GBA & RaspberryPi

would it be possible to put a raspberry pi into a Gameboy advance cartridge and have it make flash roms so you could have the raspberry pi be the computer and the gameboy advance be the screen and input?

(I am asking because I don't have a raspberry pi so I can't test this but it would be neat if this was possible and if you are up to the task please make this test it and make a youtube video or a instructable about it on either youtube.com or instructables.com)
