- Description: Cobb, a serial sexual predator, deflated Julia's tire while she was Christmas shopping. When she got back to her car, he offered to change her tire, which she accepted. Afterward, he said that his car wouldn't start, and asked for a ride to a gas station. She agreed and he directed her to a wooded pull-off, before ordering her into the back. He went through her pocketbook, stealing $300, then r*ped her. He then gagged her and bound her mouth,feet,and hands, before carrying her to the dam and throwing her over the side. She fell 23 feet onto concrete covered in 8 inches of water. She managed to free herself and crawl to shore, where Cobb was waiting. He grabbed her by the hair and held her head underwater until she stopped kicking. He took the clothes she had bought as Christmas presents, then drove home.
