5/12: request discussion about utility expenses; paid them anyways but insisted on discussing utility expenses as they are exceedingly high. Told her that I was going to pay what she asked, and did so, but that it obviously needed to be discussed.
Leah became immediately irrate and sent the money back and served a one week eviction notice via facebook.
$220 total. According to others in the area with similar sized homes this is 50%-100% larger than theirs. Some cases with twice the number of residents living there.
Written agreement for rent being $340-$350 was agreed upon in writing. Utility cost was not discussed properly beforehand. Leah claims I agreed to half. I claim I agreed to "my fair share" which Leah now declares should mean half.
I try to explain that greater than $220 total utility is exceedingly high for just two people.
Her decision to increase the frequency of AC use was not prompted by any request from or made by me. She also did not inform me that she was doing this. Claims it was a courtesy. Knows that this would raise the utility cost. Did not inform me of this decision.


5/13: Leah completely turns off the AC and opens all windows except in my room, as well as opening side patio door leaving only screen as barrier. Outside and inside temperatures exceeded 85f throughout the afternoon.
She was not on the premises for a large majority of the day.
Absuirdly passive as well as obvious retalitory as we previously dicsussed AC running time being a major factor of the utility bill.

5/21: verbally asked if i wanted to talk. I said only if something is recording. Nothing was recording the conversation that i was aware of.
She agreed and then immediately asked me how long i was staying and i said until the end of the month. she said "oh, no you're not!" while raising voice and then verbally issued a 30 day eviction notice.
Said she would give it to me in writing tomorrow.
Discovered port 30000 was not longer functioning. Checked and all other networking is intact. Unconfirmed but probable retaliation again.
This makes weekly scheduled social activity now no longer possible while residing here.

5/22 Port 30000 for DnD is closed, has to be her removing the port forwarding. Again retaliation.

5/23 noticed all sharp knives are gone from the kitchen, usually some in a drawer and one on constant dishwasher-dry rack-sink rotation.
All MIA after searching entire kitchen area. Only a few butter knives remain.
2:30pm~ removed from social circles due to claimed "stress on her" while she's attempting to illegally evict me and causing several intances of retaliation
to make my life less comfortable in any way she can.

5/24 some windows left open again, probably just negligence and not retaliation.
