  32. * What made you want to send an application?
  33. The reason why I wanted to send a application is due to me wanting to help improve the staff team, as I've noticed they're lacking. I want to help improve the community and its staff team once again, just like before when I was a head of staff on server 1 and 2.
  34. Alot of people has also asked me to send this application, as they wanted me to try and rejoin the Head of Staff team. Some even said they "need" me. Which made me quite happy tbh.

  38. * Are you fully aware that being in this position means that you are voluntarily taking on a huge responsibility and that it may be stressful at times?
  39. Yes I am fully aware of this.

  47. * How responsible are you as a person and why?
  48. I am quite responsible as a person, I always talk to people about my mistakes and flaws. I try to decide what to do myself instead of asking others, even tho I sometimes ask them for help and thoughts on the specific situation.

  50. I am quite responsible myself (irl) because I do not get much help, nor have I gotten much help in my life by my parents. I've had to do everything myself, packing my school bag, going to sleep and waking up the right time etc.
  51. I am also a Uncle for 2 children, I sometimes have to watch over them for multiple hours, while my brother and / or father is out of the house, I guess it also makes me quite responsible.

  56. * Why do you think you would be suitable to be in a leading position?
  57. Well, I've been training the Leadership "skill" for quite some time, I've also been a Head of Staff here before. I don't know why exactly it would be suitable for me, other than that I've been it before and I know how it works. Also that I've trained the skill(s) within Leadership, which already mentioned.

  60. * What is required for someone to be a good leader in your own opinion?
  61. If you want to be a good Leader imo. You have to be kind to anyone, even the ones who you do not like or hold grudges to. You must always stay calm in any situation and not get frustrated, even though sometimes you will get frustrated but you can evade that by simply going away from the situation.

  63. You have to be friendly to people, you must not talk to people in angry way. You have to stay friendly, do not yell at the person. If you're frustrated or mad at the time, just try to stay away from the situation, or maybe just type to evade using the Microphone.

  66. * What do you think of Near Reality Gaming as a community?
  67. I think that Near Reality Gaming is a great community which has grown alot the past months. They have alot of potential within the staff team, they just need someone to lead it. I've made some of my greatest friends (online) within this community. I've been a part of it for quite a while and it's been quite the ride. There's been some times where I've started to dislike the community, but that was due to a couple situations which happened in the community.

  70. * How are you in social settings, and do you have social anxiety?
  71. I have alot of friends, and I try to be as social as I possibly can. I always try to talk to the people who sit alone (irl). It can be hard at some times, as I have a tiny bit of social anxiety which I've worked hard to get rid of. I sometimes may have problems to do presentations infront of class, but I'm capable of doing it most of the time, sometimes I've decided not to.

  73. Yes, I do have a little bit of social anxiety. But I've gotten rid of most of it as I've worked hard to do so the past years.

  77. I wouldn't rate myself any higher or lower when it comes to intelligence. As I'm a pretty normal person, when it comes to that. I may be more intelligent than people around me, in real life. As I speak better English than most people in my class and family.

  82. Yes, I do take initiative.

  85. * How aware are you about your own flaws, and how do you typically deal with them?
  86. I am completely aware about my own flaws, and I deal with them by improving myself upon them. For example If I do a flaw within a sit or when Im off duty (for example accidently using powers off duty). I most of the time talk with people who knows me quite well about my flaws as a Staff and a person, so I can improve myself upon it. I've asked multiple people within this community this question in the past, some of them being Adam, Yuriy & Andy (A Ex-Staff).

  90. My Social Anxiety, and my ease of becoming depressed and / or frustrated.

  93. * Do you have negative thoughts or suffer from things like depression?
  94. I have suffered quite a bit from depression, for multiple reasons which I would not like to mention here. I've talked to people who were willing to help me, most of them being friends and family. I've tried therapy before, but it did not work for me (When I was younger).

  98. I indeed do take care of myself as good as possible. I've also read Yuriy's Guide on a Healthy Lifestyle, It's helped me a little bit with healthy diet.

  102. No, I am not.

  106. No, I don't have any fixations.

  110. I sometimes do get negatively affected by peer pressure, I can get quite nervous or angry at times whenever I get alot of pressure on me. I do not know why though. It's really wierd, I don't know how to explain it.

  114. Whenever I show someone my respect, I always talk to them nicely, and in a friendly kind of way. I don't start yelling at them or sound grumpy. I always ask them how they are, what they've been up to and just try to be as friendly as I can really.

  118. I get along quite well with most people, even tho there's some people who I do not get along with. The people I don't get along with are normally "those" kind of people. The ones who are always angry, yells at you and disrespects you. Acting like complete idiots, I guess you could say.

  121. * Have you ever ran into trouble or have an argument with someone (e.g. a player or staff member)?
  122. I've had a couple arguments in the past, nothing major, luckily for us both. The arguments mostly were about other staff members or players, whenever I suspended / demoted or promoted someone, there was always a person who wasnt pleased.

  126. I try to ignore anything that which could make me not calm, like swearing. I attempt to hold myself calm by breathing slowly and concentrating on the task instead of going "off road".

  130. Yes, I get frustrated with people sometimes. As most people do, depending on what the person has done that is.
  131. I easily get frustrated whenever a person is talking quite rude to people who I know, for example using swear words or calling them things / names.
  132. The reason to this is because I do not take bullying and / or disrespect very lightly, as I've been in the situation myself many times.

  136. No, I do not hold any grudges. I can get frustrated at times, but I do not hold grudges towards any person in any shape or form.

  140. I simply just ignore the unwanted criticism as I know it isnt true, some people will say things just to hurt you emotionally. But this does not affect me, I guess you could say I've trained this "ability" in my life of being bullied and criticised alot.

  144. I try to speak to people I do not like, as much as I can. To get to know them better, and maybe I actually find out I like them afterall? Who knows. Sometimes they do not want to speak, but I try my best to make them want talk to me. Sometimes I may not enjoy doing so, but sometimes it's for the best. Because, I am not the kind of person who holds grudges, so I try to become friends with the people instead of "hating" or not liking them.

  148. Drama is something that we do not want in the community, it can cause alot of problems and frustrations within the community. It can cause alot of frustration on the ones who are involved with the Drama, but it can also frustrate the people who are watching / seeing or hearing it happen.

  151. * How would you resolve a drama (frustration between two individuals)?
  152. I would talk to both of them calmly, and ask what the problem is. After they've told me what the problem is I would try to solve it as quickly as possible, before it gets out of hand. As they could get frustrated enough to do something to eachother, for example a rulebreak (If you look at it from a Ingame perspective).

  155. * What does the title of Head of Staff mean to you?
  156. The title "Head of Staff" to me is quite special, as you're the person who administrates the staff team and who the staff looks up to.
  157. The rank itself is very special as it is given to a limited amount of players only. And you won't be able to join the Head of Staff team before a member of it gets demoted or resigns.

  160. * Having read and watched the Leadership Guidelines, what is your opinion of it?
  161. The Leadership Guidelines was a great post in my opinion! It teached me alot on how to be a Leader now as it did back when it first was made and I was a Head of Staff here. There's alot of things in the post which I did not know about, which I now do.

  163. At first, It was quite boring reading trough everything and watching the videos. But after a while it caught my interest and it became more "fun".

  167. It teached me how to be a leader, as that is what the videos are about. It teached alot about the brain, and how it really functions. How becoming a leader actually works, as it is a ability which can be trained! Among many other abilities, which I believe Yuriy also made some threads about.

  169. It teached me not to be scared, or nervous about taking iniative, for example when you're going to demote or suspend a player. As it isnt always a pleasent thing to do, because maybe it could be someone who knows you quite well.

  173. I read the Healthy Lifestyle post, that Yuriy made. It helped me a little bit.

  176. * What motivates you to spend your time to volunteer as a Head of Staff?
  177. The thing that motivates myself is that whenever I've done something good, for example the staff team. And a player or staff member talks about it, in a good way. I can proudly say "I did that!". Another thing which motivates me, is that alot of people are looking up to you. As you are the one who is the "boss" if you may say so. Alot of people want to get to your position, so due to it being so special. It kinda motivates me.

  180. * Do you have any plans for things that you want to change in case you become a Head of Staff?
  181. Well, I don't really have any plans. Other than helping to improve the staff team on the server I will be placed on. I haven't planned much to change.

But I have problems with writing long answers and texts, I do not know why. I just always have been like it, I've never been able to answer with long detailed answers. Some of them are detiled though, and I hope the answers were good enough.
