Especially focus on page 42 and watch the 2.5-minute unlisted video on that page (click/tap the image and it should open up the YouTube video otherwise copy/paste the URL).

  8. That unlisted video is an interview with "John Anstasio" who described a lot of police cars travelling at high speed through the (crowded) area.

  10. It is not unreasonable to think that as soon as "Dimitrious Gargasoulas" began driving recklessly through a populated area the normally restrictive "no pursuit" policy was abandoned.

  12. After all - isn't it better that 10 people die in order to stop a person from killing 100? Doing things for the "greater good" in this way is a moral argument that authority often invokes when justifying the harm it does to the population it is supposed to protect.

  14. The idea that police *did not* pursue the alleged driver *at a high speed* is not correct - _*unless* you are willing to call "John Anstasio" a liar._ Which is exactly what "Peekay Truth" did. But then again that incompetent loudmouthed fool *had to* call him a liar because "Peekay" is committed to selling the belief that the event was _completely staged._

If many police *also* travelled through the populated area *at high speed* then it stands to reason they could have *unintentionally* hit or clipped some of the shocked and panicked pedestrians as they were getting out of the way of "Dimitrious Gargasoulas" (or they got hit and flung into the path of pursuing police leading them to have a most unfortunate afternoon).
