The map needs more viable places to base imo, it’s quite limited, plus people do tend to purchase multiple properties for the convenience for other org members/friends.

Maybe allow people to manage their property through a phone app that allows them to sell the property? Send in text reminders that they haven’t used a property for X amount of time and if they or the people who have access to it do not interact with it i.e locking/unlocking the door, using the storage chest, doing activites such as interacting with planter boxes and chem tables then it would auto sell.

Also add a way of saving and loading base dupe layouts for specific properties you own (like advdupe2) as this is has been a pretty highly requested feature in the past. It’s been done for events, Bojing made his gulag event with the tools available in the godstick so I imagine this is possible to do.
