⭐ (1) (2) (3) will re-appear in Jessie's Sync Pair Story, you can replay anytime you want.

⭐ Jessie is the first sync pair has no stage called "A Day with-"

⭐ Jessie & Arbok was put down to bottom of Sync Pairs list. Number 240 (Behind Champion Kukui, but far away from him)
That mean she not belong to any main game series.
Also Meowth can talk, so they are not these same characters in Letsgo and Yellow. We can confirm they come from Anime Universe.

⭐ Encounter! Team Rocket and Battle! Team Rocket was found in database, but it is not released in current version. Maybe DeNa put it in database for future plan, Original Team Rocket - Archer and Ariana?
