  52. > (400) - (something like Gatlantis's science-thralls / reverse engineering?)
  53. >Tactical Genius (600): Once in a century there will arise a commander whose brilliance for combat transcends mere greatness. A leader whose awareness extends beyond his own fleet. Whose vision encompasses the entire battlefield. This creature will not see just the ships and the stars and the planets in range of his sensor screens, but will posses a field presence far greater than mere mortals can hope to achieve. This individual commands an encyclopedic knowledge of tactics, statistics, probabilities, mathematics, physics. But his proficiency cannot be quantified with bare data; he possesses the spark of true genius. He doesn't see the rules, he sees guidelines; predictions of how his opponent will behave. He doesn't see ships; he sees schematics: hulls, drive engines, fuel reserves, cannons, crews, fire rates and gigajoules released per beam. He uses an irreplaceable carrier to bring away enemy fighter cover, experimental technology to strike from unexpected angles, and repurposes conventional technology for specialized weapons. He uses the scattered protoplanet material to hide within an energy-rich field to remain undetected. He knows that the dimensional fault will be destabilized by positron beams. Or perhaps he concludes that he is completely surrounded, and he will simply forge ahead with a brute force frontal assault, breaking the battle-lines and ramming your flagship.

  72. >Wave Motion Core (400)
  73. >Time Fault Pocket (600, comes free with a control ship, +200 for already-operational automated shipyard of your species)
  74. Deep beneath the Earth's surface, one may find the shadow of the Cosmo Reverse. A dimensional pocket where time is accelerated by a factor of ten. Without protective equipment your body will age rapidly, dying within minutes. The UNCF have used this time fault to great effect during the Earth-Gatlantis War, pumping out warships at a rate the Gatlanteans were hard pressed to match, even with all their resources.
  75. Like the UNCF, you now have a time fault of your own, the same size as theirs. This one is missing any infrastructure, except for a Dreadnought-class battleship modified to serve as a command and control center for any efforts within the fault. It is still armed to spec, but all windows are blocked off with information displayed on holographic panels, and dimensional energy cancellers constantly online to keep anyone inside alive.
  76. For an extra +200cp, the time fault has a massive complex of automated refineries, factories, and shipyards within. Each capable of constructing a Dreadnought-class battleship in ten (normal) days, with there being dozens of battleships in a single batch. With such numbers, you will surely be more than a match for any enemy you face.
