A Rank, High Risk Recon on El'Qaral

Kagami, Jin getting tired of the wait, Jin turns to the both of them, his eyes on the both of them for a while before he spoke, "We must decide now."
Dokeshi, Roku begins shaking his head solemnly trying to fight the smile that wanted to reveal itself to everyone. He remembered when he first met Zexon and gave a similar speech.

"You're not wrong, Zexon. It's rare that you are..." Roku began. "Yeah, I'd like to go try and save Jakken. It'd be better for me if I had a staff though... I'll just have to go without it." Roku said.
Zexon says, Now, let's go and get to the bottom of this mess.
Kagami, Jin says, Just a moment...
Kagami, Jin looking at the two, Jin had to explain some things, "If something goes wrong, I will summon my beast to try and give us time to flee... We will take moments like this, to try and sense out any high chakras through my ability..." he then turns to the direction they were traveling.

"The village, according to the rumors is destroyed, but this just may be a lie or a trap, so we must be very carreful," he instructs.
Zexon would nod towards Jin, accepting his strategy as he would continue moving on. They were taking a dangerous risk scouting out such a destroyed location, but it was a risk they had to take today.
Kagami, Jin says, I also have scroll traps filled with smoke... It's not a sure-shot but its a chance.
Kagami, Jin now looking around in the location they were in, young Jin would begin to focus his chakra upon his sensing abilities... The troop wanted to feel for any large chakras in the area, as well as watch out for any traps or minor chakras that could be around.
Kagami, Jin says, I don't sense anything, let's move on.
Kagami, Jin says, Is this the place?

One would notice piked corpses littered around the battlefield already, some managed to even start rotting by the time they got here. The killing fields of the Crimson Light that featured a ruthlessness unprecedented before. The sight could be even seen as chilling.

"It . . . seems so." He states, looking around at all the fallen who were placed on pikes.
Kagami, Jin says, Let's not risk going in ourselves... Give me a moment..
Dokeshi, Roku would have looked around at the surrounding area. He was a bit intimidated but he knew that whatever negative emotions he may have been feeling, Jakken had probably been feeling a worse version of it. Due to the fact that he had already considered the possibility of death and had decided that he would be content with dying to save a friend, Roku was able to shake these feelings rather easily.

"Well, just say the word when its time" Roku said.
Dokeshi, Roku thinks, I still need a staff though...
Kagami, Jin would soon go to perform a single hand sign to focus on his sensing abilities, not sure if he would pick anything up, but Jin would continue this for just another moment... Soon after that, he would make haste, performing the hand signs and cutting his hand in order to make a blood offer to his summoning ritual...

Jin slams his hand on the ground, "Conceal yourselves in the meantime, I'll follow," said Jin as an aligator was summoned, much larger than he was but considered a medium class in the summoning laws.

"What do you want, human filth?"

"I need you to scout the village, please Gator-san," Jin pleas...

"Can I eat the bodies? Smells like fresh junk in the swamp...Yes, that is delightful.."

Jin grew furious but kept calm, "No...Do your duty, it's what I've summoned you for... I'll treat you after."

The gator would slowly make its way around the village...

---Enter Kurogi AKA ANBU.
Zexon would nod towards Jin as he summoned his companion. As a result, he would henge into a simple boulder and place himself in a neat location where he thinks he wouldn't look conspicous.

"Alright." He said prior, preparing to stealth right about now and hopefully avoid any enemy patrols. They were definitely in a risky zone, but they will have to see just what happens right about now.

<This is so disgusting . . . All these dead people . . . Why would they do this?> It was all that rung in his mind.
ANBU Agent /// The gator returns with news, "The village reeks of blood, bodies everywhere... Couldn't tell if there were survivors of the same village, but I spotted one filthy human, maybe two standing and breathing the breath of life..."

Jin listened in on this, and without hesitation, the young Kagami would wave the others... It was time to go and get on out of the village territory, time to scidaddle and head on back to the land of Zexen...So Jin released the large beast once they were far enough, this would create a smoke screen, hiding their movements if anyone was watching them from afar.

"Let's go and now," Jin instructs.
Zexon would nod and break his henge, quickly scrimmaging and following after Jin. It seems like Jin was promoted in his own way, but at the same time, he was sad to hear that such a village was destroyed and absolutely annihilated in terms of populace. A silent requiem was given to the piked people here. It would forever be known as the village of the dead from now on.

"Alright." He said, as he followed after the ANBU agent and made sure to mask his movements as to not alert any enemy trackers if there were any.
Kagami, Jin now escaping along with Zexon and Roku, Jin would have taken off the mask once they've entered a safe distance, he remembered Rhyme's policy...Never to wear it within the village and so Jin made sure of that... But he kept himself alert for the sake of his current team, focusing his sensory abilities, making sure that no one was around, that way they wouldn't get ambushed on the spot and by surprise...

"There will be alot to report to the High Lord...First off, everyone is dead, but two people... I knew that there were survivors in that town, it's impossible... Those shinobi who stand out, some lives had to be spared, or rather... Those who the gator said were alive, might be apart of the Crimson Light..."

As they ran through the fields, jump from tree to tree, having to camp out at times to recover...Jin even opened his scroll full of food and water to make sure that his comrades were always full and healthy...Even though the harsh eleemnts did get to them, it being Jin's first hellish time in the desert, something new but not something he would enjoy... Once at the village gates of Zexen, Jin would put away his ANBU gear all together, and although it was not his official rank, it was needed for the mission he had to accept...

"I'll be sure to inform the High Lord of your bravery, the both of you risked much coming with me on this expedition, thank you, I mean that, Roku and Zexon.." He smiled, having some hope left and regained from this little A rank of a trip...He did wonder, if Jakken was alive, the Gator gave much unclear information, and never met Jakken so wouldn't know what the blue ocean hell Jin was talking about when asked.
Dokeshi, Roku says, So then that was for recon only?
Zexon says, No problem, Jin.
Zexon says, Do you think anyone managed to escape?
Zexon says, Do you think anyone managed to escape?
Kagami, Jin says, Yes Roku, but like any recon, things could have went south...
Kagami, Jin says, And...It's possible.
Kagami, Jin says, Come, we must deliver the news.
