Tae is a skripper

Alexithymiaa: -Adam walked into the cafe after being at home for a while studying, wanting to get a nice change of scenery. He had his textbook tucked under his arm as he stopped at the front counter to order himself a coffee before scanning the cafe. Spotting Tae in a booth, he started over to her, stopping in front of the table. "Hey, how are you? Wow, which cosplay is that?"-
Covet: Tae smiled and looked at Adam then down at her outfit, "Oh, well more of a fanfic one. Chobits was one of the first anime's I fell in love with, and it's got these robotic companions called Persocoms They all have these ear things like this that their cables and ports are located. Some of them are dressed up in very over the top outfits, as Japan goes. This is my take on a holiday one. It's probably the most obnoxious outfit I have. So many jinglebells on it." She explained to him clearly in a chatty up beat mood compared to how she'd been a couple days ago.
Alexithymiaa: "It's very intricate, I like it. It makes me want to look into this anime a bit, which I feel should be a good goal with cosplay, right?" He asked before slowly sliding into the booth across from her. "Where were you heading dressed like this?"-
Covet: "Thank you.  Put a lot of work into this one, I've worn it to a couple of conventions in the winter time, People really like it." She laughed, then gave a smile, "Oh just an interview. It was an audition for this dance place. I'm not the best dancer, but I do have a specific gimmick for myself, so I think I'll do okay and probably pick up some things while working there."
Alexithymiaa: "Oh, interesting. I didnt know you were interested in dance." He said with a nod, setting his textbook on the table and looking up at the waitress when she brought his coffee over.-
Covet: "I kind of am, really it's going to benefit my cosplay as much as my cosplay will benefit this job endeavor." She grinned. "It just feels really good to be doing all of this, my way and on my own. Oh! By the way, I need to put your number in my phone so I can send you my new one."
Alexithymiaa: "Well whatever makes you happy, right?" He asked, fishing his phone out of his pocket and setting it down on the table, pushing it over to her. "Here, you can put your number into my phone."-
Tsaaq: Hayley came into the cafe with a yawn as she dragged her feet. She saw Tae and Adam and simply dropped into the booth as she wiped her eyes. "Three more days to go of finals, am I right?" Hayley asked then furrowed her eyebrows at Tae. "Why do you look like a Christmas Lolita drawing from DeviantArt?"
Covet: "Hayley!" Tae said excitedly then saw how beat she was, "You look like you'd like them to be done now." She laughed then ate a fry, "Well, you're mostly right about that. I was just telling Adam about it. I don't know if you've seen Chobits or not. But Holiday Persocom cosplay. Needed it for my audition interview. Which went freaking amazing!"  She took Adam's phone and put her new number in then looked at Hayley, "Let me see your's so I can give it to you too."
Alexithymiaa: -Once she was done, he took his phone back and pushed it back down into his pocket, sending Hayley a smile when she joined them. "Hey Halo. I was just taking a little break from studying, actually. You look like you could use a break too. Would you like something to eat?"-
Tsaaq: She nodded her head. "Yes please, French fries." Hayley murmured. "And like... Honey mustard." She answered then went to reach into the pouch of her hoodie and slid her phone over to Tae. "I have seen Chobits. Robot chicks, her on button is her cooch." She stated the shit she could remember about it, clearly. "So what is it like a cosplay modelling thing?" She asked.
Covet: Tae nodded her head an laughed, "Yeah there's that too." She said  then added, "No it's a dancing thing. They said that I could use a little bit of work dance wise, but they loved the cosplay idea thing for it. I should hear back tomorrow for sure if they're hiring me or not."
Alexithymiaa: -Adam lifted his hand into the air to catch the attention of the waitress, ordering Hayley her fries with honey mustard before returning his attention to Tae. "So where is this place you auditioned for?"-
Tsaaq: "Yeah, that sounds like it could be a fun side job for me when I'm not in school or whatever. I like to dance. I can always help you out." Hayley offered as she shrugged her shoulders. "And they let you dress up and shit it must be a pretty cool dance studio"
Covet: "It's downtown, this club like place. It's really cool actually, and Fuck yes please will you help me dance." Tae told her, hoping to gloss over the name of the place, because well it's just a fancy burlesque strip club. No big deal. "I'll make you fun dance things as payment."  She added eating some more of her fries.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam raised his brows as he tried to follow what Tae was going on about. "It's a club?" He asked a little confused, picking up his coffee to take a sip.-
Tsaaq: She tilted her head at Tae. "Soooo Chloroform is hiring dancers?" Hayley asked, completely assuming this shit since the bitch said it was just a club.
Covet: "No...Where's Chloroform?" Tae asked raising her eyebrow. "Yeah it's kind of a performance house?" She said stretching the truth a bit more on that one.
Alexithymiaa: "I'm not so sure I know what a performance house is." He said in a small voice, because at this point he was starting to catch on that she was avoiding the full truth here.-
Tsaaq: Hayley's eyebrows rose as he looked to Adam then went to glance back at Tae. "So like... It's like..." She trailed off. Not wanting to ask if it was Bottom's Up. "It's not that gross place in downtown Portland?" She asked as she leaned her elbow on the table with her cheek leaning on her palm.
Covet: "This place? No.. It's super nice, classy even. Huge stage, booths, all decked out in red. Like a refurbished theater or something?" She said. "That other place was aweful, I walked right back out after going in there, there was a bartending position opening there, but no thanks. If a bottle broke, hepititus is a serious risk factor in there."
Alexithymiaa: "The strip club?" Adam winced a bit as he asked after Hayley described the place he'd gone to for Remy's bachelor party. "Yeah... that place isn't very nice. I'd hope you wouldn't go back in there. But this other club... it's..." He paused, his eyes darting to Hayley a moment. "It's the same sort of thing?"-
Tsaaq: "Gross." Hayley whispered and darted her eyes at Adam then back at Tae as a confirmation. "Well..." She trailed off. "I guess I can't apply for a side job there I guess." She whispered. "But be careful and break a leg. I hope it all goes well."
Covet: "Strip club sounds... cheap and dirty, which that other place was, but this is Burlesque. It's more about the outfit and the performance than the nudity. Hence the reason for the over the top costume. Go figure that a Japanese girl in a lolita outfit would be so appealing." She said then laughed at her own sarcastic joke.
Alexithymiaa: "Ah..." He said with a small nod, diverting his eyes down to his coffee because he felt a little awkward looking into Tae's face now. And he knew he told Eli he was going to tell him when he found out what she was up to lately. He very quietly brought his coffee up to his lips, sipping on it.-
Tsaaq: She nodded her head slowly. "Well... The bright side is, chick dancers in places like that are usually lesbians and have a strong comradery in general soooo." Hayley paused and sat up straight. "Yaaaay. Pussy power." She wiggled her fingers then looked over to Adam with a frown and released a gentle sigh. She went to put her hand on his back in an attempt to cut the awkwardness.
Covet: "There's a bunch of gay guys that work there too, they seemed really nice. I'm excited to hear from them tomorrow. It'd be a fun place to work, and I can still do my other costume stuff on the side too, while going to school. It can't possibly feel like work if I'm having fun doing it right?" She asked with a grin, clearly not picking up on the awkwardness.
Alexithymiaa: "Yeah..." He trailed off, trying to be supportive and a good friend, but all he could think about was little Tae being a stripper despite any of their words.-
Tsaaq: Hayley nodded her head slowly and forced a smile. "Well, as long as you're happy." She said with a raise of her eyebrows then glanced at Adam once more and chewing the inside of her cheek.
Covet: She looked between the two of then then creased her eyebrows. "I am... but I feel like I'm the only one that is right now...." She said  then let her eyes drift down to her plate. Grabbing a french fry she went to pop it in her mouth then decided against it then gave a sigh and put a smile on her face, "I should probably get back to the OCH...get changed out of this ridiculous outfit."
Alexithymiaa: "Well..." Adam started, trying to pick his words carefully. "You do look nice. And very festive." He tried to offer, uncomfortably twiddling his fingers together underneath the table.-
Tsaaq: "It's not ridiculous it's cute." Hayley spoke up. "If you need a ride you can come with me?" Hayley offered as she got up from out of the booth, crossing her arms over her chest.
Covet: Tae gave a soft smile, "Thanks guys. I was just going to take the bus, that way you guys can still eat and have your company together." She told them, "But, thank you Hayley."
Alexithymiaa: "Well I'm sure we should be getting home to study as well anyway, so it's not a bother." He sent Tae a smile, just wanting to call Eli immediately. He slid out of the booth with Hayley, reaching over to grab his textbook.-
Tsaaq: Hayley pouted and shrugged her shoulders. "I just want to get to bed. But the bus doesn't sound safe, so jus come with me."
Covet: "Alright. Thank you." Tae said nodding her head. She made sure to grab her phone and her wallet, before getting out of the booth, heading outside to walk to Hayley's car. She knew that they didn't mean any ill will, but she definitely felt a little judged all the same.
Alexithymiaa: (YEAH WELL ADAMS JUDGING YOU, TAE.)
Alexithymiaa: "I'll meet y'all back at the house." He said politely, leaving some money on the table for the things before making his way out to his truck to head back to the house.-
Tsaaq: ((Hayley's not she doesn't want Adam to feeling uncomfortable.))
Alexithymiaa: (Hes definitely uncomfortable. And hes definitely telling Eli tomorrow.)
Covet: [Tae's just internally screaming "LET ME DO ME OKAY!? I'm sorry if that makes you uncomfortable, but it's my body, my life!"  but outside guilty and ashamed. XD]
Tsaaq: ((Great now it has to be a whole thing.))
