 How to get skinny in Roblox Da Hood
Like most RPGs, Da Hood allows players to control multiple aspects of their virtual life, including the overall look and physique of their character. In the brief guide below, we'll be going over how to make your Da Hood character skinny and detailing what this process changes in terms of your stats and abilities.
Locating Hood Fitness
To find Hood Fitness, look for the four houses next to the doctor's office—the front of the building is located directly across from this small neighborhood. Once you've found it, enter through either of the building's main doors. Atop Hood Fitness's front desk should be a green rectangle with the words [Lettuce] - $5 hovering above it—this is what you'll need in order to become skinny.
Eating lettuce
The process of becoming skinny in Da Hood is a bit time consuming and can require a few thousand dollars, so make sure that you have around 10 minutes and some extra cash to spare before getting started. Once you've ensured that you're ready to go, approach the lettuce rectangle and click on it—this will add a head of lettuce to your inventory for $5.
To eat the lettuce, select its icon from your inventory bar—this will equip the lettuce to your Robloxian. Next, click on the piece of lettuce in your Robloxian's hand to consume it. This process is exceptionally repetitive, but it does work.
To check your character's stats at any time, open the experience's chat bar and type /e stats into it. Upon doing so, the menu pictured below should appear over your avatar's head. In order to reach max skinniness, your strength bar, designated by the flexing bicep icon, will need to be fully empty. Each time that you eat a piece of lettuce, the fullness of this bar will decrease.
Once your bar has been lowered to an amount of your liking, be sure to reset your character from the settings menu. To access the settings menu, click the Roblox icon in the top-left corner. If you fail to reset your character before leaving the experience, your progress will not carry over into the next server.
What else does lettuce do?
Besides making your character skinny, consuming a large amount of lettuce can also lower your overall strength, making it nearly impossible to keep up with other players in any form of hand-to-hand combat. Your total amount of HP is also lowered when your character is skinny, meaning that other players will be able to take you out in one shot, punch, or kick much more easily.

Lifting
Lifting in Da Hood allows players to have more strength and to appear bigger. Weights can be found at the gym that allow you to gain more strength and to also make you bigger.
You can choose from Light Weights, which cost $120 in-game money, or Heavy-Weights, which cost $250 in-game money. The heavy-weights are usually better and provide more gains. The process of getting bigger takes around 36 hours. You can check your progress by typing the command '/e stats' command in-game via chat. The progress of muscle gained through lifting is the stat above boxing (boxing glove icon). − −
− − If you get tired of being big, you can always get skinnier again by eating lettuce! It takes about 200 lettuce from max to get back to your original size. Eating lettuce grants you a smaller size making you harder to hit if shot at but you compromise a lot of your durability. In hindsight, if you are more of a flee-er than a fighter, its best to stay small, but if you need to pack that punch and are a fighter, it's best if you try to get big gaining weights, as that extra durability and other stats are necessary for a lot of fighting requirements.
− − There is a boxing shop near a tunnel base somewhere in the map. It's in the corner, and it's a bit hard to spot. Once you gain the max lifting level, you could go there and achieve Boxing Moves, then you will be strong without weapons, which is useful.

How to Redeem Da Hood Codes
It's easy to redeem codes for free rewards in Da Hood. To do so, follow the instructions below.

  When in Da Hood, press the Treasure Chest icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  The new window will have a textbox in the bottom left corner. In that textbox, enter the code exactly as it appears in the list above.
  Press the Redeem button to claim your reward!

How do I get more Da Hood codes?
As can be seem from the exceptionally short list above, Da Hood codes are rarely released, meaning there's unfortunately no way to know exactly when or where more codes will be released. The best ways to stay up-to-date on codes are checking back with this article and joining the Da Hood Discord server.
Why are all of the Da Hood codes expired?
Not all Roblox codes are active for the same amount of time, meaning some expire exceptionally quickly and may even become inactive after 24 hours or less! If you attempt to enter a code and it says Code Expired, that code is no longer active and, unfortunately, can no longer be redeemed. There's nothing that you can do to fix this issue, the code is simply unobtainable. If you attempt to type in a code and it says Invalid Code, however, this means that you've likely mistyped the code or neglected to use the correct capitalization. If this happens, try to retype and re-enter the code once more, being sure to copy it exactly as it's written!
