  1. Outline
  2.
  3. Unsorted Notes
  4. - Why alt right? Use or discard the term? (Brought us all together in one place, can’t allow our coalition to break up again - yes there will be dead enders to cut loose, but we need the bulk of the people we already have to stay with us)
  5. - Why should we let these losers take away something good for us?
  6. - Alt right should be used informally (like right or left), not tied to a specific person or movement
  7. - Many ideas on reform, but no framework to organize them - let’s adopt a framework
  8. - Lind, Boyd, 4th Generation War, physical/mental/moral and tactical/operational/strategic
  9. - Our failures so far on all these levels
  10. - Creating a grand strategy
  11. - Only mass movements succeed (Bolsheviks/Nazis/American Revolution)
  12. - Revolutions with no popular support get crushed; building a successful revolutionary movement will require the same sorts of unglamorous effort and political compromises that the so-called “revolutionaries” are already refusing to make
  13. - Only actions we can control are our own; start assuming any plan that counts on action from those outside our direct influence (i.e. “and then the people will finally rise up and join us”) will fail
  14. - Inner/outer alt-right model
  15. - Alinksy tactics - Fixate on a specific enemy (ie AIPAC/ADL/SPLC, not “the Jews”) - see what left is doing on NRA
  16. - Attack line: AIPAC/ADL/SPLC is anti-American (this is our counter to anti-Semite - resonates better than anti-white)
  17. - Allowing the perfect to become the enemy of good enough
  18. - Fighting over spoils before victory
  19. - Indirect approach/path of least resistance (holocaust, 9/11)
  20. - Turn the other cheek strategy to those who ‘punch right’
  21. - Dialectical view on civic nationalism: see it as communists saw socialism, a step along the right path
  22. - Cathedral building analogy: multi-generational project, must begin with laying a foundation, not racing to get to the spire
  23. - We are not going to be the spearhead - right now there is no spear behind us - we need to be the foundation (contrast with spearhead role in Trump campaign)
  24. - The Last Psychiatrist model of narcissism (fixation on maintaining an image rather than creating genuine relationships or progress toward goals)
  25. - Manifestos are gay, 14 words, not 14 points
  26. - Battle forged friendships - build relationships with ordinary Americans by fighting alongside them against common foes
  27. - Red pill people from the friend zone - don’t treat it like you’re running game on women in a bar
  28. - Most of our guys actually fall somewhere in the middle of a spectrum from Nick Fuentes to TWP, not at the ends - and we need to have those guys - the reason we have not really been able to convince them is because we lack a framework
  29. - Double down on success, not failure
  30. - Strategic offensive, tactical defensive (it’s okay to be white)
  31. - Lesson from the Daily Stormer - we cannot rely on a platform only we are a part of to be left standing (need “civilian presence”)
  32. - Rebuilding a high trust community: assume good faith steer away from Fed accusations (unless there is actual evidence, not just plausible motive)
  33. - Three basic policy positions (immigration, war, trade) that define and unite both the inner and greater alt-right
  34. - White identitarianism and JQ will separate the inner from the greater alt-right (positions on the three policies MUST be strong enough for the outer to tolerate these differences)
  35. - Three points of the alt-right worldview (1. Cabal of our enemies is in control of the left and seeks to destroy all we hold dear, 2. The established right has been co-opted by this cabal and is either useless or outright traitorous, 3. Supposedly neutral and nonpartisan institutions like the media, academia, bureaucracy, etc are under the control of this cabal as well)
  36. - What has really been more damaging to our image and credibility - these Neo-Nazi street marches, or Lauren Southern’s instagram?
  37. - If your enemy mobilizes women against you, you’ve got no choice but to do the same - retiring women from politics needs to be a post-victory goal
  38. - The “androstate” is just as much of a LARPer fantasy, restoring gender roles is going to be a multi-generational project and it will require us to regain dominance over the media, education, entertainment, etc.
  39. - Hunter Wallace strategy is a bit of a children’s crusade (let’s gather up all the most disaffected, marginalized, powerless white people - and then do what with them?)
  40.
  41. Grand Strategy
  42. - The 14 words are not a grand strategy, they’re a goal; a grand strategy must include both a goal and a feasible plan of achieving it
  43. - The alt right did have a grand strategy before - elect Donald Trump - and was an effective movement right up until that was achieved -
  44. - New grand strategy: Build a foundation of political power for nationalism in the United States through right wing populism, in order to halt the decline of White America
  45.
  46. Strategy
  47. - Co-opt the Republican Party as a vehicle for populism and nationalism
  48. - Expand our relationships and influence with the white American middle and working classes
  49. - Undermine and discredit neoconservatism and other corrupt elements of the conservative establishment
  50. - Reestablish a close connection with Trumpism and Trump voters
  51. - Establish ourselves in the hearts and minds of ordinary Americans as their strongest defenders against the left
  52.
  53. Operations
  54. - Targeted propaganda campaigns against SPLC, ADL, AIPAC - normal Americans must react to hearing their names like they do to George Soros
  55. - Demonstrations of solidarity with working class Americans - draw attention to factory layoffs, cities forcing public housing on suburbs, other victims of diversity and globalism
  56. - Community-oriented activism
  57. - Enter into the GOP, local politics and organizations, etc
  58. - Real life events either carefully planned flash demonstrations or as part of a larger crowd of ordinary Trump supporting Republicans
  59. - Become outspoken advocates on popular “normal” issues like gun rights, school choice, public displays of Christianity or patriotism, etc (take over issues normal Republicans still rely on established conservatives to lead on)
  60.
  61. Tactics
  62. - Focus on building relationships with people before trying to win them over to our ideas (establish credibility and earn their trust first)
  63. - Build these relationships by participating alongside ordinary Americans in their own events and organizations
  64. - Know when to turn the other cheek: if you are attacked by someone whose followers we need to win over, don’t always punch back; appeal to shared values or goals instead (the interest of the American people, defeating the left, etc) and reply that you’re really on the same side
  65. - Take the indirect approach on the most difficult issues (holocaust, white ethnostates, women out of politics, etc): bypass these issues, don’t get baited into debates over them, focus on immediate and attainable goals; these are things we can tackle better once we’ve actually acquired some institutional power and popular support
  66. - Use Alinskyite tactics: fixate and focus on a particular enemy as a stand-in for a larger one (think the left using the NRA for 2nd amendment supporters): AIPAC, ADL, SPLC, etc, not “the Jews” (attack specific studio heads instead of going “Jews run Hollywood”)
  67. - Ordinary Republicans who join in attacks on specific Jewish figures or orgs will be called anti-semites anyway and become desensitized to it
  68. - Restore good faith and high trust within the community: no more Fed accusations without credible evidence, no more using it as a cheap shortcut to winning argument
  69. - Members of IRL groups should focus most of their activity on networking with ordinary right wingers outside of them; use meetings mostly for sharing ideas and advice; don’t focus on expanding membership, give it out only slowly to those who are vetted over long period of time (informal influence will be much harder to detect or disrupt than formal membership, each group member should have his own circle of outside friends)
  70. - Other use of IRL groups: find local institutions in need of volunteer work, bring rest of your guys along (DON’T do it under your group name or uniform, DON’T do things like ladling soup or picking up trash that they could just get anyone to do - look for things like gardening work, landscaping, something that will leave a more permanent mark and require more planning - allowing people at the place a chance to get to know you - churches, schools, nursing homes, hospitals, etc - goal here is a genuine community relationship, not PR stunt)
  71. - MAGA hats - start wearing these again; ditch uniforms altogether - Trump and his voters will not be so quick to disown you if they see you as a part of their movement
  72. - Reign in thot patrol to those who genuinely have nothing to offer; unwarranted attention is not a good enough reason to tear someone down if they’re supporting the three core policies (always ask if this is going to advance the grand strategy or not)
  73. - Choose a posture that is strategically offensive but tactically defensive (think It’s OK to Be White)
  74.
  75. Moral
  76. - Be the defender, not the aggressor (building a wall, deporting illegals, enforcing the law strictly against criminal minorities is defensive - stripping minorities of their citizenship and kicking them out of the country is aggressive)
  77. - Fight the strong, not the weak - attack AIPAC or CAIR, not just any random Jew or Muslim who’s minding their own business
  78. - Fight for what White America holds dearest - our flag, our faith, our guns, functioning families, well-paying jobs, safe homes - and our president
  79. - Like it or not, Donald Trump is who White America chose to represent them; if he’s not fulfilling all we hoped for, its because of one of two things: either he’s not powerful enough to get it done, or we’re not powerful enough to demand it from him - abandoning him only worsens the first problem and will not help us solve the second one either
  80.
  81. Mental
  82. - Out of all the levels, this is probably the one we have to make the fewest changes to - our arguments are good, the facts are generally on our side, many people do in fact believe in what we say even if they’re not willing to admit it or support us publicly
  83. - Main change is going to be presentation: become a more serious movement, but move away from the overly self-serious image we’ve been shifting towards (taking yourself too seriously makes you more vulnerable to mockery)
  84. - Right now we’re branded as scary extremists; stop doubling down on being scary and extreme
  85. - Taking a light hearted or even silly approach did wonders for us in the Trump campaign (think Pepe, Anime Right, God Emperor, etc) - we can’t just repeat the same exact stuff but we should head back toward this again (Hawaiian shirt example)
  86. - Ordinary Americans should not feel threatened by us - we want to be a lovable band of rebels fighting against an evil system, not another gang of crazy idiots fighting to tear apart the country they love
  87.
  88. Physical
  89. - Follow the advice of the optics cucks - they’re not wrong
  90. - Look the kind of people you expect a normal American to get along or want to be friends with
  91. - Again, stop trying to force a uniform on everyone; this is not 1930s Germany, Americans don’t like uniforms outside the workplace; you want to be approachable, welcoming, and comfortable to be around
  92. - Wear whatever suits you personally as long as it doesn’t look like trash
