02-03 of each month = payout amounts of old months updated to current dashboard values, last month gets frozen in payout screen
05 of each month = prior month is adjusted upwards (can only be seen in dashboard values)
14 of each month (10th business day of month) = "Expected XX Payment" in Payments tab updates to next month's value
10-17 of each month = another adjustment of the prior month?
18 of each month = prior month should be final now
