Background : Sarang lived and grew up in Seoul her whole life. She had a mom and dad who spoiled her a lot and a older brother who she gotten along with very well. When she was 5 years old her parents signed her up for dance classes as her family were mostly dancers. She took dance classes for 7 years which she had grown passionate about. When she was 12 she decided to audition at SM with her dancing skills and successfully passed. There, they trained her for 2 year on her vocals and a little bit on her dancing but they then dropped her as they thought she wasn't cut for this. She was depressed for a long time until she decided that she won't let this one downfall ruin everything. She then auditioned at a smaller company called Pledis and once again passed, this time with both her dancing and singing skills. She became a trainee at Pledis at 15.

Personality : She can be defined with one word. Aegyo. She naturally has lots of aegyo that comes out of her even though she isn't the youngest which confuses some people. With her sweet aegyo comes a sweet and girly personality. She takes care of people a lot whether it'd be as small as fixing their clothes and tries to cheer them up as much as she can by making them laugh with her somewhat humorous nature but in reality she is the one who sometimes need to be taken care of because of her girly side. Since she tends to act like a baby she can become a little bit bratty when she doesn't get something she wants and can be stubborn but she'll get over it in a few minutes.
