Mcdonalds Feedback

Please read this thoroughly as this entire situation was quite bizarre and radical. I genuinely was afraid to take the food because I thought it may have been spit in.

I tried to place an order for a Grilled Artisan Chicken with signature sauce added. I requested a large drink and was promptly told that they did not have any available.  I agreed to take the medium. Once I got to the window, I requested a signature sauce on the side as well, which is when the cashier shouted toward the front of the restaurant for the manager. The manager then told me that they no longer sell signature sauce and then asked if I wanted anything else. At this point I no longer wanted the meal and decided I was going to go to a different McDonald's. I told them this, the manager left and the cashier took a moment before handing my card back. When she handed me the receipt, it simply said that I was charged despite canceling the order. I looked at my bank to make sure I wasn't charged or at least refunded and I was not.

I go into the store and request a manager. I told the Manager on duty at the time that I got charged despite not getting the meal. She was immediately confrontational. In sum, she eventually told me that she can not return my money because she does not know how, and I then asked to speak to someone who could because I got charged for something I never even received. She walks to the back and then returns out from the back with signature sauces despite saying the location no longer sold it. At this point I notice that they did have large cups and I brought that to the manager's attention that I was told they did not. She told the cashier to stop selling them, oddly like how she said they did not have signature sauce. Obviously something is not right about that situation, and that is not even considering the disrespect and immediate attitude received from the manager, as If I was a nuisance.
