Bascially this song was composed by VRChat streamer StealthRG who played the audio on-stream around some time in early 2018, I believe.

All vods have been deleted off his twitch by this point, the only two places we (myself and a friend) could find the song were the linked youtube video, and a soundcloud re-upload.

I honestly have no idea where to look for this one. Youtube is worthless since ripping it is going to degrade the quality more than the 15khz ver from soundcloud. I feel like the only way to get a higher quality mp3 would be to ask StealthRG directly, but i have no idea if he still has it or would be willing to share it.
