- Description: The victim was on the Q53 bus, when Williams and two other females approached her. Williams looked at the victim and said “I hate White people. I hate their skin.” As the bus passed a cemetery the defendant stated to the victim, “I am going to kill you, this is where I’m going to bury you.” Williams then pulled a jar out from her shopping bag and told the victim that she would beat her with it. They then spat on the victim, before Williams repeatedly hit the victim with the shopping bag containing the jar. They then punched the victim in the head several times, before getting off the bus and running away.
