Covet: Eli was wandering around some of the little vending booths that'd been set up on one of the corners of the parade route, looking for something to eat. Everything of course was covered in rainbow. He was trying to decide whiched brightly colored icing covered treat he wanted. // Felix was pushing Steph along the side walk making his way around people that were there. "You doing okay?" He asked her , leaning down over her shoulder. // Kelsey was dancing about with a couple of other people that were dressed up to the nines. She had some light up drink cup with a lid and straw that was now half filled with booze, the other half clearly imbibed by her bubbly demeanor. She was waving her pansexual flag that she'd purchased form someone around too.

Alexithymiaa: -Steph bounced in her chair asFelix pushed her along, her eyes searching the crowd and admiring everyone's insane costumes because everyone looked awesome. "I want to danceeeeee." She whined, twisting in the chair to look behind her at him and then to one of the larger floats with Anna positioned at the top holding a microphone. // Brad had gotten himself a beer and some crazy character had given him some molly so he was off his rocker right now and on top of the world. He danced up behind Kelsey, dance thrusting at her butt. "This is awesome!" // Adam had been wandering around all decked out, just enjoying how much pride everyone had and how much support for the community he could see right in front of his face. He wasnt used to this sort of thing back in Kansas and he'd been sending videos to his moms all night as he wandered around, stopping next to a little booth that sold giant rainbow lollipops.-

Covet: "Dance in your chair, You're not getting up out of that chair." Felix told her then stopped to look at the chick up on the float, "What if they stopped suddenly and she fell up there?" // Kelsey laughed as she danced back against Brad, waving her flag in his face. "You seem like you're way more up than just beer." // Eli got himself a churro covered in the icing and rainbow sprinkles. "If there was aver a day to shit rainbows, I think today would be a good one." He said as he walked up to Adam, "Hey man, I think the girls went to go find a bathroom that didn't have aline and had real soap and sinks."
Alexithymiaa: -She pouted a little because all she wanted to do was enjoy herself and dance amongst everyone. Looking up at Anna and her dancers again, she gave a small shrug. "They're not going fast enough for a sudden stop. No ones going to fall." She started to wiggle in her chair, doing her best to dance, but it was just sad. // "Shhhhh" Brad sort of yelled in her ear through his bandana, rubbing his free hand up and over her arm. "Maybe I am. Is that such a bad thing?" He asked, his eyes starting to focus on her glow things. // Adam looked at Eli and laughed, slowly glancing around him. "So... they went home?" He asked as half a joke, but also seriously because there was no way they'd find that there. "What'd you get?" He asked, gesturing to the rainbow iced churro. Covet: Felix gave a bit of a pout, "Damn, I'd feel bad, but it'd be hilarious too." He said snickering, then he saw her movingabout in her chair, and proceeded to help her out by spinning her in a circle or two and making her go all sorts of directions but not fast. // "Um, yes, only because you didn't share!" Kelsey said to him with a bit of a pout then laughed because he clearly wasn't even listening to her. " Do you happen to have anymore?" // "Probably. It's only a few blocks away." Eli said with a nod, then looked at the treat and kind of turned it over a little bit, "There's a churro in there somewhere. I think."
Alexithymiaa: --Steph stuck her arms up into the air, waving them around as he spun her around and breaking into hysterical laughter. "You're going to make me dizzy!" She yelled at him through her fit of giggles, trying to reach her hands backward to grab a hold of the front of his shirt. // "Someone gave it to me. It wasn't exactly something he gave me a bunch of." He said as he shrugged and continued to dance, his hand moving to her hair to rake his fingers through her locks. // Adam started to laugh, pulling his wallet from the back pocket of his shorts to pull out a couple of bills so he could buy himself a rainbow spiral pop. Covet: "Nah, just tell me before you start feeling nauseous." Felix told her doing his best to be careful. He leaned over a she grabebd his shirt. "Can I help you?" He asked in a playful way. // "Awwh, But I want to be where you are." Kelsey said with a pout as she took another drink from her cup. Then she put her hands up and went back to swaying her hips while listening to Anna. // "Good think it's summer right? Don't worry neither of us are on the schedule for tomorrow." Eli said with a laugh.
Alexithymiaa: She tipped her head back, leaning it against the back of the chair as she stared up into his face. "You can." She said, matching his playfulness as she pulled him down for a Spiderman kiss. "Thank you for bringing me here." // "You'll always be right where I am." He said with a grin, slipping his hand over her hip to grope at her leg and her ass some. He was all about the touching right now. "Maybe we can find him again." // "I'm very thankful for that." Adam said as he sucked on the pop, pulling his phone out again to take another video to send off to his moms. "I'm just really happy to be here. This is so cool. Covet: "You're very welcome, Red. I wouldn't want to miss out on this. It's like a rave.. but on some serious acid." Felix said, kissing her back. // "Awwwh, that's so sweet. " Kelsey said to him leaning back into him, dancing to the music. Hearing him, she nodded her head, "That'd be cool Though the chances of that are probably pretty slim. I'm still up for an adventure though." // "Glad you finally got to see one, You'll have to have your moms visit next year. "He said trying to stay out of the way a bit. "Hayley did a good job on your make up tonight too. What did your moms think of it?"
Alexithymiaa: "I dont know, raves are already kind of like theyre on acid, aren't they?" She asked, looking up to Anna again with all the dancers. "I just want to get uppppppp." // "Yeah, that's probably true. But let's try!" He shouted over the music, grabbing her hand and beginning to pull her through the crowd, darting between dancers and partyers. "He was wearing a rainbow tank top!" Like that was going to help, Brad. // "I'd love for them to come next year." He said with a nod, almost forgetting he was wearing the make up. "Right? She's great at this stuff. They loved it though, they thought it was really cool." // Anna jumped around, talking into the microphone. "I brought a friend with me to help me out with this next one!" Covet: "Well, yeah, but... this is clearly waaay better Acid than that." Felix told her. "I know babe, But it's better if you don't I don't even really want to risk giving you a piggy back ride right now." // "Ummmm Bradly... everyone is wearing rainbow tanktops." She said with a laugh. "We're going to need more than that to find him." Turning around Kelsey looked up at the stage to see Liz joining Anna, " Oh hey! Look who's here!" // Eli smiled, " That's awesome. Have you gotten some good footage for your moms?" He asked holding his napkin up to his face to wipe his mouth off
Alexithymiaa: "Yeah, how much avid have you done at raves to know?" She asked with a laugh, trying not to let his second statement get her down when they got to be at the parade which is awesome. When she heard Liz's voice, she looked over at the float, pointing at her. "Hey, Liz is here! She's the one I'm writing that song for. Listen to her, this is why I was so concerned about writing a song that could match her power." She said as Liz took over the stage to sing 'Let There Be Love.' // Brad looked around him at the sea of people all in matching tanks. "Okay well... he's... uh... he's tall.... and he was hot...." Brad rambled off, not even really recalling who the guy was anymore. He turned to look up at the float, starting to jump up and down and dance again. "Woo yeah!" Short attention span. // "I have, yeah. I've been sending it to them little by little. They're really excited that I'm here to represent them. We're kind of small town, I guess." Covet: "Enough to know." Felix said, looking away not giving her a straight answer, with a smirk, then he listened to the chick on stage singing, he scoffed. "You can totally write for that kind of voice. You just got to dig deep into those feels and emotions, to compliment her power and range." Felix told her. // Kelsey laughed at him and waved up at them, bouncing up against brad as she stood in front of him. "I'm totally performing next year. I don't care what anyone says!" She said as she took another sip from her cup // "When you put it like that, yeah it makes it even more special. Just think , your home town will have a lot more representing it next year, And that's what these kind of events are supposed to encourage." Eli sold him as he finished his churro off.
Alexithymiaa: "Uhuh..." She glared at him, continuing to watch Liz. "I tried to do that. Let's just hope she doesn't feel like it's underwhelming for what shhe usually does. I've had so much going on lately we haven't set up a date for her to demo the song..." // "You better be performing next year! This is like.. this is your stage! These are your people! You need to perform for your people!" He yelled, kind of out of it and rambling which I guess isnt too far off from the usual. // "Yeah. Next year, everyone is invited to come visit the week of the pride parade. And we'll all dress up and have fun." He said with a wide grin, looking toward the float then back at Eli. "It's so nice to see everyone stop fighting for a minute to embrace the love and acceptance." As if on cue, a handful of protesters rounded the corner with signs saying shit like 'Pray the gay away' and 'God hates fags.' As soon as the protestors started waving their signs and yelling, all of the talent was ushered off the float.-
Covet: Felix saw that the entertainment was being ushered off stage and looked at Steph, "I don't think that will be an issue, though I don't like the look of this..." He said getting a little antsy and wheeled Steph back because protesters around here are never a good sign. // Kelsey frowned when Anna and Liz were moved off the stage on the float and looked around to see the protesters. " Aw... There's always someone here to crash the party.... No.. you know what.. screw these jerks." Kelsey said making her way that direction towards them, because drunk decisions are the best decisions. // Eli nodded his head then sighed, "I think you might have just jinxed that dude."
Alexithymiaa: -She leaned forward a little in her chair to look in the direction he was looking, trying to peer between the masses of people, but sitting down made that kind of difficult. "What's going on?" // "Kels!" brad yelled after her, pushing through people to follow her. "What the hell are you doing? You going to beat the shit out of all of them?" He called to her, his brain kind of fuzzy from the drugs and alcohol so he wasnt even thinking straight either. // Adam turned around to look in the direction Eli was looking, a frown settling over his face. "Oh come on... why?" He asked, watching the protestors start to swarm. "Can't they take their closed mindedness and just stay away for one night?"-
Covet: "Some protesters are making their way down the street." Felix told her. "I'd rather we not get caught up in the middle of all that." he added. // Kelsey shook her head and handed him her drink, "Not everything needs to be solved with violence Bradley. Just come help me, Everyone needs to link arms." She told him as she got to where the protesters were at, signaling to those around. "Just, follow my lead, this isn't their event. We get this one night a year." She put her hand out to get them to stop, waving it down. // Eli looked around hoping that Bliss and Hayley weren't coming back, and hoping they were still at the house. " You sure you don't want to record this too? Not to send out, but... you know.. just in case anything bad happens?" He asked.
Covet: *get the protesters to stop.
Alexithymiaa: "See, this is why we can't have nice things. Because ignorant jerks have to ruin everything." She said with a frown. "I don't want to get caught up in the middle of that either, but where are all of our friends?" She asked quickly, trying to spot Kelsey and Brad. // Brad took Kelsey's drink, looking down at it and then watched what she was doing. "How am I supposed to hold your drink and link arms all at the same time?" He asked before sort of just tossing her cup over his head into the crowd of protestors. WHOOPS, OH WELL! And then he proceeded to link arms with her on one side and began a chain on the other side. // "I probably should..." He said, taking his phone back out and hitting record, holding it up in the air to get the most action in his camera. "We should get a little closer so we can hear what they're yelling." He said as he started to walk.-
Covet: "I don't know, there's a lot of people around, I can't see anyone immediately... wait.. your.. cousin I think is doing something up there." Felix told her, trying to look past the crowd. // Once the protesters stopped she looked at them, "I know you guys are investing a lot of time to be here, rain on our parade, so I'll make this easy for you guys. You're going to either have to join us, or turn around." She gave a tipsy smirk as they scoffed and questioned the joining them. Adamantly turning against that. "Alright... Then I guess we'll just have to join you. " She said with a smirk then turned to the crowd. " Everyone... I need your help show these opinionated people, that they can't bring us down anymore... that we're here... We're queer... and nothing is going to change that. I know a song.. that I'm sure lots of you know too, and I know for sure our protester fans do too. So how about we all join together for a little gospel song, that I think couldn't be more fitting for a day like today... Cause everyone here.. has a beautiful light.. that's shining bright. " She said kind of drunkenly soapboxing, then started off. " This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine, this little light of mine. I'm gonna let it shine....etc." Once other people started joining in she stepped back in line, linking arms with Brad and another supporter, still singing. // Eli nodded at Adam and pulled his phone out too, walking with him up to where everyone else was, holding his phone up above the crowd, that was now starting to sing.
Covet: *to rain on our parade,
Alexithymiaa: "What?" She asked, until she heard the singing, craning her neck to try to see, but they were just too far back for her to see from her seated position. She smiled as she listened to the mass of people join the song, twisting her arm behind her to grab her phone from her backpack hanging on the wheelchair. Turning the flashlight on, she stuck her hand into the air, gently waving it back and forth before joining in the singing. // Brad smiled, picking up into the song as he stared directly at the people in front of him that were starting to retreat since they were so outnumbered and clearly they werent going to win here. // Adam also joined in the singing, not well. Keeping his phone in the air to video, he spun around, taking in the huge crowd of people that was singing together in unison to peacefully combat the haters.-
Covet: Felix nodded his head, then looked around, with a smirk on his face. "This is definitely something epic.... I'm impressed." He said pulling out his Camera to get some pictures of what was going on. // Kelsey was most definitley one of the loudest voices, slightly out of tune because she was drunk, but it wasn't terrible sounding. She was smiling as the protesters started backing off. She gave them a wave, then looked at Brad. // Eli was singing along too, taking all of this in, because killing with kindness and usings someone's strength against them was definitely a powerful show of force, without actually harming anyone.
Alexithymiaa: -She looked around, a wide grin on her face before lowering her phone to her lap and twisting to look at Felix. "This was so incredible to be a part of. I dont think this night could get any better, but I think I'm ready to head back to the house. I think this is the first time my brain feels better than the rest of me." // When Kelsey turned to look at him, he grabbed her roughly around the waist, jerking her against him and lowering his head to kiss her passionately because he was just all sorts of fired up after that awesome display that went down. "We need to go somewhere..." He said breathlessly. // Adam finally lowered his phone and ended the video, turning to look at Eli. "This was the coolest. I can't wait to send this to my moms. Maybe we should head out and find the girls."-
Covet: "Yeah, I am totally game with riding this happy high out and leaving on an up note." Felix said, directing her chair back towards where they had parked. // Kelsey laughed at Brad, "C'mon then, We're gonna have to find a bush or some alleyway, or try to get a ride home and hope to god we can behave in the car." Kelsey said with a giggle the booze fully kicking in as she galavanted off with Brad. // "Yeah, I want to show them this.. or see if they got to catch it from where they were at." Eli said pulling up Bliss' contact info in order to call her and check in on them.
