- Underworld blood Wars is a instant horror classic that will be remembered for years and years from now. The acting was flawless the movie itself was just pure amazing that you will wish it would never end. When I saw this movie I saw it in 3D and it was some of the best 3D I have ever seen in my whole life. This movie was one of those films where you are like wow now that is what I call a great movie. This movie will make you fall in love with movies again<br/><br/>Parents this is a R rated movie for a great reason and that reason is because of bloody violence. If you don't think your kids should see this movie then they should not see it because it is bloodtastic. This is what I call a great horror film and I hope you enjoy this masterpiece
- I must preface this review by noting that I have had no prior connection to the 'Underworld' series. I went in without having seen any of them. My girlfriend wanted to go see it and said it would hopefully be a good bad. In the long run she was right It's bad and I mean really bad. Fortunately it's bad in the best kind of bad. The film has a hilarious streak and not in a 'Batman v. Superman' way. It's always sort of hard to decipher good/bad from bad/bad. The one thing that 'Underworld Blood Wars' has going for it is that it's cast commits to the material with stone cold sincerity. <br/><br/>I laughed a lot mainly because a lot of the film is actors desperately trying to elevate garbage material. The main thing with 'Underworld Blood Wars' is that so much of it has been about building the world and leaving bread crumbs for countless future sequels. When our vampires are not fighting they are bickering about bureaucracy and prophecies. I usually hate that kind of stuff but here it is so haphazardly added in that the bad screen writing is almost overwhelmingly blunt. The fact that our cast treats it like it's Shakespeare really does sell it enough to have a chuckle.<br/><br/>The juxtaposition between these scenes of vampire bureaucrats and the action might be what make the film work. The action sequences are clichéd too right down to the ending when Selene returns with white streaks in her hair to show she really means business. It's funny. I admire the commitment of the actors but sometimes it's just fun to snicker at a ham.<br/><br/>I was not bored by 'Underworld' at all. It's bad but it's too well oiled a cliché to fume over.
- The action is nearly relentless, only occasionally interrupted by humorless, tedious exposition, but despite the freneticism it’s almost all completely boring.
