What is ROOT?
Root is an Eve-friendly corporation, build on the same sandbox principals that Eve was founded on. There is no structured command system, no top-down dicatorship, and no political bullshit. What do we mean by "Eve-firendly"? Do what you want, when you want, how you want. From Miners to Can-flippers, from Mission runners to PvP junkies, from industrialists to scammers. we want everyone. If CCP allows it, so do we. If CCP doesnt allow it... well... dont get caught. ;)

We're all about transparancy. we will be providing our Corps API here soon so that anyone who is interested can see what we have.

Theres a LOT of good reasons to join ROOT, way more than will fit in this descriptioon, so please, ask one of us and we'ed be happy to share some of the great perks.

Why should i join?
There are some solid benefits for anyone who joins ROOT. If you're new, you'll have an opportunity to learn from some very experienced, and reasonable vets. If you're a vet, well, you can probably already see what makes ROOT great.

Among the perks afforded to ROOT members, are:

-6 POS'es spread evenly through Gallente, Minmatar, and Caldari space. each of these is within 2-3 jumps of a market hub (including Jita) and is fully configured with labs open for any corp members use.

-An extensive (and growing) library of BPO's, many of them well researched, from which anyone is welcome to make copies, free.

-We use a Dec Shield strategy, which means, if you are not looking for PVP, dont worry, our corp *cannot* be wardec'd. If you want to PVP, go right ahead, we do it ourselves. (just, no ganking other ROOT members)

-We keep taxes low, just enough to maintain the expenses of running the POS'es and building the BPO collection. Currently they're at 5% and will drop 1% per 500 members that join.
