Fluff: The war destroyed our people, our lives, our homes, but they did not destroy our spirit or our ideals. The party survived in small bunkers and facilities and waited until they could return to the surface and rebuild. We must help those how seek it, and crush those who would oppress the weak. The guiding hand of socialism will ensure that all are cared for by the state! The great People's Remnant Republic shall create prosperity and happiness for all who welcome us, and those who would fight against us shall be trampled under the boots of those volunteers who fight for the PRR!

The government of the PRR emerged from their bunkers to a ruined land, their security teams guiding them to eachother, where they found an intact town with a small group of desperate survivors. They were welcomed with open arms, and quickly went to work guiding the people to fortify their town, to build farms and to dig wells, and to purify the water from the nearby river. In these times, even the party members chipped in on the labor, truly living up to the tenants of Socialism they preached to the townspeople. In time, they stabilized the area, attracting many other desperate survivors. A militia, the People's Liberation Army, was established to guard their holdings. It was now up to the party's leader, Chairman Jian Xinyue to guide the Republic to greatness...
