Through [The author/s] article, the main focus revolves around how consumers prefer social media as a way of interaction between consumers and customer service and the different ways which could allow to take your consumer’s customer service experience to the next level. This article is extremely helpful as it allows business with little experience to gain a grip on their customer service. This article shows no limitations at it details many methods with a few examples for each point. The conclusion for this article is that social media customer service is the more preferred method and has many advantages which assist both consumers and business. This article gives insight and a decent amount of information and will help structure our research.
