I mean this is your call at the end of the day; I do want to emphasise that you aren't banned from commenting on posted pages, or utilising other forums (or, indeed, getting critique within the Ideas/Drafts Critique forums).

I mean, I should note that just because the C&D would no longer apply doesn't mean you have to provide critique: you're still able to choose to not to because you don't think you can provide useful critique.
