony, her giggling occasionally interrupted by a cute, pig-like snort.
  583.
  584. >This new pony entered the room and nearly blinded you with vibrant color. This pony was pink, not just any pink, bright neon pink with a hurricane of curls of a slightly darker shade of pink.
  585. >Your nose was assualted by the smell of pastry and sweets. You assume that this is the sorce of the scent you smelled earlier.
  586. >"Mr. Raisin, Allow me to introduce the Element of Laughter, Pinkie Pie."
  587. >"Howdy doody, Its super duper neat to meet you. Say, Why do you look all wrinkley? Are you old? You must be old, You look like a raisin. Is that why your called Mr. Raisin? You don't look like anything I've ever seen before, you must be new, are you some kinda minotaur? Are you a new species? If your new then that means I get to throw you a party. Do you like parties? I love parties, theres going to be cake and games and punch and pie and cupcakes. Ooo Do you like cupcakes? What am I saying? Everyone loves cupcakes, Would you like a cupcake?
  588. >She stands next to you holding a pink cupcake, you're not even sure how she got there or where the cupcake came from. You take the cupcake and look at it tentatively before its collected in a familiar purple aura.
  589. >"Pinkie, Mr. Raisin isn't allowed to eat anything other than what the doctors give him."
  590. >Pinkie looks over to twilight and visibly deflates, like someone just kicked her new puppy. It almost seems as if the whole room grows dimmer with Pinkie's mood.
  591. >You cough and Both Twilight and Pinkie's attention returns to you. You place your hand on your chest and bow your head a bit.
  592. "It is a pleasure to meet you miss Pinkie, I am called Mr. Raisin and I am a Human. While I don't know how old I am or even my real name for that matter but as soon as I am released from the hospital I would not mind having you throw me a party."
  593. >At this she perked up and then proceeded to bounce next to your bed. She got close and smiled broadly
  594. >"You got it Raisin! I'm gonna go now. KTHXBYE!"
  595. >With that she hopped out of the room.
  596. >What a strange pony. You look over to Twilight and she's currently wiping her mouth with a small towel she sees you and smiles sheepishly, exposing bits of cupcake on her teeth.
  597. "You ate my cupcake."
  598. >"Sorry, Pinkie makes the best cupcakes and it would go bad by the time you would have gotten to eat it. Besides If I know pinkie as well as I do then she'll have a buffet of sweets for you when you get out of here."
  599. >You smile, it must be nice to have friends. Of course you don't remember if you've ever had any friends but who knows.
  600. >A thought crosses your mind and it drives your curiosity to ask a question of Twilight.
  601. "Hey Twilight? You said Pinkie was the Element of Laughter. What does that mean?"
  602. >Twilight looks at you she seems hesitant but then it seems to disappear. She turns to you and sits down on the floor.
  603. >"Pinkie Pie, myself and four other ponies whom you have not met are known as the Elements of Harmony. Our combined powers saved Princess Luna from being consumed by an evil entity known as Nightmare Moon. We stopped Discord from turning the world into chaos. And we stopped a centaur named Tirek from conquering the world by stealing everyones latent magic."
  604. >You looked at Twilight, so reserved and calm. Never asking for thanks, but doing what she needed to do to protect her friends.
  605. >You placed your hands together and bowed your head.
  606. "Thank you for what you've done to protect this world."
  607. >She blushes and places a hoof in front of her mouth. It was a cute blush, gently tinting her cheeks a lovely rose color.
  608. >"Oh, it..it was nothing. I was..that is...I mean.. uh."
  609. >She's fumbling with her words and her blush intensifies, going from rose to crimson in a matter of moments.
  610. >You try to get out of bed again, placing all your weight on your unsteady feet. Once again you seem unable to support yourself and you fall forward.
  611. >Twilight catches you with her magic before you collide with the floor again. She places you back in the bed.
  612. >She grumbles in frustration. Picking you up again and placing you back in the bed.
  613. >"Why are you trying to get out of bed now?"
  614. >You look down at her, she simply looks back, as if waiting fro an explanation. You really don't know why you decided to get up but you felt like you needed to move.
  615. "I just wanted to take a walk."
  616. >She turns her head away from you, content with you're reasoning. She seems lost in thought for a moment before returning her attention to you.
  617. >"Are you ready for today's session?"
  618. >You nod and lie back into your bed closing your eyes and waiting for the magic to envelop your body. The familiar fizzing sensation seems different from it usually does. Almost more intense you tilt up your head and look over to Twilight. She seems to be struggling more than usual.
  619. >Her head is hung low and she seems shaky on her legs. She lets out a groan of exertion and then her horn stops glowing. She looks concerned and looks over to you. Walking up to you she sits down.
  620. >"I... I can't help you anymore."
  621. >You sit up.
  622. "what do you mean?"
  623. >She has her head away from you,
  624. >"I can't help you anymore."
  625. >You want her to look at you.
  626. "Why the hell not?"
  627. >She doesn't answer continuing to look away from you. Being ignored is not making you any calmer.
  628. >You reach over to Twilight and she shirks away from your grasping hands. She looks at you and looks at the verge of tears.
  629. >"I can't help you anymore because you're resisting my healing magic."
  630. >Tears roll down her cheeks as she sniffles, you pull your hands back and place them back in your lap.
  631. "I'm sorry."
  632. >She sniffles and wipes off her face with her hoof. Looking to you, she places her hoof on your leg.
  633. >"Its okay, it just means I'm going to have to find somepony who can."
  634. Twilight stands up and trots out the door and you're alone.
  635. >You see a small ball roll across the floor through the door. As it rolls to the edge of the bed the door slowly closes. The door shuts and the ball bounces onto the bed.
