Dream - 12/25/2020

I was going to College for the first time, this college I was going to was a really expensive one too. It was called Notre Dame which I’m pretty sure is based in the US, but for this dream I was in the UK. This college was also really weird in many ways. The first of which being there were no laptops or other technology in use, the only thing we could use were modded DSI’s. I think the reasoning for this was because of some shit like the Security being unmatched. Some of the other weird things were some of the rules. For example, rather than sitting on desks, we all sat on the floor listening to the prof, there were other people in front of you who would randomly push a block towards you. You would need to move away from the block because if that block touched you, you would be instantly expelled. Some people in my class had this happen to them, they looked fucking broken as all of the traveling and money went to waste. Apparently the reason they did this was because it was a good way to prevent people from playing games on their DSI’s. I remember asking if I could use my 3DS, but I couldn’t because the security on that thing wasn’t nearly as good, so I had to get my DSiXL repaired.

There was some point in the dream, this MIGHT have been at the beginning because I think this was part of the application process. I was with a couple of old friends, a super buff guy, and a younger Ludwig Ahgren. We were doing a race 3D platformer style, I ended up finishing in the middle of the pack (there was 5-7 people racing). I think Ludwig managed to get kicked out somehow and he was not frickin happy. After that, I ended up touring the college which kinda looked like 4-2 from Knidl. I got my own dorm room to myself pog.

At the end, I was in Spelunky coop irl. But the game was... bigger. The floors were fuckin huge, it was impossible to get anywhere without a teleporter and a bee floor could appear in the first area. That’s all I really remember about the Spelunky portion
