The first Noble Phantasm he possesses is the Backstory of Doom. This folder of papers is what began his saga, and contains most of the mystery in his story. As a Noble Phantasm, it passively allows him to do anything a normal human could do. Can he pilot a helicopter? Sure! Can he pilot an Imperial Star Destroyer? Probably not.

He can also use it to summon objects from his legend. Anything summoned will be powered up so that it can hurt Venom. For example, his combat shotgun would be able to hurt Venom, although Venom would regenerate.

Note: He can only summon small things from his legend. So no, you can't drop a yacht on the enemy team and call it a day.
