Two wrongs doesn’t make a right, imo
Although I know Twin feels as if he was trying his best to make do with what he had, I agree with Saber that he didn’t have to reveal being a ww to begin with
Honestly, it all boils down to enforcing the guides as rules instead of things you could do
I’m unsure as to how involved TN was, but Twin and Twee seem to be the major components of the report
Twee def should be given a warning, for the amount of questionable and clear obstruction of rules
As for Twin, I’d say talk to them and explain what’s up and if they understand what they did before slapping a warning on ‘em
Perhaps remind them that warnings do expire, and are meant to serve as just a warning, not some end of the world punishment
From there, establish and clarify what they did wrong and iterate how they need to go about it instead of doing what they believe is best for their own benefit and not the curse’s

Ye, then I’d slap ‘em on the wrist and tell them that coordinating full moons and stuff like that isn’t allowed

I think Twin could probably get off with a verbal warning- I just don't think it is absolutely out of the question that she would comply with the law- vampires have done it

That’s def avoiding rp and FRP, so I’d slap ‘em with a warning and potentially tell River that if he continued to act as such in the future, it’ll result in another warning or blacklisting from ww characters
Which would suck, since they paid for the pack
But if you can’t roleplay something properly, you shouldn’t have it
